Paperpokés has had Bulbasaur and Squirtle for a while now, so finally, here is the last of the Beginner Trainer's Three - Charmander!

This one is reasonably moderate in difficulty to build, there are a couple of tricky parts that could cause people to reprint sections, but the end result is totally worth it!

Once again, this one has a Aussie 5¢ piece glued onto the inside of it's belly for stability, because ... well, have you seen that tail?! Thanks to Brandon for the modeling.

To be released shortly. Keep checking out Paperpokés [link] every Monday for brand new releases.

This is by far the best Kirby papercraft model I've seen to date - It's too cute!

It's basically the same model as "Kirby's Final Smash" originally released at [link] but the designer, known as ddi7i4d, has removed the chef's hat and rounded off the top of Kirby's head..

You can get the template here: [link]

This work was created by first hand rolling many, many little strips of paper into swirls, shaping them and then placing them together in a mosaic fashion. This piece measures 8 x 10" and took approximately 40 hours to create from start to finish.

It's been a while since I've posted anything to now i'm cleaning my shelf :P

That's the Care bears that I build as a joke for April's fool for the Paperpokés website. Yeah, no logic whatsoever except this is one of the cartoon I watched when I was little and I remember having thatteddybear. Also, since there was no Care bears papercraft, I thought it could be a nice one to do.

Available at Paperpokés until I remake the Paper Model Factory website :\ yeah...

Mijumaru, the 2nd starter of the new 5th Generation Pokémon games :D

Not such a hard build, but i don't really like the arms and the collar so I might make some changes to it and give it another testbuild later.

Kinda look like a clown otter... atleast the evo looks better ><

I always found these lucky stars charming, and finally I decided to try and make some myself. They look like candies~! :D It's difficult not to eat them!!!
So, here it is the cliché image of lucky stars spilled from a random jar! Wohoo! ;P

I think I'll make tons!!! :meow:

Lacking updates, I know!
I had already built chimchar, piplup and the pokeball, but I waited to take a pic because I wanted turtwig in it too. Laziness won, and I postponed its building. But I finally bought a new camera today, and I wanted to try it! Plus, I'm going to leave on the 10th, so I wanted to have an excuse to say g'bye to you all! I'll be back on the 26th, and I hope with a remarkable tan and some good pics taken with my new camera (:w00t:)!

Until then, see ya! :D

EDIT: Forgot to mention: piplup and chimchar are Chokipeta models, google them and you'll find them for sure. The pokeball box is from our Paperpokés website, and you can download it here: [link] (Designed by ~P-M-F)

Bad light is bad! D:
I think I'll retake the pics once this friggin bad weather will subside, and some natural light will help me out.
Anyway... Version no.2 of Charmander!!! A jumping, merry pose! Loved it at 1st sight. Brandon model, with just a bit of texture tweaking from me. And since I didn't do anything else for the main model, I decided to make a stand myself (can't just sit on my bum and just build! :D I need to be active!!!). Because yes, of course it won't stand on its own.
As usual, you'll find Charmander V2 on our Paperpokés website [link] as soon as it gets a free spot! :D

People always ask me how I make "such wonderful models!" Or more specifically how I "lower the polycount so I can unfold the model in Pepakura?"

I often get the feeling that they think there is a magic button I push, or that I use some kind of secret tool to rebuild the models.

That is not the case, of course (sorry to disappoint you... ;o)

But the tools aren't the "secret" anyway, I think. It's much more important to understand what you're actually trying to do: there's a *big* difference between making a 3D model to make a 3D model, and making a 3D model to make a papercraft model.

Once you realize that everything will be unfolded flat, printed, cut out, and glued together again in paper form, you can try to make the most of that process and work *with* the paper instead of against it.

Examples work best when kept simple, but I think you get the idea. ;o)

Making a good tutorial on my "papercraft making methods" would be very difficult (and more importantly: very time consuming). Some day I might try, though. ;o)

But maybe when you think about this some more, you won't even need a full tutorial anymore!

The Animated Series is still my favourite Batman cartoon, and I've been wanting to make a papercraft model of it for years now.

And here it is! You can download the parts and instructions to build your own papercraft Animated Series Batman from my papercraft webpage: [link]

I'll make a New Batman Adventures (with black instead of blue accents and a different Batlogo on its chest) too, so stay tuned and have fun building! ;o)

I bought all of my jumprings and scales from The Rings Lord. It's a relatively cheap place to get your supplies! =) I used Small Anodized Aluminium Scales and Anodized Aluminum 18ga 3/16'' ID jump rings for this tutorial.

You can buy the finished earrings from my Etsy for £4 - [link]

Or view the finished product here at dA - [link]

The earrings featured in this tutorial are available on my Etsy: [link]

This tutorial details a wonderfully simple chainmaille weave, which creates beautiful earrings which are both elegant and casual.

It's my first tutorial which I've written on x) I hope my hand-writing is legible enough!

I've bought all of my equipment from an English crafts shop - Hobby Craft: [link] . But some other links which could help all budding jewellers are:

Beads and Charms: [link]
Fire mountain Gems: [link]

But most arts and crafts shops should supply all you need to create these earrings =) I can't imagine the pieces are too expensive either, I bought all of this for around £15, and I got enough equipment for 5 sets of these!

There is also an action file for this effect, which can be found [here]

If you're the owner of any of the stock images used, please let me know so I can credit you accordingly! ^_^

Comments and Criticism's greatly appreciated :+fav: if you like or use, and remember to link me so I can view your result!

English version!! :D here's the original [link]

do you love Tokidoki? I do! :D

but .. since these toys are really expensive (at least in italy) i decided to make one of these dangerously cute monsters by myself. woo^^

as you can see in the pictures it's super-tiny (about 2cm -or 0.7874 inch- tall)

ok, here's the tutorial .. i want to add a few lines for the ones who want to try, though. First: i think it's probably better if you take your time to take a look at an actual picture of Tokidoki, before you start working .. carefully paying attention to the details and so on. It will help you to keep in mind the very shape of your object and to avoid mistakes. I personally got inspiration from the pictures of these two deviantArtists: [link] , and [link] .. i think they are cool! But of course you can choose the shape / colours you prefer .. just take a look around :)
Secondly: have fun :aww:

TRADUCO IN ITALIANO, VISTO CHE EVIDENTEMENTE GLI ITALIANI NON SANNO L'INGLESE
Grazie!

EDI from Mass Effect 3 (Alternate appearance pack DLC) with an Arc Pistol. The model is approximately scaled to Xenonray's ME2 paper models for consistency.
Overall 507 parts. Height 435mm.

Difficulty: VERY HARD
Download [HERE]

Original texture and model belongs to Bioware
Also thanks Sanek94ccol for the simplified head mesh, made my job a lot easier.

I'd like to say thanks to the creators of MEHEM (Mass Effect Happy ending mod). Thanks to MEHEM I'm finally over the utter indifference torwards the Mass Effect franchise that resulted from the atrociusly lame (personal opinion) last 10 minutes of ME3. Stay tuned for more ME characters :)
