Winter came to an abrupt stop in the doorway. Jaina was lying on the table, giggling uncontrollably as Han rolled her back and forth like they had done to the dough only half an hour before. Anakin stood on the chair that Tycho had left, bouncing on his feet and laughing while Han took cookie cutters and poked Jaina with them.
“Use the flower one!”
Han grinned at his youngest son and obeyed. “Right then, I guess we’re about done – off into the oven with you!”
Jaina screeched and tried to escape, her face lit up by her laughter and covered in flour and smears of icing. As Winter watched, Jacen clambered up onto the table, avoiding his sister’s flailing legs as he made his way over to Han. Too late, Winter realised what the boy was holding in his hands.
Han yelled in comic outrage as Jacen emptied the flour container over his head and right shoulder. Flour clouded into the air. Han grabbed hold of Jacen and ruffled the boy’s hair with a flour-covered hand.
“I think someone else wants to go in the oven!”

One of the illustrations I'm doing for "Solo Moments". The kids and Winter do some baking, and when Han arrives on the scene, it dissolves into chaos. I didn't use any references, aside from the story, but I got it down on paper almost the way I saw it in my head, so I'm happy with it!
Media: Pencil on Bristol paper. Time: ~2 hours Reference: None.
So this was supposed to be a kiriban. Only... I screwed up big time because my brain has a nasty tendency to misremember important details. So yeah, I'll be redoing it - with the details *right* this time, LOL! - but in the meantime, hell, since I've already finished this, why not put it up?
A post-K1 Bastila and a somewhat scruffy Revan taking a walk through... yeah, you've guessed it: Dantooine. Ha. And yes, I *know* his robes are shorter than in the game. Call it artistic licence.
Painted on one layer, because I haven't found that missing portion of my brain. It was both unnerving - and yet exhilarating. Kind of like walking a tightrope without a safety net.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic property of Lucas Arts and Bioware.
Wedge Antilles and a ... hovering X-Wing! A collaboration with the very talented =Maquaii. I took far too long to finish it, didn't I?
While I've had other people colour my lineart before (you two know who you are. I'm still waiting for you to post your pictures ), I've never had the pleasure of colouring somebody else's linework - until Maq came up with the idea of this collaboration. Working with somebody else's art is an eye-opening experience. You don't tend to think as much when working on your own drawings because you're already so used to your own style and you know where stuff's going to go, but when you're colouring somebody else's, there's a lot you learn about how other people draw and handle things in the process of working things out for yourself. It's educational. It's fun, too.
Man, how bright do those stars have to be, that you can see them from inside a well-lit hangar??? Among other things! I ask you to suspend your disbelief... just for now.
To see the background and the hilariously ridiculous original backdrop, please click here: [link] Many thanks to `DragonWinter for the hangar idea.
This was a bit of fun, painting of Esira Kahn I did ages ago. I was going to do some more with it but will probably never get around to it, so I figured I might as well submit it as it is, otherwise it'll just sit on my hard drive forever unseen.
that was a close one! I didnt had enough reference when I asked the commissions a few weeks ago, found new ones a few days ago, of the headgear and the necklace, and more of the whole costume as well, was able to send it to Suppa before he was done with this one! Glad I took another look to find more of that costume! it wouldnt have looked complete otherwise!
anyway, this is the Duchess of Kalevala/Mandalore during (and before!) the Clone Wars, that's the last time we see her before her death suddenly I dont like Maul that much anymore! I love that character (well obviously, I wouldnt have asked a commission otherwise!), I hope there will be more stories of her, as when Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon spent a year with her, years before the Clone Wars.
I also have a drawing of her sister Bo-Katan, also by Suppa-Rider, I didnt know they were sisters when I asked the commissions, learned about that a few days later!
Ok, Im all about commission as you probably by now! had a few «original» characters from SWTOR done, and some already existing characters, this one is the newest from the existing ones
and of course I have to mentioned the great artist who has done it for me!
so you guessed it, its Nuru Kungurama, which is featured in the Ryder Windham's novels (secret missions), I hope he'll see this art someday! seen Mr Windham this week-end at CVI in Orlando, at his panel «Secrets of the Chiss Jedi» so was very happy to see that I had received that commission when I got back
from Wookieepedia : «Kung'urama'nuruodo, with the core name Nuru Kungurama, was a male Chiss Jedi Padawan in the waning years of the Galactic Republic. He was found in the Outer Rim Territories in an escape pod and was brought to Coruscant to train as a Jedi. His first master, Lanchu Skaa, was lost at the first battle of the Clone Wars in 21 BBY.»
I really need to get a better software, rite now all I can do is use a base color, sometimes I can finish «digitally», in this case I printed the file and used some pencil and sharpies to fill the white parts. the original lineart is by once I get a better software, I'll try to do a better version and really make justice to the artist's lineart. and maybe a scanner too, 1 or 2 linearts I did the same way (print and fill, and then take a picture of it) really do look better on paper! but oh well, I'll never be a colorist either!
Here is the first WIP of the next commission I'm cooking This time a vengeful Jedi Knight, who Force leaps into the ... well face xD Of a Hutt. I bet it will hurt... xD This time I tried a bit different approach. Always wanted to try out the POV view ^^ Anyways, as usual, crapload of detail and interesting lighting will await you guys in the following WIPs
