Eclipse rested against an old, tree stump, and allowed her golden eyes to scan across the valley below. She noted the way the grass seemed to move as if it was a sea. The wind moved the pieces this way and that, creating waves that rippled through the landscape. Even the vibrant green leaves, and bushes moved with the wind. Everything below her seemed in harmony as she let her legs hang off the edge of the small cliff. Everything seemed to have a purpose, and fulfilled it without a doubt. Eclipse almost wished she was a tree, or some other animal. She was, in a sense a moth like her brethren that stayed moths and weren't a mix like she was. No, she walked, talked, and acted liked the "normal" humans, but she also wasn't. She was a moth. She had been created. She had no real purpose in this lifetime, other than to rot and be humiliated by the "norm".
She sighed, her fuzzy antennas dropped down a little bit as she stared at her hands. She was only playing a part as any normal human teena
