Analysis - Creepypastas and CharactersI actually attempted this thought a little while back; but my wording failed miserably and everyone thought I meant something else. So I shall try it again.Analysis - Creepypastas and Characters in Profiles More Like This
When it comes to creepypastas, or any horror character really who has fans but not too much of a defined canon personality; they have two types of personalities. There's their Creepypasta personality, the one which they are given in their original story/point of origin; and their character personality, the one give and molded to them by fans.
The Creepypasta personality is often less interesting and more two dimensional and uninteresting. Jeff, for example, is like this in his origin story. He's a normal kid, goes crazy, and then is, well, insane. By this time he is a maniac who murders people; that's pretty much it. He isn't afraid of fangirls, he isn't a deep and sensitive person; he's a crazy killer who would stab you in the neck because why the hell not. He'll probably end up dead quickly, either by the obvious reason of you ca

Author’s note: If you have not yet read Sadist and do not want spoilers, then I’d recommend reading it first. This contains direct spoilers for Chapter 9 and Chapter 11, and would take out some of the fun from reading the other chapters as well. If you haven’t read Sadist, then there’s a link to it in the description.
This first person view of Zehnder is not from the whole of Chapter 9, it starts at the point where he is in the middle of killing the people at the gazebo, but ends where the chapter ends. This is also a practice of the present tense for me, so don’t expect that to be great.
Grinning, I glare at the last person free of my tendrils or death. She seemed to be in a trance of fear, but hell, that happens a lot when I stare at people.
She starts to move again, coming out of her trance like state. I watch as she fumbles to get something out of her purse; maybe I’ll give her a chance, at least she hasn’t run away like that last pa

It’s late, and dark. There are hardly any people around, but still Zehnder walked around like he normally does. Esther is following him, joyful that she can finally be with him. Zehnder walked silently, and when he passes by anyone he only turns his head slightly to look at them; they never notice. He seemed to be looking for a worthy candidate.
After walking around for about an hour and a half, Zehnder finally sees someone that he feels like killing. The person seems to be young, maybe still or just out of college. They were walking a large dog, a German Shepard.
Zehnder muttered under his breath “What the hell kind of idiot walks a dog at this hour?” He began to walk across the street; they were still a little ways away from the dog walker. Esther began to follow him, but he turned around “No; you wait here.” Esther stopped obediently and waited.
Zehnder reached the other side of the street and began to approach the man with the dog. The man didn’t

The next day, Esther is wondering about the tall man again. She thinks she may have approached too strongly, but she was determined to talk with him again. She had the day off today, so she planned on looking for him again.

Esther walked around the park that she had seen the tall man in. It was still early in the day, but she wanted to see if she could find him. She passed by several people, but not the tall man. She thought she saw him once, but it turned out she was wrong. Plenty of times she smelled smoke, but they were just regular people smoking.
Then she decided to go deeper, Esther found the little dirt path that he was walking the other night. She followed it into the woods to look around. She didn’t want to get lost, so she stayed on the trail. Esther searched the trees and looked for a sign of him, but she found none.
She saw several animals, which was nice; a large stag, a frisky squirrel or two. Esther decided to try the more urban areas. She walked out of the f

So close yet so far. Esther sat on her bed, looking into the beady black eyes of the blue horse plush. The tall man, he always seemed to disappear when she wasn’t looking. She just needed an opportunity to speak to him, to see if he remembers that day. But he didn’t even seem to notice her when it happened. He might not even know what he’s done for her.
Esther sighed, she wanted to go look for him some more; but first thing’s first, she needed a job.
* * *
Fortunately, Esther managed to find a job after quite a bit of searching. She was hired to work as a waitress at a local bar. It was a decent job, not too difficult or extreme; although it was a bother to have to work around drunken men.
One night when working at the bar, there was someone new among the usual rabble of alcoholics. He was sipping a beer while looking through some files. He had brown hair and a dark brown jacket on. As she passed by, Esther kept attempting to look at the files and read a sentenc

“No, I think it’s more than that. I can feel it.” Ethan replied confidently, thinking about the old and mysterious tome.
“Well . . . Can I see it?” Luke eyed Ethan’s backpack, looking to see if there were any shapes that suggested a large book was in there.
“I left it at home, don’t want anything bad to happen to it.” Ethan informed him, to his disappointment.
“Well it’s been what, a week since you found it? I’m free today; can I come over and see it?” Luke asked hopefully, intrigued by it.

I guess we’re lucky that we’re demons and not humans; demons have better endurance and can heal faster after all. But it still hurts. I shouldn’t worry too much, it’ll be over soon and my brother should be alright; we always are. Or at least we don’t end up in critical condition.
No, this time something seems different. He seems more angry, probably drunk or something, but it’s worse. I hear something shatter, p

Bradley was waiting in the elevator going to the third floor. He was making a visit to his girlfriend Cindy at her apartment. When the elevator reached the floor the doors opened and he stepped out into the hall. On his way to the door Bradley passed by several unfamiliar people but didn’t stop to greet them, he just kept walking. When he arrived at her door he reached out to knock but stopped. There was a note on her door addressed to him:
Bradley, Meet me at the park. ~Cindy
It was a little odd, but Bradley shrugged it off and turned to leave. He paused for a moment, he thought he smelled something. It was a faint sinister smell, like smoke. One of the residents of the apartment building must be a smoker, he thought to himself. He disregarded it and walked back to the elevator.

Kagekao lied on the floor of the room. He groaned and turned his head, opening his eyes slowly. He looked around in confusion.
He put his hand to his head and moaned; he had a painful headache. Taking the hand away from his face, he saw a few stains of blood on his fingers. He realized that his head was wrapped in bandages, which had become soaked with blood in a few spots.
Kage looked down, he was lying on the floor and wrapped in a blanket. Looking to the side, he saw something lying next to him. Kage sat up and looked at it; it was an odd mask, half black and half white.
Kage picked up the mask and looked at it. Something in his mind told him that it was his, and that he should wear it. Kage put on the mask. The white side of the mask caught the subtle effect of his eyes taking away light in confusion. This effect was amplified and reflected by the mask, which now had a confused expression on the white side of it.
He also noticed that he was wearing a black and white striped scarf.

Kage watched from the shadows as Scollex snuck up on, and then killed a few more people. It was interesting to watch, even though Kage felt he wanted to do some of the killing as well. He didn’t interfere, because he didn’t want to make Scollex angry or irritated.

Scollex’s wings folded, and his claws changed back into hands as he watched the human bleed out and die on the ground. This was the fourth kill of the evening, and he was contemplating whether or not to go out and find another unsuspecting human to stalk and kill.

I wanted to be Acre looking for Altair, Ada, and Alexandra. I never wanted this marriage to happen, but there was nothing I could do to stop this.

On the bright side, I had been able to see Altair for the passed month. He would always take to the same roof he brought me to that same night. We went there and talked all night long on what had happened that day to our childhood memories. We couldnt remember much, so there wasnt much to talk about there.
However, I had remembered something. One morning, after I woke up, I had realized that the wedding was almost here, and that there was no escape plan! I was pretty shocked myself, so I had to figure out what we were going to do.
Ada, Alexandra, we need to talk, I said as my two friends entered the room. I looked around first before closing my door and locking it. Then, I turned to Ada and Alexandra. Ada sat on the floor, while Alexandra sat on my bed.
Sure. Whats up?

But why would you do this to us? I asked her. Her smile disappeared and her eyes became daggers.
You refused to tell me about this before, she explained. You thought about my craziness first before thinking about the real me. I wouldnt have told Abel if you wouldve told me in Jerusalem about this.
But we were worried I said.
That I would rat my own friends out?! I wouldnt have done that! I wouldve stayed silent about this, but you refused to tell me and keep it a secret from me!
We were going to tell you, I swear
Your timing was too late!

The sun beat against my face, causing me to wake up. I groaned and my eyes a little, only to be blinded by the light. I sighed and sat up in bed to rub my eyes. Once I did that I looked up at the ceiling, thinking about the craziest day of my whole life.
Todays the day, Cynthia I said to myself. No way are you getting married to a psychopath. I nodded to myself and got out of bed. Just as I did, my door opened up and someone walked in.
My lady, your dress is here, I turned my head to see the maid with something white in her hands, possibly my wedding dress. I faked a smile.
Thank you, I said to her. You can set it on my bed for now. Ill start getting ready in a minute. She stared at me with a confused expression.

The Target of His Heart Ch. 1The crowded streets of Jerusalem were just as normal today as every other day before it. It seemed as if the life of the people in Jerusalem had set up their own normal routine and kept it that way for many years. All of the citizens of the great city were had their daily routine things to do just like every other day. Some stood in their shops, selling items other people either did not want or did not need. Jar carriers wandered aimlessly around the city, traveling to unknown destinations. Guards were on their normal morning duties, patrolling the city around them and making sure no one was doing anything suspicious that would go against the Templar rule. Everyone, upon seeing said guards, slowly moved out of their paths. Most were deathly afraid of getting into some sort of trouble with them, while others simply moved out of the way to be polite to them. Although for the most part, it was because they did not want to die. Nobody enjoyed causing trouble for the guards theseThe Target of His Heart Ch. 1 in Fan Fiction More Like This

This is the signal? she asked. I nodded as I threw her another black robe.
Go find Ada. Ill find Alexandra, I told her as I quickly put up my hood and ran out the door.
Nobody saw me with my robe on, and nobody seemed suspicious about it. That was a good thing, but I didnt worry about that myself. I worried about finding Alexandra at that moment. She couldve been anywhere at this time. And we didnt have time on our side at the moment, so I had to hurry.

I groaned slightly at the sound of voices entering into my head. The only thing I could remember was seeing Dianas evil smirk and Cynthia being taken. That was it. I didnt know where I was at that particular moment, but I had to find out soon.
My eyes slowly opened to see a dim light that appeared above me, but was too far away to actually see what it was. Other than that, it seemed particularly dark. I blinked several times before seeing a figure staring down at me. I couldnt particularly tell who it was, but they seemed oddly familiar.

Thats what I was doing the whole time as I wandered around the city. I was smiling the entire time. Why? Because I had the chance to see Altair again. And I was going to see him again that night. I was anxious for the night to come.
Everyone noticed my happy mood. How they noticed? Well, I was skipping around Jerusalem like a little girl that just got a new toy. It seemed kinda scary, but what would you do when you were expecting someone special to come through your window just to see you?
A lot At least, I think so.
I turned a corner, twirled once, and continued walking. People continued to stare at me, but I ignored them as usual. I, then, noticed Ada and Alexandra up ahead. My smile grew and I quickly ran over to them and almost tackled them.

How could he be here? Alexandra asked, completely shocked.
I dont know! Melina simply told me that he was here and to keep you hidden from sight, he said. I heard Altair growl with pure anger.
No need, he said as he attempted to get to his feet. Ill kill him myself.
Altair, no! I exclaimed. I wont let you go again! I wont let you get taken away by the Templars again! He glanced at me, but stayed silent. I stared at him for a long moment, before suddenly hearing the door being knocked loudly. We all jumped to our feet at the sound. Eric ran down the stairs to open it, while Alexandra and Ada followed. I stayed with Altair, holding onto his arm for dear life.

Mads was the cemetery gatekeeper for Labelle Cemetery. He took great pride in his job and had for exactly 503 years, two months, one week, and three days. It had been miserable for the 200 years before that, but now he loved his job. He was particularly fond of the reaper Bella that resided there, ferrying lost spirits to the Other Side through a forgotten crypt in the back of Labelle.

The English countryside eventually was sprawled beneath them. Valen was asleep on his shoulder and the cold air inside the plane made her feel at home.

She was Valen.
She was also unconscious, half-drowned, and washed up right on the small little island the tower stood on. She was wearing a pale blue shirt that resembled a tanktop only with corset lacing on the front and back, and it showed off her stomach; and a pale blue skirt and black boots. Her black and blonde hair was the same as always and her vibrant green eyes were shut. She was freezing cold and soaking wet.
Danny walked outside to go do his 'business'. The bathroom of the Tower was broken, and only he and his father were brave enough to go outside and take care of the problem. She felt a sharp twisting in her chest at the very thought, and she wanted nothing more than to crumple to the floor and cry. "It's just after dawn!" Thomas said, sitting beside her on the narrow bed.
Elle sighed, tugging the thin sheet more tightly around her shoulder. She had made it a habit to sleep as late as she could, not because she was depressed, she assured herself, but because it meant less time spent anywhere near Elias, and more time spent devising a plan.
"Why on Earth are you waking me up so early?" Elle asked, just as a deafening BOOM rocked the ship.

"I say, that's a bit peculiar. Of course, I guess it's normal for you, isn't it?" the Brit said, giving a sheepish smile. "As for myself, I guess I tend to sleep a bit more than average. I don't belong to any after scho

Melvin shrugged. "I don't really need a reason. I just woke up in a strange place, felt pain in my leg, spotted a complete stranger and asked for a hug. It's not my fault she accepted you know."
"That's not the point! The point is that she was trying to help you and you just killed her in cold blood!" the white haired boy took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down a little. He still didn't plan on actually KILLING Ryou, but that didn't mean that the limey boy was going to go unpunished. He could live through a little bit of cutting. The Egyptian let out a feral laugh and once again closed in on his prey, making sure to stay just far enough back so that his wild slashes wouldn't prove fatal if they connected, but close enough to stop any chances of the Brit actually escaping. The few seconds it would take for Ryou to open the front door would be more than enough to prevent it. The blond gave a mad grin and slashed again with

"A bit?" Bakura scoffed. "I'm not the one who's mainly remembered as the 'shemale.' And I DID saw we had a lot to discuss."
Ryou pouted at the slight insult. He was aware of his little nickname and didn't need anyone to rub it in his face. "Again, I must ask, who the bloody hell are you anyway?" He looked around and noted the familiar setting. "Oh bugger, I'm in the hospital again. What happened THIS time?" he add

It seemed simply... empty. Forgotten. A rotten periphery which its inhabitants had shrugged off long ago, the horror and pain of its amputation having faded over time.
Night fell slowly. The sun, weary from a day of piercing Temery's smog, sank slowly behind the horizon to cast the sky in gold before leaving it in starless shadow.
Northside, a skeleton of a city, the remains of what once had been as glorious, if not more so than what was still called home by its people, donned its midnight garb. White, billowing fog rolled between its structures, enveloping the steel and wood and stone. Unnoticed by most of Southside's citizens, ev

From the hillside on which he sat, he could see the land sprawling out before him, rippling slightly under cold morning gusts. Plains stretched out in all directions, meeting thick forests to his left, over which the sun had just begun to show itself. To his right, the hills faded into the gray horizon, where eventually the land would end, swallowed by the sea. And in the distance before him, he could see the city of Starlight, a sprawling collection of intricate stone and wood structures. The city awaited dawn in regal silence, as it had for the last five centuries.
But Matthias' gaze was focused closer, to the encampment of nearly half a thousand people which was just beginning to stir in the plains at the bottom of the hill. As the pale gold light of dawn strengthened, the melodic sound horns echoed from below, signaling the day's beginning. He could see many who had been awake before the morning call,

There is no one left in a town which used to be home to hundreds. And while few populations in these lands could be considered happy, this community always managed to keep itself afloat.

A few buildings stood untouched, but most had suffered varying degrees of damage, ranging from battered to shattered. A small market booth's cloth hanging is torn, and its wood scratched with a thousand tiny marks. Behind it, the heavy stone Town Center has collapsed into itself, as if a giant fist had reached down from the heavens and crushed it in divine rage.

The lightest touch and pull will carry me
To drift, towards stars which shine above the boughs
Before I turn the pull to push
And sail, free a moment from the earth
To soon alight, with lightest touch, upon the ground
And sometimes, poor misguided souls will stray
And find my dancing grounds
And I will seek them out
The light of fire never touches me
And they'll not see
When, finally, I dance up from behind
It only takes the lightest touch
To send them drifting, slowly, to the earth
Never more to rise
I sing to them, at times
"Never more to rise, never more to rise"
My whispers are, like wind, the lightest touch
It makes me sad, sometimes, that they don't see
Their fear is clear
And soon they all will flee
These ground-bound souls can't understand the art

WheretheWildThingsAre AnalysisMany of you may be familiar with the tale of Where the wild Things Are. You probably read it at some point during your childhood or you most likely saw the 2009 film. To be sure, it's one of the most popular and beloved children's books to date and is still widely read in many households with young people. This popularity has led to many speculations about the book's nature. Some say there's a deeper meaning that belies the playful adventures of a young boy in a wolf suit. Others say it's nothing more than an entertaining and fanciful tale for youth. However, why would an adult write something as seemingly nonsensical as this?
