The point was to be cunning. We were all beginners when we signed up for this, closing upon having one full year of experience under our belts. It was a way to test out our strength, to see whether we’d actually learned new skills. All of us relied on our innate abilities, but we branched out into our new, learned ones as well. I think it was supposed to put us in our place, to show us we had still so much to learn, but to also prove we’d absorbed new skills in the short time we’d been here.

Destry would not approve of what he was going to do. Well, he was certain that no one who considered him someone they were close to would consider this a proper idea.
