She leaned back on her chair and started thinking of all the fights she saw him in and then clicked her fingers "I got it when he has his arms and legs rendered useless he is almost powerless" she said in an instant of excitement. As I got back in to my room I cleaned up the ornaments on the floor. Thankfully none had broke and I thought to myself "Hmm need an open area to use this thing so I don't break anything." When I was in the shower an idea clicked "The basement that's it!" I said to myself almost falling in the shower.
When I got myself sorted out and dressed I went in to the basement and looked around, there where a few boxes about but they could be moved out the way easily to give me enough room to swing the scythe around without smashing anything or knocking in to something or someone.
Once I moved a few of the boxes I looked at my phone to find in horror that class was going to start in 10 minutes and I the college was a fifteen minute drive away. So I decided to use my new abilities to my advantage and test my new area out the first thing I thought while swinging my scythe was the girls restroom in the college which thankfully it made a portal to. As I awoke to my alarm clock a vast amount of images of friends and family past and present flooded my head which made me feel rather sickly so I got up and went straight to my bathroom which to my amazement looked completely different yet I still knew was my bathroom. The wash basin was pristinely, clean as was the toilet, the shower, everywhere was spotless. As I looked around I muttered to myself "oh great I am a clean freak" and decided to get myself sorted out before I was late.
When I got undressed I turned to see myself completely naked in the mirror, the male me would of went in to a blushed red state, bleeding through his nose but I seemed to just turn away and got in to the shower as if I seen this image everyday, while in the shower I done all my cleaning rituals as if it was second nature, done my hair and shaved my legs and "other" areas in a breeze but there was a small voice telling me that this is all wrong.

That used to be the hangout for potential recruits, as nobody lower than that of Gormin rank was allowed on board any of the battleships, particularly the Gigant Horse. And yes, there was a vast ranking system that was at least thirty ranks long. The Empire's name couldn't be translated to "cruelty" for nothing. If nobody could be cruel enough to advance through the ranks, then they were

The opening begins the same as that of the Akibaranger show, shining spotlights on the main three.
"A tiny paradise amongst a sea of skyscrapers: Akihabara. There we found three warriors who believed that pain was power and who fought battles that once existed entirely in their heads. They were...Wait! What's that?"
As the narrator speaks, the Gokai Galleon emerges from the dark, foggy background.
"We're being invaded by pirates...No, that's The Gokaigers! An Official Sentai, here? Mr. Saburo? What's going on here!"
"OFFICIAL SENTAI?" Screams Nobuo with such intensity that the background itself shakes.
The screen zooms in on Yumeria and Mitsuki, who look to the Galleon. The camera at first zooms in on Captain Marvelous, smiling at the viewer. While he stands on the Galleon's exterior, the camera pans out to see Nobuo running up to the massive ship laughing crazily along the way. Cue Marvelous running into the Galleon in fear.

"Oh! That's the mech used in the final battle of Maskman!" Shouts Gai.
The camera zooms in on Nobuo, uncovering a group of action figures that was once shrouded in white cloth.
"And this? Well this isn't anything...Just ACTION FIGURES OF THE ENTIRE GO-RANGER TEAM!"
"You have any idea how rare these are in my world?!" Gai responds. "And I've actually fought alongside these guys?"
"You've fought alongside actual Official Sentai?! Well, of course you have, but still I'm SO jealous!" Nobuo yells happily. "This here...This guy's the man of my dreams!"
The two Sentai fanboys embrace happily. Cue Yumeria jotting down notes in a yellow notebook.
"They skipped the man-crush and went full-on bro-mantic." Marvelous says as he turns to Joe.
"Now there's two of them." Joe says.
"I know the feeling." Mitsuki replies. "The old man's barely tolerable on his own."
"I KNEW I was gonna lose brain cells from this little venture." Luka says.

That was refreshing.
No sooner had Don left the hotel did a big grin stretch itself onto his face.
After last night, the sleep really helped.
He dreamt again of the Galleon; Marvelous stuffing himself while the others did their own personal things. Weirdly enough, though...The Akibarangers were there, too. Their details were kinda hazy, though. Oh, well. It was just a dream. No point in dwelling on it.
He was too hard on them. The Blue one knew the situation, but he remembers Nobuo's face just before he and the cat-woman ran off.
He'd apologize, first-thing. He told Mitsuki to tell them, but still...It would mean more coming from him.
The sidewalks were more typical of Japan; but there was an odd sense of hostility.
"You all still have an infection to deal with..."
Malshina's words left Don a little uneasy. Even if it was over something insignificant; people were still being mistreated. It was odd then; that nobody in the town showed outward signs of being infected. Life seemed

After the cashier fiasco, the Gokaigers had moved the fuel onto the Galleon, but there was no rejoicing. Luka's past was (seemingly) now back to haunt her and the enemy that the Gokaigers had thought dead was crawling back from the grave like a zombie.
The camera pans out to view the entire dining table inside of the Galleon. While Marvelous ate more and more food, Gai and Luka just kept eying the empty seat where Don would always sit while Gai and Ahim were in in their own little worlds (Gloomy worlds, obviously)
"The crap's hitting the fan by the hour." Joe says. "First Don goes missing, then the fight, and now Zangyack's back. Marvelous, what should we do?"
Marvelous looks up from his 'feast,' with food still in his mouth. "Stay on course." He says, with Ahim obviously not appreciating the low quality of his manners. Though it WAS justified.
"Man, why do they wanna revive a tyrant that would rather off them than rule over them in the first place?" Gai asks angrily.

Story Reimagining: Shadow
Shadow the Hedgehog had been wandering the world for some time with only scattered memories of being trained to speak by a young girl while he was in prison. The reason for his imprisonment he's unsure of, but he does know someone the girl (he's forgotten her name) saved him from a terrible fate and taught he fairness, kindness, and the value of beauty through her artwork. This seems in direct contrast to his natural inclination and skill at using firearms and fighting, something his body is conditioned and trained to do.
His final most vivid memory is the name she gave him. Shadow.
Interested in recovering his past but also hesitant to do for fear of what dark secrets lurk in the fog of amnesia he has been traveling quietly and stealthily across the country, pursued by mysterious red robots as well as the forces of a militant private military called The Guardian Unit of Nations (G.U.N) who sees him as a threat. Reimagining Shadow Warrior
Akihiko Togakure was born with life's knee firmly on his neck.
The seventh son of a poor family in Japan he was abducted by pirates at ten and rescued by ninjas at fifteen, after five years spent in thankless servitude. Those five years however had toughened his skin and his resolve. Sensing much potential in the lad, the master ninja of the hidden clan began training him in the deadly arts and when he became a man he assumed the coveted mantle of Shadow Warrior: the elite tier of the elite.
But Akihiko wasn't fond of being told what to do. Disciplined, yes. Cowed. No.
After escaping from the mountain fortress he traveled to Tokyo after several adventures in the countryside, acquiring an ancient but powerful sword in the process. Unlike the clan his interests were less shadowy anarchistic manipulation of Japanese politics, and more immediate acquirement of food, drink, and pleasurable company.
To that end he took on the occupation his skills allowed him to ex

Re-Imagining Swat Kats
If there was one thing MegaKat city hated more then the criminal element, it was vigilantes.
Not that they hadn't had their fair share of effective citizen heroes, the most famous now infamous example being Dark Kat who served the people as a silent, thankless defender from the shadows for years. Then for reasons still unknown to the day he turned villainous, leading a wave of terrorism and violence unparalleled in the city's checkered history. After the fall of Dark Kat it was a nigh capital offense for regular civilians to carry firearms, operate military grade vehicles, or engage in any unsanctioned heroic activities whatsoever.
That would be the job of the government owned and operated Enforcers.
And it was this lone opportunity to serve their populace (as well as legally gain access to high-grade explosives, gunships and well guns) that appealed to childhood friends Chance Furlong and Jake Clawson, the former being a Brutal Ba

The first of Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes forays was a welcome revelation. From the trailers it appeared to an action heavy brain dead film for people who had no idea what Sherlock Homes was, perhaps written by those who didn't either. There was none of the subtlety, none of the charm, and none of the cerebral investigations that permeate the works of Arthur Conan Doyle.
But this all turned out to be the fault of a poor trailer, not a poor film. Ironically the previews highlighted all the not-so-good scenes leaving out the truly clever and entertaining ones for the most part. In the actual movie there's a great camaraderie and rivalry between Watson and Holmes that really makes each step of the production enjoyable. The villain too is almost as brilliant as Holmes in his schemes making him a formidable opponent.
Then there was the shadowy menace of Professor James Moriarty, intriguingly only shown in the shadow

Zach Synder is rapidly gaining a reputation as a visionary director even since his powerful debut with Dawn of the Dead. He reinvigorated comic movies with the success of 300 and confirmed his credit as a comic movie director with the highly faithful Watchmen. His reputation revolves around his devotion to classic geek culture, the archetypes of science fiction and fantasy brought to vivid larger the life reality by the latest computer generated effects. He's also infamous for having scantily clad and promiscuous female characters in compromising situations, overblown combat set pieces, and incredible amounts of slow motion photography.
All of these things blend into his latest production: SuckerPunch.
Apparently a long time vanity project with roots in his early childhood artwork, SuckerPunch was initially marketed as 'Alice in Wonderland with machine guns' when it was first announced. The title alone suggests something powerful, blunt force, shock

A bizarre series of murders are reported in New York. People of many different backgrounds just wind up dead, killed by methods too mundane and strange to be considered suicide. Eventually the incidents are too widely spread to be considered the killings of one person and there's feared to be a plot by an extremist organization, possibly a terrorist conspiracy.
Until the Central Park incident.
While witnesses watched some with cameras nearly everyone in the park began to exhibit signs of confusing, disorientation. When they tried to speak their words meant nothing and although their expressions appeared very sad their voices were monotone. Without warning they began mass suicide by any means possible including hairpins, fence stakes, wandering into traffic, all executed with the same methodical zombie-like unhurriedness.
Some of the cameramen likewise fall victim and it's understood in full frightening clarity that this is an epidemic, not murders, not suicid
