У древних славян, проповедовавших языческие верования, был культ Семаргла (или Симаргла, в разных источниках по-разному пишется):воплощался в крылатого волк. Собственно это он и жрица древнего культа).
Malulani is a stranger d&d character. She is a ranger but she's part elvish. The strange part is that she doesn't know it although she already lived quite long and she didn't age much. This is my second ranger in a very short while. The coincidence made it that Its also a woman and has a wolf companion (which you can see in the distance).
Another d&d portrait I just finished. And another femme fatale (seems like I get these a lot lately and I honestly enjoying it very much). She is an ex assassin turned good. Love transforms us all, for good or for bad; lucky for her, the transformation was positive I wanted to give her some feline attributes to subliminally increase the effect of her sway and her dangerous agility. Let me know if I succeeded.
This is done as a charity project for a D&D session organized under the name Mythic Party (you can check for more details here: [link] ) to rise some money at Gencon this summer. Its the first of a series of seven characters (so there are six more to come) with the potential of modifying each character into a zombi in the event they fail some save and succumb to an infection. This one took me about six or seven straight hours to do but it was fun especially since I had a lot of freedom to express myself.
Hannibal is the Avenger in a party from a custom D&D campaign dedicated on eradicating an undead infestation. The campaign has been amusingly called "28 Turns Later" as a spoof to the movie "28 Days Later" which deals with a similar issue. He is just one of the six characters I've done for that campaign, most of them specially built to deal with ghouls, zombies, liches, wraiths and such.
