After I published double chocolate and mint cupcakes' photos, a friend of mine asked me - in a manner of joke, with a hideous photo of a canned tuna attached to her message - to take some pics of food more appriopriate for people who watch their weight, such as tomatoes with canned tuna in water, or low-fat cottage cheese with radish. Well, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! It was a fun way to practice with natural light, 'cause I'm usually working with studio lighting.

This is without a shadow of a doubt my favorite creation, its a 220g Wagyu Beef Fillet served w: Paris Mash, Wild Sauteed Mushrooms and a Veal Marsala Jus.
