The peanut noodle recipe was really really yummy (found here [link] ), though I modified it a bit. I didn't have cucumber so I used zucchini instead. Used spaghetti instead of Asian noodles (I was out of buckwheat soba). Added sesame seeds, dry-fried tofu, napa cabbage.
