HollowI'm hollowed to the marrowHollow in Free Verse More Like This
Torn apart by this constant wind of emptiness,
My eyes seeking for the answer of a better tomorrow,
The malevolence of a disapearing bliss
Gripping the infinity of a starless night
Lost in a sphere of never ending torments
Riving the scale of an excruciating moroseness.
Struggle and despair you carry
Euphoria and passion you exult,
While I can share nothing but a gap
Attached to a breeze
Falling into nothingness
Fatigued by the time flowing
Hollowed to the marrow

Vibrating in my lungs in a whole new laughter.
I see you as you are,
But you've been told otherwise,
Yet my eyes can see the shadows in yours,
the child that once was, lost in the agony,
of a tomorrow you think would never be.
You're still smiling at me,
exhuming the warmth of a blissful memory,
I want you to be free again, blessed again
And enjoy the bright path leading you,
To the moment your existence brightens this rotting world.
Despite the heaviness of your past, you still walk tall and brave,
Admiration from my heart to yours,
Forever will remain,
Because real giants are those whose who will always grin,
And you are one of them, my friend.
That madness in you mind is strength,
That softness in your pupils is life,
You there, in the corner,
With your disturbed, prodigious smile
And intriguing, perfect dementia.

Ungrounded, floating on the whispers of a memory,
Secretly kindling the tantrums of one’s victory.
Faint yet chaotic render of pure rage tapping, striking,

Hel is thy mistress, ruling the maddening underworld,
Leisure in your rotting vessel, a ritual for the undefeated Gods.
Hel, gazing upon your flesh, your tormented world.
Calling upon thy reclining faith from a river following the odds.
Yet still ungrounded, still balancing on the edge of a ripping tapestry.
An emblazing relic digging in your palm, between blood and atrophy,
Runic treasures and charms hidden under your broken armor,
Hailing her Cimmerian name, at last lifting the valiant Hammer.

Rambling the worms around your trembling knees.
In the frozen land you will bury you own mind,
That soiled memory of a character you once were.
And in the meadow of forgotten hopes,
Wrapped in the foggy gray cloak of the bitter morning,
You float through the vast harmony of Earth,
That you will no longer reach with your stone-cold hands,
Nor see with your dark veiled eyes.
But do not despair, fool,
For those who swallowed your words like honey-wine,
Will remember to follow the trail you left behind,
That same path you were once led into,
Before closing your eyes on the marvels laying upon you.

There was a time,

A time when my smiles were true,
Unbroken by words of sorrows,
Bright and warm as a living light.
I've lived in times were men would sing,
An harmony of hopes,
A symphony of life.
They made promises that soon went blank,
And my smiles perished with them,
Laughter covered by a ravaging anguish.
But the dreams, I've seen them from afar,
Therefore I will keep running,
Before this time goes by.

You Are Almost HomeWe have been filling our distended bellies with too many stars. Too much passion and not enough hope, so careless hands always seem to break us. Leave us with black holes forming beneath our ribcages, licking at the ends of our lungs and hearts. I Don't Believe in LoveI don't believe in love.I Don't Believe in Love in General Fiction More Like This
I can't. I'm incapable.
After everything I've been through there is no possible way I can have affection for anyone, be selfless and completely... not myself.
As a human being, I am programmed to think about myself, feel inclined to talk about myself, look at myself, judge myself, want to hear things said about me, and listen to myself.
I'm a selfish animal.
And I'm impossible to change.
Because, as a human being, I veer away from change. I'm afraid of it. I like the way things are. And I'm afraid that if they change, I won't like it. I'm also afraid that I will. And if I like the way things change, then I will be prone to change. And I don't want to. Because staying the same is a constant that I can live with.
So instead of setting myself up for failure in a subject I don't exactly want to immerse myself into, I've decided to forget about love; I don't believe in any of it. At all. I don't even believe in liking someone without the pursuit of personal gain.

I'd cross the universe if you'd hold me close,
I'd just be another reason for your friends to hear you boast.
What I crave is for you to keep me dear,
...But you don't care which girl is near.
You're eyes determine my palette for the day,
By not selling my soul I push you away...
Is there ever hope of this to come?
I see you look at me in the sun.
...But what drives me crazy,
Is I know you're not thinking the way I am.

What should I do?
I need to be by him,
But I still really want you.
For an optimist, I'm truly very pessimistic.
Afraid of living,
In need of shoulders to cry on.
If I could, I'd use sustenance as my way to leave my fears, but I can't.
Not now that I'm needed like this.
I live my life, And don't aim to please.
But for you, I do anything,
So don't be a tease.
Yet still I fear,
Fear I may shed a tear for him as he gets swallowed up,
Up, down down down into the dark abyss.
Swallowed by Charybdis,
Missing, missing, leaving me empty...
But people live on in your heart, right?
I don't want to get hurt in times so dire,
I don't want to be the guy that burns and conspires,
Please allow me a life of my own,
Without anyone else to worry about, Please?
But it's not easy,
I get too attached too fast even when I tell myself not to.
I love too much,
But yet I never can trust.
Vicious senseless cycle,

For if he dies,

Like the Butterfly
Cages and prisons try to hold me,
But like the butterfly I too am free.
Darting in and out of this reality,
I too am free.
I travel in my mind, body left hanging by these anchors, too heavy.
A world where there is no hatred or money,
Nothing too cruel but just nature and rest for you and me,
Because we too are like the butterfly and free.
Though caged imagination can still blossom,
Its blooms not as strong but still as apparent.
I'd been told in a dream, it was my time. He said,
"Time to be free, dearie. Fly."
My mind does fly, and don't mock time travel so.
I've experienced it but no scientist could know.
Children of darkness do mingle in the flowers,
I do not know to which category I fall.
Prisons and cages please do your worst,
But I will soar beyond your walls
And I will leave you for diffe

In my mind you haunt all day
Flashes of my memories past
Recollecting what you say
Yearn to make those moments last
High hopes that when I close my eyes
Imagine that your lips claim mine
But loneliness is by my side
And all alone I'm left each time
From starry eyed to surprised
To the depths of darkest nights
Truth withheld but never lied
Your careful words blind my sights
Waiting long and never knowing
Keep believing it's yet to come
Yet isn't love ever growing
Why then fools hearts feel so numb
This love is not love
Despaired souls cannot tell
So what do I make of
Broken dreams that you sell

Beyond the high walls
of a barricaded world,
their unfamiliar faces
watched me breathe.
Reaching out again
against my fears within,
but this voice wilted soft

Youre so far away but so real my dear
I go to sleep to dream and to see you clearly
To quiet my mind and to know that you love me
And in the morning I wake
To the sound of your voice on the phone
But I had just spent the night alone
So for days and days its something repeating
Most of the time Im okay, I swear
Even though my hearts weeping
Especially during those times that are creeping
Around the corner, theyre misleading
I have to stay strong, its unbearably tough
After so many weeks Ive about had enough
But boy its so worth it when we finally touch
I look into your eyes, theyre so green
Who am I kidding, youre only on the screen
This long distance thing is harder than it seems
I scream, I sigh, and I cry
Though I know youre mine, all mine
Its about time you understood these lines
More than words, theyre my thoughts
Bleeding from inside
I cant hide them no more
Wont you come walking through my d
