Grief flooded through his veins as he pressed his head to the stone, closing his eyes he let out a heavy sigh. She would have hated all of the attention, all of the ceremonies honoring her memory and all of the accommodations. She would have scoffed in annoyance at the funeral; she would have wanted to be remembered through people's actions, not through their pain. That was all that reminded him he was still living, not walking aimlessly through a never ending nightmare most days.
