I know I'm in a minority of people to be disappointed by Ironman 3.
It's not like it didn't have some seriously good stuff in it. It did. My problem is knowing what we lost.
The Mandarin was a villain the writers wanted to use since movie one. He kept getting kicked down the road until they reached three. From what I found out and what my nephew told me they wanted a traditional Mandarin since rumors were they were going to shoot in China.
Science verse magic! It's what I was hoping for early on.
The problem? I originally was told China wouldn't cooperate with the idea. For obvious reasons, they don't like having anything Chinese being shown negative ( they do that enough themselves ).
So we got a great actor like Ben Kingsley reduced to a joke character named Trevor.
Ouch! This made me miss the animated Ironman with the teenage Tony Stark. At least that was a genuine Mandarin.
I'm not going to totally knock the real villain.

I always had this very uneasy feeling. I'm kinda felt that most people around that are nice to me are just showing their fake side. I also had this feeling when I ask for small details about their OC so that I could draw something for them, they think I'm just kissing up to them so they would draw an art for me. I feel that most of the artists here thinking that I'm taking advantage of them when I'm actually not.
I don't use any ways to get art frompro artists (like maybe a few others who I don't know) because I know I can draw. (just not pro enough)
I ask for requests is because I don't have the money to ask for a commission and because I liked to see how my request would look like in the artist's style and maybe could actually learn from it
I feel...inferior...I met an old classmate of mine and we talked about our old classmates and I did learned some stuff. I had a Spanish Oral exam where I had to discuss Latino culture in the US...I was so freaking afraid since my vocab has been seriously reduced due to it being a long time since I took Spanish. I think I did VERY well! At least a lot better than I thought I would.
I showed my adviser the first three pages of my thesis, she LOVES it so far.

Batman and Robin 0 has Talia tell Damian he is an Al Ghul first, and a Wayne second; I wrote Joseph telling Talia that Damian is more Wayne than Al Ghul

As some of you may know, I'm a HUGE Broadway fan (and no, I'm not gay, don't stereotype. Us straight guys like singing and dancing too you know!). Grew up listening to shows, going to shows, and my first celeb crush was on Bernadette Peters.
Tonight was the Tonys, Broadway's biggest night. With Neal Patrick Harris hosting for a record FOURTH time (three in a row), it was a night of song, dance and laughs. It was a night of celebration, and memorial.
But mostly singing and dancing.
I was rooting for Pippin and Matilda for best revival and best musical respectively.
