FireClan Assignment: Ceremony - FinishedThe past moon had been one of the most brutal in FireClan, so many of the cats having some form of illness or wound. Russetfur had been up to his neck trying to get everyone tended to, but even the medicine cat was finding it hard to keep himself from stressing out or becoming exhausted from all the work. FireClan Assignment: A Cause for CelebrationA hot, damp air encompassed the FireClan camp as Kindlestar climbed the Dead Tree, something she had been doing on such a constant basis lately, to call for a Clan meeting. FireClan still lay in shambles, and Kindlestar kept herself busy with the wounded or pacing back and forth in her den, preoccupied by the status of her Clan. They had yet to resolve their Medicine Cat dilema, making those who had been injured during the bloodthirsty battle versus MoonClan a mere days before ache with infection that would have been gone by now had they someone well versed with herbs and the likes. As the sun sank, Kindlestar practiced the latter, a path now indented into the low layer of dirt that covered the rock inside her den from her constant pacing. Coincidentally, the reason for her pacing was different this time.FireClan Assignment: Of Stars, Herbs, and Heart in Settings More Like This
