This is my half of an art trade with , she requested me a drawing of Kafei with Anju, both from "The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask".
I'm quite pleased with the results; however, I think that I could have done it a lot better.
Hope that you like it, Shû!

Collaboration artwork, the lineart was done by *yuina19 (check out her gallery, her work is totally beautiful) I did the coloring trying new methods and chromatic schemes.I really like the results, the hardest part was the flower background.
I'll be working on more Zelda related art soon

So, I really wanted to make something simple but powerful. Because with the huge spectrum of differences among Sonic fans, things get really muddled up and drama-tastic. So here's something I hope every fan can enjoy. I really wanted to give the emerald justice as the mysterious, powerful thing that it is. Hope I succeeded!
My favorite version of Sonic's ever-changing design is from Sonic CD, during the animated scenes, because of the simple and charming design. [link] Listened to this as I sketched it, the most awesome Sonic 3 remix ever:[link] Oh yeah~

Listening to this while viewing is obligatory!!! [link]
Favorite part of Skyward Sword? The little sky islands. Zelda games in general give such an alluring sense of solitude, but I can lose myself on these islands despite having visited them all tons of times. I'm convinced it's the music that makes them so meditative and charming.

Hey wouldja lookit that! Not stiff boringness Practicing expressiveness in bodies and faces, cuz heaven knows I need it. I also used more colorful shadows than before (I've learned a lot since making these guys' turn arounds). And I know they have hands, but seeing Sonic characters with toes just creeps me out. Paws paws paws, please. ...I think I might be the only one that feels that way EDIT I'm surprised at how many people agree with me on the feet issue
Making this was so freaking fun, I almost can't stand it.
except for on the hands and shoes... I never polish those up "Sonic" and all other trademarks and trade names are properties of .
A colorful, digital painting of the princess of Sarasaland~ This took, maybe 4 or 5 hours, not including the time it took to sketch it out. You can see a gif of my progress here: Progress Gif - Click Here
