I am FearI am Fear in Short Stories More Like This
Why do I do it? You wish to ask me? You want to know what compels me to do such things, things which you see as horrors and make me an abomination to what it means to be a human? The answer to that is quite simple my dears.
I am not human.
I am fear.
I was created to perform these acts which you call so disgusting, and, what you will probably be the most horrifying thought to you, something that you may try to deny but is never-the-less true.

The Park Bench The first thing I saw of him was his gloved hand. It was pearly grey, the kind that I only saw in movies, or the kind that my mind imagined when my father read aloud to me from a book before I closed my eyes to let dreams dance in my mind. Rainy Suitcase Joseph had to watch the rain. He pulled up the flimsy frame of the window, and then pressed his forehead to the thin metal mesh. Lina Inverse glared through her weak eyes. "... Just... Shut the hell up... And get on with it." she coughed, a bit more of the red liquid escaped from her mouth.
Xelloss waved his forefinger, leaning his head close as he placed the finger upon her lips. "I will not allow L-sama to claim your soul, Lina-chan." his Mazoku eyes slowly opening, piercing through her as death was creeping closer. "... As you know, I grew up in Italy for the most part up until I arrived here in Gotham. I moved half of the family business here so that I could start fresh and show I, too, could be strong and strike fear into all your hearts.
Back when I was younger, I was a cocky boy, I loved to show off, and I was very hot tempered. Dared you push a single one of my buttons, I'd back hand you before you could pull your finger away.

"Yeah, coming over!" Shiloh and Mag chirped, climbing on the bed as well and sat besides their brother, staring at me with their bright green eyes as their heads gently tilted to the side.
"Alright, alright," I yawned, placing them off the bed and swinging my legs over to the side, "I'm goin', I'm goin', but you gotta tidy up first, kiddos. Now go." They squeed slightly and nodded, each of them bolting to their room.

Some walk away
But some stay
Or so they say
None of them stayed
And back to the start
But I'll move on
And never look back
And I don't care if
"Not all stories have a happy ending."
I'll keep on moving
Until the end
And that's when
I won't be alone
The Dark Wood Circus.Tonight we will show you the sad fate that some of this world carry. Children that God has abandoned, restlessly creeping out. Children that can't even carry the trembling limbs they were born with. Their shaking tongues even accidentally cry out. Their crowns of their head caress the dark clouds. They smile as they dream of their mother's embrace. The Dark Wood Circus. in Short Stories More Like This
Drop by and see him.
What was this place? She had never seen it before, and not heard of it until minutes ago. The odd children, but who seemed oh so charming and amazing, had given her the flyer.
"Dark wood circus"
Was it close?
She moved the branches of the trees out of her way so her eyes would spot some kind of light. She could only so follow the footsteps of the odd children, who seemed a bit older than her.
There was light ahead! The little girl ran as fast as her small feet would carry her and she soon stood still, her eyes wide with amazement.
The circus tent stood far above her small len

Mio looked up from the magazine she was reading, a bit surprised, at her sister Vivian who was deep grey in the face from rage.
"Did you take my magazines again?!" Oh god, this again Mio rolled her eyes and looked back at her magazine, which indeed did belong to her sister.
"It's not like you ever read them. They just sit on your floor and gather dust."
"It's my collection!! You're not supposed to touch it!" Then she suddenly spotted what she was wearing. "Oh, my god. You're wearing my top too!?"
"It's too small for you, damnit!" Mio sat up on her bed, now ready to defend herself.
"So?! It's still mine!"
"Mom told you that the clothes that no longer fit on you will go on to me!"
"It still fits me, midget!!"
"Oh, of course it does. With that lovely view of your belly but

Onyx stared at the smiling Doctor for a couple of moments. In pure shock, trying to just take in the fact of what he had just told her.
"I said; congratulations, Miss. You are pregnant."
And she stared again. Slowly her jaw started to drop, until her mouth was half open. Her eyes were for once widened and she was completely frozen.
"Thank you Doctor."
And without another word she stood up from the bed she was sitting on and walked out of the room, leaving the man behind her confused and a bit worried. Onyx's steps were loud and nearly in a stomping form as she hurried out of the clinic.
"Pregnant". The word echoed in her head. Pregnant, pregnant, pregnant. She really regretted her current boyfriend. She was going to kill him tonight for this.
"Shit, shit, shit, shit, SHIT."
She muttered under her breath. The alleyway concealed her weapon well which she needed to leave outside. Quickly she grabbed it and made her way back to the apartment.

I never take off my sleeves when I'm among people
Since I might see things I don't like
Since they may see something they don't like
When I'm alone I can take my gloves off
When I'm alone I can take my sleeves off
And wonder why the hell I was granted these powers
They are so unnecessary and dumb!
I hate them because I can't control who I'm aging!
I can't control it at all
But when I'm around you and touch you, I do my best to block and ignore any vision of a memory
But when I touch you, you're not even concerned with that I'm unconsciously aging you
You just want me to take my gloves off
You just want me to take my sleeves off
So that we can hold hands and touch each other
When I'm around you, I'm not ashamed or worried
So I don't need my gloves
So I don't need my sleeves
I only need you to forget wha

Although Tomoko rarely shows it, she is a kind young girl. She is usually quiet unless she needs to speak. The most common occasions where she speaks in Cageterrace Hollow is the following times: When warning people who are attracted to the Truthful Lolita, sometimes she leaves, only her warning noticed, other times she smiles and suggests the Divine Geisha that is close by for a more different yet exquisite experience of taste.
The few times she speaks to Jokress, not making any effort in hiding her motive. Later leaving with a sweet, childish smile and wishing her a good day.
When she meets the children of Cageterrace Hollow. She sometimes stops for a couple of minutes to play with them, not really caring about the fact that her clothing becomes a bit dirty.
And of course, when she's out shopping for new supplies to the café. She always smiles and speaks kindly to the sellers, so they grow quite fond of her. Although, no one knows where she gets the wasabi and other

Click clack from my heels. One step and then another on the industrialized, cold pavement filled with cigarette butts, flat chewing gum and spit. The same sight every morning, the same thick, sickening air of the tobacco sticks. What is so good about them? I'm tempted to give a go and see. But I won't. Not worth the cough.
The school isn't quiet. I use my prejudices to label the people sitting in the hallways as ditchers and bimbos.
My locker isn't needed, I don't have a jacket even though it's cold and damp outside. I only hold my handbag which hurts my wrist.
My heels click as they encounter the floor of rubbery layers in pastel colours turning greyer. Click clack again.
I head out again to watch the construction workers. Portables houses are set up for them to sleep in.
I bite into a seed from the bread of this mornings breakfast which escaped my toothbrush. Exploding in a slightly bitter taste.

The Japanese girl turned to one of her employees. The girl's black hair was put up in two pigtails, and the white dress she wore showed the few figures she had. Her eyes reflected the very sun.
"It's getting late and all the customers have left. I'm turning off the lights and going home." The woman who stood in front of her had long, fair black hair that was let out. She was Asian aswell. The girl whose name obviously was Tomoko nodded in silence.
"Yes. Be careful on your way home." Tomoko told her. The woman nodded and walked into the big, Japanese influenced café that went by the name "The divine Geisha" to turn off the lights and then leave. Only one light was on now, and it came from a smaller room. The small lamp by a desk, which by it sat the café owner. Her appearance showed a girl who could be even less than twenty. She was writing, or rather painting. Calligraphy. She had practiced for 300 years, and yet she never thought it was perfect.
