Bloodsteam (ZaDr) ~ Chapter One (Part One)
Okay, so the first half of this chapter is gonna be trough Dib's P.O.V. because it's sooo much easier to explain things through his eyes.
Sixteen years ago was the beginning of my end. On the day of my birth I was taken away from a human nursery on the planet Earth and was raised by an Irken service drone in order to serve my one and only master. The drone told me that Master had bought me legally and therefore I was his forever, but I know I was stolen. Human slaves are illegal in every galaxy, and on every planet. Well, besides Earth, but I never have, and never will admit I know that. I don't need another reason for Master to 'correct' me...
On the day of my second year my master, Blin, assigned me as his personal slave. He told me if I was questioned, I was to 'refer myself as his adopted son.', whatever that was... Master Blin uses many terms that I do not understand, but I've learned to never question him, or it'll lead to more 'correcting'.
For the next five years, there

'How dare him' Zim thought. 'How dare he ignore Zim!' Rage boiled up inside the tiny invader as he stormed after his nemesis. He felt a sense of déjà vu, as he recalled Dib refusing to fight with him beforebut he had at least WARNED Zim!
It was hot outside. One of those days that made the threat of Global warming that much more plausible. The sky was a disheartening burgundy color, the sun beaming down with pinpoint precision on anyone who was unlucky enough to be outside at the current moment.
Fortunately, for nearly everyone else in the crappy little town, they were indoors, watching television and drinking cold beverages. Not so fortunately, Dib was the person the sun was beaming down on.
It didn't do much to increase his good mood. Not that there had been much of a good one in the first place. He irritatedly whipped away a droplet of sweat that was rolling its way down his forehead. Why was his house so far away? Why was it so freaking

CHAPTER 1 Part 1
It was the night before Christmas and all through the Membrane household not a creature was stirring well unless you count a skinny, pale, large headed boy at about the age of 8 as a creature.
Dib's glasses, which were much too large for his face began slipping down as the boy peered around the corner and into the living room where their scrawny tree stood, with its bare branches. Well, bare except for a few tiny bulbs in the shapes of various mythical creatures; bigfoot, moth men, werewolves, monsters of the unusual sorts and of course UFOs.
Dib loved UFOs. Well, he loved the paranormal in general. But, to be as specific as possible, Dib loved Aliens. He adored what they stood for. Life outside of this tiny, crude planet. How they had so many possibilities. So much amazing technology. And of course those funny limbs and eyes.
The little(well not so little anymore) boy skidded out from behind his cover, now that he was satisfied
To Kill -ZaDr- DrabbleZim hated many things. Well hated was kind of a miniscule word when speaking about Zim's feelings towards these 'many things'.To Kill -ZaDr- Drabble in Scraps More Like This
Zim despised water; it could drown, boil and freeze.
Zim loathed with a passion tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis and any natural disaster that one could think of.
He was sure if it was possible he would murder in the cruelest way possible any and all wild animals that could eat, spread disease or go rabid.
Zim detested the sun for it burned and caused things such as 'strokes'.
Zim hated cars and trains and speed boats and subways and motorcycles that could crash into an unsuspecting person. Those things could squish you flat as a waffle.
There was construction machines, electricity, sharp objects and poison. Swallow able objects, fatty food, and rope.
But out of everything he hated, one thing stood out the most above all; Zim hated humans.
They lied, cheated, turned into cannibals or axe murders. They spread toxins and committed suicide. They had no conscience m

And you would fight for Zim out of loyalty?" Zim questioned finally. It was a strange thought; all these years of fighting each other, why would Dib fight for Zim out of loyalty?
Dutifully, Dib scooped out the vanilla cream and plopped it onto the cone before handing it over to the alien menace. "Here, your majesty. I hope you enjoy. I lost a leg while getting it for you but, it was worth it." Once the ice cream was handed off, the teen walked over to the register to pay for their cones, wondering if the old man recognized him. From the dimness in his expression, Dib guessed 'no'. Somehow it was both a relief and a disappointment
Zim rolled his eyes at Dib. He liked the idea of Dib being his faithful knight, but the human's obvious sarcastic tone was ruining the imagery.
Hesitantly the alien tasted the plain white treat, this time not being surprised by the frostiness. This one was a much more subtle sweetness; it was creamy and surprisingly good.

He felt like a child, hands pressed against the glass. Face almost doing the same as he stared with morbid curiosity as his father and several other scientists talked around a body. It was cut open, blood dripping into a contained container around the table. A clean white sheet, all but soaked. One of the scientists said something behind his mask and they all laughed. Dib couldn’t remove his eyes from the glistening organs, the limp limbs that poked from the sheet.
That had haunted him in his dreams ever since and today was the same. Except for the fact that Dib was 19 now and the subject wasn’t under a sheet with scientists laughing around his dead body. Yet. Instead it was locked in a giant clear cube. It had a bed and a toilet but little else.
And the subject wasn’t human. That was clear right away. Dib felt his eyes widen and his curiosity pique immediately. He was following his father who was talking to another fellow scientist. He
Not Real -ZaDr-1The sun was too hot as per usual in the nameless little town, the grass dry and nearly brown, leaves long dead floating across the ground as if reluctant to touch it fully and yet the wind just kept carrying it along until it got stuck on some long forgotten piece of gum or crushed underfoot of one useless bumbling teenager or another. Not Real -ZaDr-1 in Romance More Like This
Dib was almost content sitting in the heated afternoon or at least that what he resolutely told himself. With his girl friend leaning on his chest, hands around her waist and sipping on poop cola, he was feeling almost complete. Almost like he could lose himself in the normalcy of it all and forget for a little bit that his life was all but falling apart at the seams now.
Key word; almost. Because even as Gretchen blabbered about something meaningless and normal, he felt it. The shivery sensation of being watched. Of big, false eyes that probed the edges of this monotone dream that was too good to be true.
They were following his every move, silently moc

They were statues to the Empire, permanently in their salute. And Zim didn't dare move even a millimeter, wouldn't dream of doing so, not when it could bring shame to himself and his people.
The commanders and generals walked past them, an inspection. They hardly gave Zim a glance, almost missed him entirely for he hardly qualified to be a soldier, standing chest height with many of the others.
Cold eyes passed over him and then continued. He relaxed minutely. Another test passed. And there had been many up until then, leading to this great moment when the newest generation of smeets would graduate from the Academy and lead the rest of their lives above the surface of Irk or beyond the stars, exploring the universe.
When they called his name to 'officially' encode him with his duty, Zim almost missed it.
The Forest"So, tell me again why you're here." Dib inquired, panting slightly, thumbs hooked into his backpack. Around him the forest rustled, wind through the leaves, innocent and seemingly barren. Zim trailed behind him, practically crawling except for the forest was filled with germs and stuff and he didn't want to touch that so he was doing an awkward kind of jig.The Forest in General Fiction More Like This
"You. Walk too. Fast." He panted.
"Not my fault your little legs can't keep up." Dib mocked, casually eyeing the trees while his companion gasped as though fatally wounded, standing upright.
"Tiny, puny, pathetic?" The boy mused. "You're all those things."
"How dare you?! I am perfectly sized and far from pathetic, Yanno being a high class irken elite. Unlike you." Sniffing arrogantly, Zim sauntered forward. Dib pulled out a map from his backpack.
"Oh? How am I pathetic?" The Irken growled and stomped around to the front of Dib, trying to get a good look at the map, but the human held it up too high.

The weekend was here and it began with a normal Saturday morning, birds chirping through the boys window and the deadly light of the sun beaming on the mirror, lighting up the whole room with such a warm essence. It was not on a school day so he didn't have to worry about waking up early in the morning. But he would still like to get up early, do his necessary needs like showers and breakfast. Gaz would still be sleeping from staying up all night waiting for her Pig Fright Night marathon. Eventually his father, Professor Membrane asked Dib to bring her up to her room. Let's just say that he almost didn't make it out of there alive.
Up bright and early, Dib stretched his arms upwards and slid his glasses on. The scars on his pale torso grimaced and it only made Dib do the same. Sighing heavily, Dib kicked his feet off the bed placed on his pants, staying out of his shirt to go downstairs to make breakfast. The room wasn't so much tense as it was just awkward. Zim didn't seem to notice it but, Dib was trying his best to ignore it. All the times he had been in this room he had been struggling and fighting to escape, but now he was willingly here. Working on a stupid school project, with his alien enemy.
'Not weird at all.' He thought to himself.
He found the button he was looking for. With all the random doodads he had stolen from Zim he'd managed to slowly learn his language.
He continued typing.
"Error! Subject unknown." The computer beaped.
"What? I'm sure I spelled it right."
Dib scowled. He furrowed his brow and typed it in again to double check.
"Error! Subject still unknown." The computer repeated.
"What is... this 'Content'?" Zim interrupted.
"It's-" Dib stopped as the monitor flashed through images found on Google tagged with the said word.

My master once told me that there was a time when all galaxies were isolated from one another; No one dared venture into the depths of space in fear of being captured or even killed by some unknown alien race. That was until the inhabitants of Irk did what no other species dreamed of...
The Irken leader, Tallest Myuki, ordered her best technicians to build something that could easily cruise around space without a single complication. The process took a gruesome eighty years, but the Irken's did it; They built the first space vessel to ever travel such great distances without any problems or hindrance.

Who, much to his satisfaction, was shorter than him. After four years of being on the planet the Irken had realized that his old attire had been deemed 'weird,' and in his attempt to successfully blend in with the humans he had taken the human with him to purchase clothing that was 'normal', which consisted of very dark colors. On every outfit Zim had stitched a pink insignia of his Irken empire. The invader had also customized a longer wig to hide his growing antenna.

Dib grabbed his cheeks and kissed him. If I’m going to be abandoned here I might as well move on from that bastard. How could he just leave me?! How could he just hate me this much?! Why couldn’t he just let me kill myself?! Look at me! I’m a disaster!
Zam’s eyes widened then he smiled and kissed back but then leaned away. “Why are you doing this?”
Dib smiled and nuzzled Zam. “Because...I don’t want to be alone. I don’t want to be with him either. I don’t want to die...I don’t want to love him...I want to try and love you, Zam.

Dib’s raven hair went in front of his tear streaked face as he walked to the bloodied battlefield. His shields and armor weighing him down. He pulled out his sword as he stopped and turned to his men. “I need to know. How many of you would rather forfeit this war and just give the Irken Empire the planet? Our deaths will go in vain if we continue like this. However way you look at it, the Irken Empire will win. He’s just too smart. Too cocky. Too strong. Too many numbers. Too brilliant. There’s just no way we can defeat him. He knows all our weaknesses. He’s just going to kill us all and let this damned planet catch on fire...so, what you need to ask yourselves is it worth it?” Dib cried his fists tightening, one around the handle of his shiny pointy sword. “So, I need to know how many I still have left. I’m going to see this through. That bastard has betrayed me for the last time. If anything I’m going to kill him. Seven

Dib, with his glasses slumped to the edge of his nose, dreamily turned his gaze to his alien lover. He had his eyes placed, though he wasn't paying attention, to his large purple television. He had his right arm resting comfortably in his lap with his legs lazily crossed and his other black rubber-gloved hand was lounging openly across the magenta couch.
"Hey Zim?", Dib asked suddenly.
"Present.", Zim replied, flicking his maroon eyes to him.
"What do you think a FAMILY-", saying the word uncomfortably," would be like? For us?"
In truth, neither Zim nor Dib had ever experienced a family. Zim was born from a tube and 3 seconds later was sent for military training. Dib's father was a workaholic and barely ever saw his son in person and his sister wouldn't and doesn't care if he's gone or dead or whatever. They both found the thought a little odd of topic, but Dib thought he might as well get Zim's opinion on it.
"Family? You mean Smeets and mates and stuff?", he raised a slic

Yet you never cared the slightest
And though your my blood, dear sister-eth
You all are no better than shit

I hope you both rot on the street
Although I have no place to stay at,

He rejoices and hugs me tight
Says I gave him such a fright
That before him, on the couch I'd die

I should be dead. Least it'd ease my mind."

The words rang in Dib's ears as he walked home. Those three words hurt him more than anyone expected. Especially the one who had said them.
It hurt more than when people called him 'insane' or 'crazy'. More than when his family ignored him.
He walked up to his front door, opening it, and looking around. No one was there, leaving him alone once more. A tiny thought rang behind the words, forcing him to go to his room, slowly.
He didn't want to do what he was about to do, but he knew it was the only thing to end the hurt.

Zim, in a fit of anger, grabbed his tray and walked off to exit the cafeteria. Dib jumped up and walked over to follow him. He watched the Irken closely and stayed a short distance behind him. But to his best efforts, Zim still picked up on the footsteps behind him.

The air was crisp, enveloping the city in that icy grip it always seemed to have during this time of the year. Everything was white save for the red and green decorations clinging to nearly every house and building in the city it seemed. The month was December which meant Christmas was approaching fast. It was a time of cheer and good will towards all mankind...well...most of mankind at least. For a certain 17 year old hi-skool student, it was a time of gloom and bad memories. While the rest of the world celebrated this joyous time of the year, he spent most of his time indoors, locked in his room, just praying that the holidays would pass quickly so he could get on with his life. He hated this time of the year, especially when he had to leave his house for reasons beyond his control. Today was no exception.
Skool still hadn't let out for winter break which meant two more weeks of abuse, mental and physical, from the other students. Dib Membrane was the mo

Dib let go of Zim completely as the Irken slid down to the ground and hid his face in his hands. From where Dib was standing, it looked like Zim was crying, which surprised Dib. He didn't think Irkens could cry and even if they could, he never expected Zim would be the one breaking down in front of him. In all the years he had known Zim, the other had never expressed any other emotions besides anger, fear, and insane happiness whenever he came up with some "ingenious" plan for world conquest. But this was just out of character for the once proud invader. What Dib felt was even more out of character for himself was the fact that he actually felt sorry for the Irken in that moment. He had always thought he'd feel great the day he finally beat Zim but now, he felt the exact opposite. His chest ached, but he didn't know what he could say or do to make the other feel better.
After a few moments of just watching Zim sob at his feet

Zim couldn't resist not hugging Dib in a little bit of excitement. However, not wanting to hurt him, he forced his excitement down inside of him so he wouldn't squish the boy in his arms. "Dib, I missed you last night!" He couldnt stop the deep red blush that came to his face as those words just slipped by his lips. Still hugging Dib and holding the basket of fruit, he could hear and feel his own heart beating faster.
Dib smiled warmly at the affectionate hug as he nuzzled his face into Zim's neck so he could kiss it lightly and whisper against the cool, lime green skin there. "I missed you too, Zim." he whispered, gently gripping at the bottom of Zim's shirt as he rested his cheek against Zim's shoulder once more so the Irken could just hold him. This was the comfort he needed as he wiped the wetness from his eyes on Zim's uniform. Sighing lightly, he closed his eyes and relaxed his body against Zim's for a moment.
