ZADR Orange Chapter 100
Nodding his head slowly, Dib watched the still rather nervous-looking Irken crawl over to the opposite end of the bed to get up before standing up himself to follow him out of the room. "...O-Okay..." his voice came out in a whisper as he walked behind Zim to the elevator, keeping his eyes glued to the ground as he played with his fingers, only glancing up at Zim every few seconds before returning his gaze to his feet.
Zim wrapped his arm around Dib once he entered the elevator. "Umm, there's another thing too..." he said.
"Hmm?" Dib lifted his gaze up to look back at Zim. "What is it?" he asked.
Antennae perking at that and eyes snapping wide open, Dib pulled away from Zim a bit, his antennae then falling back to press against the back of his head. As could be expected, he was angry, but he wasn't going to say anything for Zim's sake. "...I-I don't care.

Scooping Dib up bridal style, Zim smiled and carried him upstairs. "Anything specific you want?" he asked.
Antennae still drooping, Dib could only shrug loosely. "Sugar..." he spoke, feeling as though he hadn't had anything sweet to eat in days. He just felt like sprinkling sugar over everything edible in the fridge.
Zim smiled and nuzzled him. "Okay, anything UNDER that sugar?" he asked with a laugh.
"Whatever you have left over in the fridge, I guess...I don't really care." Dib said as he let his eyelids slip closed to rest against Zim tiredly.
As they went up in the elevator to get food, Zim nuzzled him gently. "I'd say we have a lot of leftovers...That is, if Gir hasn't done anything with them yet..." he laughed.
Opening his eyes, Dib looked back up at Zim. "I'll eat whatever you have...These smeets aren't exactly too picky at the moment. They're mostly just making me hungry for ANYTHING really..." he said.
Zim smiled. "Okay. How about that left over Chinese take-out?"

Just allowing Zim to scoop him up and carry him over to the tub for a bath, Dib didn't even respond or look up, his dazed gaze focused on the ground beneath them. He couldn't look back up at Zim, even if he wanted to. It was almost as though he had completely shut down.
Worried about Dib but thinking it would be best to get the both of them cleaned up first, Zim stepped into the warm goo and sat down with Dib in his lap.
His antennae shivering before falling back to rest comfortably against his head again, Dib didn't respond at all save for a small shudder as they entered the gel. He wasn't exactly used to the gel baths yet, the semi-liquid substance still somewhat cold to him despite technically being a 'warm' gel bath.
Sighing heavily, Zim pet Dib gently. "I'm so sorry, Dib...This is my fault...Again...EVERYTHING is my fault...M-Maybe...you shouldn't have remembered...You could have

Smirking at Dib's question, Tak leaned herself even more against Gaz before answering. "Oh, nothing really. Just relaid a little message from Tallest Purple." she cackled a little. "Looks like he's going to come visit you two." she said, unable to hide the laughter in her voice.
Dib blinked his eyes wide open. "Wh-What...?" he looked over at Zim. "What?! I thought they were going to leave us alone!" he said, obviously not happy with the news. He didn't want to think about why their leader was coming in the first place considering his and Zim's previous relationship.
"Well, apparently not. Because he just called my base a few days ago and told me to let you two know." Tak smirked, now finding enjoyment in Dib's particular reaction, especially when she rested her head on Gaz's shoulder, hands traveling down the girl's body inappropriately.
Dib blushed at how Gaz just seemed to ignore the other

Seeing Zim perk back up somewhat at his words, Jack smiled. "I think that no matter what happens, things will work out for the better. Don't even think about what might or might not happen. You two were happy before you decided to do this, so stop putting so much emphasis on this as though it will be the deciding factor in whether you two stay together or not. I already told you that marriage is just something people do to re-affirm their love for each other. It doesn't mean that two people can't be happy together without one. I know you'll love Dib no matter what, so just go in there and let him know that. You don't need a marriage to tell him that." he said, placing a hand reassuringly on Zim's shoulder.
Zim smiled a little. "Okay then...Should I wake him up?" he asked.

Hearing Zim behind him, Dib jumped and turned on his knees to stare up at Zim with wide eyes. "Wh-What the hell was that, Zim?!" he pointed at the screen. "Tell me what's going on!" he demanded, tears streaming down his cheeks now. Having to relive that moment in time, even if not remembering it the first time, was just as painful as when it first happened.
Slumping to the floor, Zim carefully wrapped his arms around Dib. "I-I didn't want you to hurt...I'm sorry..." he apologized again.
Bringing his hands up to wipe at his eyes, Dib could only break down even more. "Then why have you been lying to me this entire time?!" he curled in on himself more, burying his face in the Irken's uniform top. He wanted to know what had happened over the past few months but was beginning to fear what horrible thing it was that happened to make Zim wipe his memory in the first place.

A bit flustered by all of Rose's questions, Dib could only blink at the shirt she was holding up to him. "U-Ummm...I-I guess..." he said. Rose really had been dragging him back and forth, making him try things on, something he wasn't very used to. And he couldn't say he had any idea whatsoever to say back to her. To say the very least, he had hardly even ever had any reason to go out shopping for clothes in the past. To his knowledge, his clothes had always fit him up until this point in time. So being asked all these questions about something he really could care less about was putting him on edge a bit. He had at least hoped Zim or Jack would come in with him rather than leaving him to deal with Rose all on his own.

For seven long years, Dib has been trying to expose/destroy the Irken invader, Zim, who showed up in his fifth grade class one day. As soon as Dib saw this green kid, he KNEW he was an alien. Of course, no matter how obvious it was, and no matter how hard he tried to prove it, no one believed Zim was really an alien. He became very discouraged after awhile.
After about four years, something happened between Zim and Dib that changed EVERYTHING between them. However, I will not tell you what it is yet. After this event, Zim had actually tried LESS to destroy the Earth, even though he always talked about it. Not only that, but he seemed less like a threat to Dib and more like a source of entertainment. Zim started barging right into Dib's room randomly, climbing in through the window, and insisting on bugging him. Annoyed as he was, Dib didn't actually TRY to make Zim leave. They still hated eachother... or at least they kept saying they did. No matter how much they hated eachother though

In the PWF universe, I have given Irkens certain traits. Whether or not this goes against some actual traits, I don't really care. I'll try to stick as close to Jhonen's Irkens as I can, but I have bent them into a certain model that goes along with the story of PWF.
Of course, they're green, and their bodies are no more than hosts controlled by paks. They still have fuctioning organs, though. Squeedlyspooch!
In fanfiction, people have been known to give their Irkens blue, purple, or even pink blood. However, I've stuck with red. It isn't as dark and crimson as our blood, but sort of orange tinted, sort of like the color of blood of someone who has anemia. If you've ever seen Jisatsu Sakuru (Suicide Circle, also known as Suicide Club), that's the color of my Irkens' blood. Oh, you can just tell the blood is fake in Suicide Club. XD So orange. Irkens also heal much faster than humans. A bruise or deep cut could be fully healed within just a few hours.
Irkens don't need to eat. They only

Zim is an alien from planet Irk who was sent to Earth for what he THINKS is a mission to conquer as part as Operation Impending Doom 2. However, he's actually been banished. He's been on Earth for seven long years, and still has no idea that his mission was just an excuse to get rid of him.
He's tried to destroy the Earth more times than he can count, but each time, the troublesome Dib human foiled his plans. Annoyed? Yes. However, after a certain event that occured in 7th grade, Zim's attempts at conquering the planet had become... pitiful. It seemed like he had stopped trying. He had also started becoming sort of attatched to Dib. I will not explain any more.
On the first day of 7th grade, Zim showed up to skool with a different disguise, one with longer hair. He had somehow grown a little taller, maybe having something to do with the gravity on Earth? I dunno, and I don't care. He's taller. So there. He also changed his clothes a little bit, probably because the previous year, he ob

In PWF, Gaz is fourteen and a freshman in highskool. She hasn't changed all that much, except she has a few piercings and has grown into a VERY attractive young woman. She's also become a little meaner towards Dib, but at the same time, more caring.
Professor Membrane is almost NEVER home; work has become so busy, he's usually gone for a few days at a time. Because of this, Gaz has taken on a motherly role in the house. Her natural woman instincts have come out, and she feels obligated to take charge. However, she also likes being in power, so that's another reason why she's become the head of the house. Who else is gonna take care of things? Certainly not Dib.
Gaz has not lost her interest in video games. How could she? If she did, I'm sure the universe would implode. She doesn't read much. It's not that she's not good at reading, she just doesn't find it as entertaining. She spends most of her time downstairs, either watching TV or playing on her GameSlave 3. She doesn't spend a whol

I hadn't told the Dib what date she wanted it by yet, but heh, he could figure that out for himself in that huge head of his. I'm sure there was some form of brain within it.
As I approached the base I found GIR sitting on a pile of dirt, a little flag on top bearing the Irken Command logo. Of course, as soon as he saw me, he leaped up and flew at me, knocking me to the ground.
"GIR!" I shouted. "Get off!"

Compassionless. Heartless. Emotionless.
Those are some of the words an Irken smeet learns as soon as its PAK become functional. I remember when I first heard these words, I had always wondered what they meant. Other Irken's seemed to understand them right away, but not me. Nope, not Zim.
Whenever I had asked my Tallests about these words they had acted weird towards me. Not in the usual weird way they act because of my superiority but because of something else I could never figure out in my amazing head. Other Irken's called me hurty words and laughed at me. Apparently these words were important to all Irken's and the whole Empire. But I had always wondered why. Quite often I had heard the word the Dib-shit had just called me, mostly mentioned when I was near my Tallests, or high-ranking Irken's, but I had never realized it may have been directed towards me. Defective. That was that stupid word. I had some idea of what it meant. It meant a bad Irken. One that had a PAK that

He had kept true to his word.
I was making my way out of the skool to the front entrance when I saw his green skin standing out against the montage of human flesh. Skool had just ended and the buses to take students home had started to pile up out front, while cars sped off around them filled with teens. I had never had to worry about taking the skool bus as my home was in walking distance to the skool. Zim's home was just a few blocks over from mine. I went over to him, the other students sniggering, pointing and laughing at him behind his back.
He turned around at my voice, tilting his head at me slightly.
"Dib," he hissed. "Well shall we?"
"We shall. The sooner this stupid project is over, the better."
He didn't answer me, but his body language suggested he strongly agreed. Gaz appeared behind me at that moment, making me jump slightly. It was an annoying habit of hers, sneaking up on me like that.

Dib cautiously snuck up to Zim's house, trying to evade the glares of the creepy garden gnomes. How could anybody in even their right alien mind put those things in their yard?! Reaching the glowing house, Dib glanced into the window to see what kind of activity was a-happening inside.
Zim was sitting on the purple couch along side his crazy SIR unit, GIR. Clutched in his two fingers was a dip snack. The alien dipped in a strange white stick and put it in his mouth, as did GIR. They were watching some show about diarrhea. "GIR, I only hope this does NOT provoke you to do something insane... though I digress, knowing you." Zim muttered.

That's how long it had been since that faithful day he'd stepped into our seventh grade classroom. Black hair, green skin, not to mention no ears or a nose. I knew almost instantly he wasn't human, I mean, really, it wasn't that hard to see. Or so I thought. Apparently the rest of my classmates thought the opposite. A 'skin condition' he'd claimed to have and they lapped it up like a dog sucking pitifully up to its master for a bone. Gullible and naiveté. That was all our society was. And that was all it would ever be.
Of course, they thought nothing more of me than the 'crazy' kid, so in a way I wasn't surprised when they'd turned on me and my opinions. It wasn't like they mattered. Who listens to the insane kid that's obsessed with the paranormal and seeing ghosts and aliens?
First they ignore you, then laugh at you and hate you. Then they fight you, then you win.

I had just barely managed to make it into the classroom before the lingering feeling of death circulated in the room as the teacher literally floated inside. As I sat down at my desk, I looked over towards where Zim sat. He hadn't followed me as I had left his house, and I wasn't even sure he was going to show up today.
Miss Sowourz started the usual morning lecture, something about the number of deaths and injuries from falling vending machines, but my mind was elsewhere. No matter how hard I tried to avoid it, I knew I couldn't just push aside my thoughts and feelings, especially if they had been bothering me for the past few months.
I had tried asking myself countless times what exactly Zim was or meant to me. Most of the time I had instantly cast the question aside, labeling the alien as nothing more than my ultimate enemy. Zim was a cold green alien, an Irken Invader, as I had previously learned from spying on him so much. He was here to conquer my planet, invade it. H

"Oh yeah! That!"
"Dude, I can't believe it!"
As multiple kids whispered their juicy rumors in a way that was just loud enough to hear, two kids stood to the side. The taller, a golden eyed male with black hair, turned to his purple haired sister, motioning to the chattering students around them with a thumb. "What are they talking about?"
"Don't know, don't care," the girl muttered darkly, eyes glued on a beeping and flashing hand held gaming device in her hands. Casting an equally gold gaze at her brother, she scowled, glaring daggers at the elder. "Now shut the fuck up so I can play my game."

What did it mean?

It was a rather nice day. The sun was shining, birds were singing, people smiled and waved at each other.
From a rather strange, green house on a round-about street, a voice growled, " I hate cheerful days like this!"
Inside the house, Irken Invader Zim jerked the blinds of a window closed adn walked to a small couch. GIR, his dog-suited dysfunctional SIR unit, shoved a whole taco in his mouth and laughed insanely.
"I mean, look at those filthy humans!" Zim continued, ignoring the psychotic robot. "Happily prancing about, enjoying their pathetic lives! This planet's just begging to be destroyed!"
"Yay! I love destruction!" GIR screamed, throwing a taco in the air. The food landed on Zim's head with a splat and the Irken screamed as the ground meat burned his skin.

Silence had filled the small, cramped councillor's office for a full half hour since Elliot had brought the two teens in after the little incident in the hall this morning. Since he had started his new job as the skool's councillor, Elliot had come to the conclussion that waiting for the troubled teen to speak to you was better for the teen's self esteem than trying to pry the problem out of them.
Elliot was a rather scrawny man in his late thirties. Standing a little over six feet, he was the perfect example of optomism and, in his opinion, a proffessional teacher. The blonde's choice of attire was a white, long sleeve shirt with a brown sweater vest worn over it, a pair of blue jeans, and tan leather loafers.

It was a well known fact Irkens don't sleep.
It was one of the things that made them the most feared race in the universe. An enemy that never sleeps.
It was NOT a well known fact (in fact, only the Tallest knew and they made sure absolutely NO ONE found out) that once, every thousand years, for one week, the moons of Irk moved into alignmen in front of the sun and affected every Irken PAK...
A Tallest's schedual was quite simple: stuff your face, check briefly on the invaders, eat more food, judge a few Irkens, pig out, check invaders, food, repeat.
All from the comfort of the Massive.
Red and Purple were currently in the 'eat more food' phase. While they snacked, they complained about one particular invader that never seemed to understand the phrase 'Leave us alone, we don't care.'
Invader Zim. The defective Irken who'd brought nothing buy chaos to the well organized Irken empire.

Tallest Red cleared his throat. "Zim, we have evaluated your life."
"Evaluated?" I asked, confused.
"Yes, evaluated," Tallest Purple stated. "As in, 'looked over it and judged it'."
"Judged it!?" I yelped, gasping in shock. "Why!?"
"To decide whether you're worth our time."
"To decide whether you're useful!"
"And you're not, Zim," Red replied smugly, grinning in my face. "You're worthless, useless."

The air was crisp, enveloping the city in that icy grip it always seemed to have during this time of the year. It was a time of cheer and good will towards all mankind...Well...Most of mankind, at least. For a certain 17-year-old high-skool student, it was a time of gloom and bad memories. While the rest of the world celebrated this joyous time of the year, he spent most of his time indoors, locked in his room, just praying that the holidays would pass quickly so he could get on with his life. Blushing profusely at this point, Zim watched Dib leave the classroom with a slightly angry look on his face. "I..." he threw his finger up in the air with his eyes closed, following after Dib. "...hate you." he finally said, pointing at Dib with a slightly annoyed look on his face now. "Now that I'm stuck with your filthy filthiness...Um..." he closed his eyes as hard as he could, as though trying to think of how to phrase his next question. "When and where shall we do it?" he asked, his teeth grit and fists shaking. The alien hated that teacher, but he couldn't help but see this as an opportunity to find out what it was that was bothering Dib at the same time.
Zim still following behind him, Dib stopped at his locker to drop off his books before grabbing the ones he'd need for his next class. Caught a little off guard by the Irken's question, surprised by the fact that Zim was actually offering to help him with this, he then turned back to face the alien, giv

Chapter 2: Teamwork
Having forgotten already that he was really, REALLY late for school by now, Zim walked slowly through the snow towards the educational establishment, a confused and even slightly sad look plastered on his face. He couldn't stop thinking about the large headed boy as he stared morosely at his feet, the other's words playing on rerun over and over again inside his head. The human never yelled at him like that so he didn't even know how to react to it. All he knew was that it had been a change from the normal witty banter they usually tossed back and forth on a daily basis.
'What's wrong with the stink-boy? He NEVER tells me to leave him alone. He's always tracking me down, taking stupid photos, and yelling things like, "I know what you are, Zim!"' Zim thought, kicking at a bit of snow on the ground.
Stopping in his tracks, Zim then lifted his head a bit, another thought coming to

"Very well then, human. I'll make arrangements for you to be transported to the planet of your choosing. But remember, one month's time is all we can afford you. Do I make myself clear?
"Yes. Thank you. I give you my word. I won't let you down." a pearly-toothed smile broke the otherwise stony expression of the dark-haired man standing before the council that had gathered on his behalf.
"You best not, human. This opportunity comes but once in a millenia. Should you fail at completing your mission within the allotted time, we'll have no choice but to cut you from our plans. Every second counts, and the fate of the universe depends on our success. Absolutely nothing can be allowed to hold us back. Not during this most critical of times." the elder of the counci

"This is all your fault..." he muttered, half to himself and half to the disguised alien staring just as intensely back at him.
Antennae twitching beneath his wig at the silent statement, the Irken scoffed at those words. "ZIM is not the one who brought a water gun to school, worm-baby. If anyone is to blame for landing us in detention, it's YOU!" he jabbed a finger in the human's direction, standing abruptly from his seat.
"Zim! How many times do I have to repeat myself?! No leaving your seat during detention! Now sit back down before I add on another fifteen minutes to your time here!" the teacher in charge scowled and pointed to Zim's seat from his spot at the front of the classroom.
Growling, Zim reluctantly returned to sitting back down at his desk,
From Rivalry To Passion-Chapter 2For several long moments, Dib could only stare at the package that met him when he reached the front door to his house, a part of him fighting to resist the urge he had to open it while another part of him fought to not give up so easily on his dreams. From Rivalry To Passion-Chapter 2 in Romance More Like This
He reached for it, stopped himself, and then finally decided he couldn't just leave said package out by the front door where it might be rained on or stolen. So stooping down low to pick it up, he then headed on inside, telling himself he would only stash it in his room until he found the time to mail it back. After all, there was no point in him keeping it. Not when he already had years worth of stashed equipment in his room. Years worth of equipment that had either been broken long ago or didn't work to begin with.
Sighing as he set the latest of his packages down onto his bed, he then gazed longingly at the fake, glow-in-the-dark stars that lined the top of his ceiling. Perhaps he was getting too old for such decorations to still be h

“Dib? Dib!” the receptionist had been trying to catch the boy’s attention when he suddenly paled and collapsed onto his knees in the middle of her office. “Somebody call the nurse!” she called as she got up from her desk to walk around and check him, the dark-haired man having thankfully caught the boy on his way down before laying him on the floor carefully.
“Hey, are you alright?” Dwicky tried to bring the teen around by lightly slapping the boy’s face with a palm.
Dib didn’t respond however, something inside of him having shut down in that moment, causing his knees to lock and mind to go blank.
“Where is the nurse’s office? I
From Rivalry To Passion-Chapter 3"At'l tacy. We're here. Are you ready?" a whisper broke the silence as one of two shadowed figures shifted within the space pod that had transported them to the small blue planet they'd once called home. "I can carry you if you're still worn out. I don't know how far we'll have to walk though." fingers untwined themselves from the mess of brown hair they'd been locked in for the majority of the trip. Petting them back delicately, the man then worked to rearrange the locks back into place before stretching and searching for the emergency exit so both could crawl out from the cramped space pod. From Rivalry To Passion-Chapter 3 in Romance More Like This
Without so much as a word, the second form shifted beneath the man but otherwise remained close, clinging to the man's shirt as he finally found what it was he was looking for and went to release the latch that had been keeping said pod tightly sealed the entire trip.
"You probably don't remember anything about this place. But it's much safer here than anywhere else we've visited these past three
From Rivalry To Passion-Chapter 7“I can’t believe I didn’t see it before. Perhaps I’m getting old and going a little senile.” the man ran a hand through his hair as he followed just a few steps behind the teen, said paranormal investigator walking rather stiffly as he made his way down the street, more than a little annoyed with the other still. “You sure have grown though. The last time I saw you, you barely came past my waist. But just look at you now! You’re nearly as tall as me! And I don’t doubt you still have at least a little more growing to do.” he smiled lightly before feeling that smile fall away at the lack of a response back. From Rivalry To Passion-Chapter 7 in Romance More Like This
He sighed. The boy hadn’t said a word to him since decking him.
He brought a hand up to rub at his jaw, one of his teeth still aching badly despite the fifteen or so minutes that had passed since then.
“You’re a lot stronger too. I think you even managed to dislodge one of my teeth. Though I suppose I deserved tha
