But the problem is I don't know who I want to say them to
I don't know how to stop this
How to make my stomach ache go away
How do I make myself care enough all the time
How do I fix everything and make you want to stay
Can't you see what this is doing to me
Can't you see that this isn't who I want to be
Should I fall off of this mountain
Should I trip and fly through open air
Plummeting into hell without any cares
How about I go drown in the fountain of life, because it's too late for me
I became a shape shifter inside
I lie with my smiles when you can't tell they're fake
Sometimes I don't even know
I'm so scatter brained and right here, right now, nothing is clear
I can't do this right now, but I'll do it again tomorrow
Don't leave me alone, because that gives me time to think
I just want to walk off, and never look back through windows of the past
I want to look out the one in front, and when I blink everything will be okay at last
I always come

Are really just holes
Just emptying my soul
Could it be
That no one can see
The pictures I draw
Of the things I saw
Could it be that
I write things people forget
And the things I say
Are forgotten within a day
Could it be that
Reading the things I write
And I just don't know it yet
Could it be
You can't understand me
And all my dreams
Aren't possible in this reality
Could it be
That I don't know myself
That I can't actually ever say
What I want to say
Could it be
That you are all deaf
And there is no reason left
To go on with me and continue talking
Could it be
That I just don't know
And I'll never know if I keep going
And that the taps of my feet just stopped
Could it be
That I can't go on
Can't move forward without my soul
And the words I can't seem to get across
Could it be
That I don't really want you to see
So I put up a veil of pretty words
So that you'll leave me be and forget I ever left you something to read?

Nobody knows, but you always wondered
How do you fix something, just by doing your best
When your ears bleed from successive thunder
Your restless feet claw at the floor
Travelling here and there, everywhere
Looking for nothing and nevermore
Your eyes broken and stuck in a stare
Do you know the number for the doctor
Can you call him and tell him of my pains
My eyes are hurting and my heart is sore
I think the gun blasted out my brains
What is this torture known as death
I can't seem to take it
I don't want to be the only one left
With shackled feet and bleeding wrists
I can feel my bones snapping within my flesh
The poor, crying marrow weeping out and dripping
I couldn't do anything, and you couldn't care less
My heart breaking and the beat skipping
Its like a song that lost its tone
Or a sad, sorrowful instrument out of tune
They make this horrible brassy groan
Nothing like the wolves howling on the moon
Did I ever tell you my dream

Shall I die along side
Shall I cease to breathe
At the right hour shall I die
I still hear your words echoing through my head
They will forever haunt my mind
Those sickening words you said
That one killing line
Shall I hold your hand
Until it becomes cold
Shall I bury you in this land
Just waiting to grow old
I don’t want to watch you die
I don’t want you to get sick
You promised forever, yet clearly lied
And I can’t deal with this
Shall we spend eternity
Together in hell
Don’t you want to be with me
Until the last tolling bell
This world leaves me lonely
This world breeds my hate
Can’t you see the fine line of destiny
The destructive plans of fate
We were pulled together by some force
Only gravity can rip us apart
We were pushed into the same court
And I owe you my heart
With the words you throw around
The words you choose to say
I feel as if I may drown
And this be our last day
Blood is seeping through the bandage
Don't Give Up- PleaseEvery day, every minute, every second, every where you look, there will be someone there to push you down. Someone looking to make your life a living hell and screw up what could have been the best day of your life. In middle school and high school every thing that happens to you is such a big deal. She called you ugly, he called you stupid, they laughed at you when you tripped down the stairs. No one had the balls enough to be a decent person and help you. Your world seems to be crashing down around you, and all you can do is sit there and watch it come down, brick by bloody brick. You think you have no one to turn to.Don't Give Up- Please in Emotional More Like This
But that is not true. For every five people that hurt you, there is surely to be at least one friendly face in the crowd. Some one who has been there and understands the pain of those days. Someone who wants to help you. Some one to put there hand out and catch you when you fall. But you have to be able to trust enough to reach out. You have to put yourself out there

With this time left unpaid
I sit and reflect
On the breath in my chest
And the words left unsaid
I rot and writhe in darkness
My heart helpless and a mess
Filled with this sick unrest
I look up and see nothing
I look inside and see worse than nothing
I watch the lies and hear the sighs
The lonely breaths of emptiness
Into an empty world only I know
The one I created for myself
You may breach the castle walls
But the stone will never crumble
And the fortress will never fall

Who hears the cracking of a broken heart
Who hears the death of a dying smile

Writhing upon the cold hard ground
Burning to ash like paper set to flame
A dead world unknown to others
Wrapped in words of hurt
And fires that burn forever
The plains of Hell never looked so heavenly

Down the road, John gathered the little bag that held your prescriptions as he thought over what had happened. He’d almost lost you… again. The thought of what would have happened had he and Sherlock not been on their way home at that exact moment sent a shot of dread through his veins. You were his support system, his lifeline, the one person in the world he could trust with anything and everything- his best friend. At the same time you were his baby sister and it was his job to protect you and somehow he’d failed.
There was no way he could erase the guilt- if he had gone with you, if you had felt like you could come to him, if he’d noticed you hadn’t called, if, if, if… The list went on

The air was alive with energy. It fizzled and crackled like a fuse leading to a firework only to explode in a mix of vibrant colors. A spirograph opened impossibly wide. For a few moments reality split as the portal roared to life. There was green energy that seeped from the spirograph and the insides flashed intermittently with pulses of the same green that matched the electric that danced around the opening.
One by one the Gods descended.
There were eight of them, garbed in clothing the likes of which this world had never seen. One dressed in blue hovered above the ground while the others appeared from the portal. The blue one fist bumped with one dressed in red. They looked from face to face before erupting in cheers and hugs. But their celebration would be cut short.
Five others had joined them from the portal. They were dark skinned and clothed in black with fierce expressions set into harsh facial features. But they seemed friendly with the Gods
Worth the Kill? Chapter ThreeKarkat woke up first, there was a soft light filtering in through the blinds. He yawned and stretched, noticing John was still holding him tight. The troll smiled and pressed his head against the boy. 'Is this what having Matesprit feels like? This sense of safety?' He was really surprised that he felt so safe around John. There was something about the human boy that made him forget his fears, and feel relaxed. Something that he'd never experienced in his life. Karkat grabbed John careful to not wake him up and held on like he was going to disappear. 'He still could, everything I have disappears.' He clutched this person who he only met hours ago like he was the dearest thing he had. John had become the trolls only link, his only chance, at a peaceful life. He shivered at the thought of losing the boy, this amazing wonderful boy who sheltered him, even though he was a complete stranger, and a troll.Worth the Kill? "I think tomorrow I'll have you out front," He watched the troll's head whip around and his eyes widen, "Well not alone! I mean, you'll probably just end up restocking the shelves and cases. I wouldn't make you work the register yet!" He dried another dish off and set it down. "Besides I don't think we should shock our customers too fast by introducing you."

John noticed Karkat smile a bit, "Fine. I understand. I not ready yet too."

It's hard to understand just what it is you dream of. There are fragments of scenes, things that almost seem to be recollections. A strange language, one you can almost make out it's full of growls of clicks and noises you know your throat can make.
There's a planet. One with a red-ish sky and moons of green and purple. Trolls live on this planet, trolls like you. Only these trolls are free. Humans don't even seem to exist. You know this is a dream, something so perfect can only exist in your mind.
The scene shifts, your mind blanks for a second, two, then it's bright. So bright. Quickly your eyes adjust to the cruel light and the surrounding area becomes clear. Black and white checkerboard ground stretches out over the rolling hills and strange mountains of this new world. There are trees and rivers and a soft breeze.
Where is it coming from? It seems so familiar?

The shindig the Fusiliers threw for her wasn't a surprise, but it was very significant because it was the only birthday party she'd ever had in her life. Having been raised very poor with only her mother, and then losing her mother at the age of twelve, well, there simply hadn't been a lot a special times in Isabelle Pearl's life.
All that changed with the birthday party. Alexandra pulled out all the stops, spared no expense. Isabelle was treated like royalty right from the start with Marie serving her breakfast in bed. The Altstadt Palace was the most spectacular building on Kolovraty and the official residence of Duke Josef Sheridan. First built in 2673 when the system was part of the Rim Worlds Republic, the building was a close copy of the Hofburg Palace found in Vienna, Austria on Old Earth. The ruler of Kolovraty at the time had wanted something beautiful and grand, and had looked to the distant past for inspiration. It had been badly damaged during the Amaris Civil War, but when the Lyran Commonwealth annexed the system after the war, Duke Sheridan's ancestor restored it to its former glory.
In the heart of the palace complex were a series of magnificent halls that could serve a variety of functions, and one of the most impressive was the Ceremonial Hall. It was here that Duke Sheridan was hosting the royal ball in honour of the Fusiliers. In attendance were assorted members of Kolovraty's nobi

There was no denying that after a few days aboard Distant Memory, the presence of Wasp and Stinger had given the crew's morale a big boost. They were incredibly cute, as all kittens are, and many of the crew (notably the women) had dropped by Garadun's cabin when off duty to visit and watch them play or even just sleep.
The sight of them romping along the grav deck's main hallway was something that brought on many adoring smiles. Garadun didn't take them out of his quarters often, but when he did they always drew admirers. They were Sian-Xiaos, a small Capellan breed which was primarily descended from the Munchkin. It had been mixed with the Ragamuffin for a calm, friendly personality and longevity; kittens took almost three standard years to fully mature. It had then been further bred with the Siamese for colouration, with lovely blue eyes and medium-length fur. However, the k

After three days aboard Shearling the biggest problem Cera had to deal with was boredom. The initial shock of take-off had long since vanished. There was nothing for her to do, not really. The running of the DropShip and its maintenance was in the hands of its capable crew. She didn't try to help them with their duties, knowing she'd only get underfoot. If someone asked her to lend a hand, then fine. Otherwise she tried to keep out of their way and not be a problem.
Watching 'Mech battles on the vid could only kill so much time before it got boring. It was an advantage for any ship in the Solaris system, getting to pick up broadcasts (often live) of the Games. But Cera was a mercenary now, not an arena fighter. Watching what was going on, keeping an eye on the competition, keeping up-to-date on the race for the Championship, knowing what the bookies were sayin

The Kin Shan was a Union class DropShip converted to hauling cargo, although its bays could still be rigged to store BattleMechs if it was required. The Europa was a Mule class and completely dominated the tarmac at the Robert Marsden Spaceport. At 158 meters across it was almost twice the diameter of the Kin Shan. It massed three times as much and could hold more than eight thousand tons of cargo in its bays.
The arrival of both DropShips had made news on the local networks and was cause for celebration among the people of Kolovraty. Located as the world was on the edge of the Periphery, they didn't get nearly as many cargo ships each standard year as they'd like. Two ships loaded with merchandise at the same time was definitely something to be glad about. 21 July 3038
After five weeks aboard Distant Memory, as she made her way across Steiner space, things had become fairly routine for everyone. The crew would jump the ship to the zenith or nadir point of a star system, the area would be scanned for any other vessels and potential threats (the latter unlikely this deep in Lyran territory, but it never hurt to be cautious) and then when it was clear they would jump again an hour or so later to give people time to recover from the first jump. The new system would be scanned, and after it was declared safe they would unfurl the jump sail and begin the process of recharging. When the batteries were completely charged, they'd furl the sail and jump, starting the whole process all over again.
Days had a tendency to blur one into the other, but a few happy events broke up the monotony. The first was Alexandra keeping a promise she'd made

Erik and Isabelle were welcomed into the ranks of the Fighting Fusiliers with enthusiasm by their new comrades, and the two MechWarriors were a little overwhelmed, especially Isabelle. With her quasi-pirate background she had expected a lot of suspicion, but the Fusiliers were more curious than anything else. There were endless stories and rumours about the assorted Bandit Kingdoms, yet little solid fact. Marie in particular liked her straight away, and the two of them quickly became good friends.
As for Erik, well, the ladies certainly had no complaints. Marie and Laura had been very friendly from the start, and were even more delighted when they found out that he and Isabelle weren't an item. Isabelle said they were friends and nothing more. It turned out that Leutnant Herman Stoltz wasn't quite the prig Garadun had taken him for. He was a bit formal in his manner and bearing, but once you sat down with him and talked over a beer, he was a fairly decent guy. He was at least big enough to admit when he was wrong and was willing to learn from his mistakes. He stayed on Kolovraty for over a week while the Kin Shan took on a new load of cargo (mainly lumber) and then was on his way back to his posting with the 15th Lyran Regulars.
Christmas came and went. Most Fusiliers didn't celebrate the ancient festival, and for those who did it really wasn't more than a secular holiday. A Tramp class JumpShip is 640 meters long, masses 250,000 tons, has a 140-meter diameter grav deck and two cargo holds. The ship has three docking rings for DropShips to attach to, as well as two small craft bays.
Neatly docked inside those bays were two KR-61 long-range shuttles: Golden Sable and Silver Fox. They were the newest additions to the ship's complement, only ten years old. Strike your foe where he lives, and ignore the rest!
Always be friendly, courteous and polite
As you savor your victim's despair with delight;
Let them know that they willingly entered the trap,
With no one to blame but themselves--oh, snap!
And before you slide the last brick in the wall,
Tell them this as the dark covers them like a pall:
"No revenge so complete as forgiveness, my friend!"
Let them contemplate that as their worthless lives end...

What color were Medusa's eyes?
No living man can tell,
Who heard the hiss of her snaky hair
Before he looked on Hell...
Nor was Medusa one, alone;
THREE Gorgons lurked in that pit
Surrounded by statues, petrified
Before they could scream "OH, SH--"
Three shapely, scaly bodies writhe
In weird, seductive dance...
Three hissing voices, whispering
"You haven't got a chance..."
Was Perseus brave or just plain dense
To go into their lair?
I don't believe that he was real;
Medusa is still there...

A festive carouse at Morgrave Hall--
'Twas twenty years ago, this night
That bold Sir Reginald slew the Beast
That filled the land with fright!
The Dragon Graught was a monster foul,
His fiery breath unsurpassed--
Sir Reggie challenged the fiend to fight,
And slew the brute at last!
The battle lasted nineteen hours
And became a local wonder;
The village rejoiced at the dragon's death
And helped themselves to his plunder...
Every year to the day they celebrate
With feasting and with song;
Sir Reginald welcomes everyone to his Hall
And they carouse all night long!
Sir Reggie is older now, and stout,
He likes his beef and ale,
And his eyes sparkle with nostalgic glee
As he recounts for his guests the tale
Of how he faced the Dragon Graught,
How the monster belched fire and bile
As the bold knight's sword pierced his black heart
And ended his existence vile!
But Monsters, though slain, do not always die--
Their malice still survives...
Deep down in the pit where they rolled the carcass,

You cannot quite see, but you KNOW that It's there;
The Creature that lurks in your navel by day,
When the old clock strikes Midnight, It crawls out to play!
It pulls the cat's tail in the middle of night;
The cat's angry yowl makes you jump up in fright
As the Monster slithers to the kitchen to feast
On the last of the ice cream, the wee greedy beast!
In the morning you wake with a tickly-crawl
In your belly-button--how does It fit there at all?
There are mysteries that we just cannot solve
As this weird funny planet round the Sun doth revolve...

Whilst traveling through a tangled wood,
A minstrel lost his way;
He wandered down a path unknown
Until the end of day...
And as the twilight round him crept,
A ghostly Thing appeared
Upon the path in front of him--
The minstrel blanched in fear!
It was a specter tall and thin,
Wrapt in a long pale shroud;
A lantern held in a bony hand
As it floated o'er the ground...
The phantom beckoned: FOLLOW ME,
The minstrel heard it groan
In accents deep and hollow
As the sad sea wind doth moan...
Deep into that haunted wood
He was led by the ghost;
And as they went, the minstrel prayed
And gave himself up for lost...
But, Lo! The hellish trees gave way,
Before them lay clear night!
The minstrel blessed the specter
And apologized for his fright;
With a sigh he sallied forth
And plummeted to his death
Off a hundred-foot cliff down to the sea
Before he could take a breath!
Take heed from the foolish minstrel's fate:
Trust not a shrouded ghost,
And steer clear of the tangled woods
Where so ma

I am a sorcerer by trade,
Of grand distinguished lineage;
My father was Grand Master
Of the Order, such a privilege...
But I prefer to stay at home,
Practicing my magic--
I've not been well for two years
Since I lost my wife, how tragic!
A raven came to visit me,
In the bleak December:
He was a man turned to a bird--
He caused me to remember
That I had an obligation to
Stand up against the evil
Of sorcerers like Scarabus
In his castle so medieval...
We fought a duel of magic grim,
The old tyrant was bested,
And now I'm in my study again,
Quite refreshed and rested!
Poor Old Pompey...Poor Old Pompey... in Free Verse More Like This
At Pharsalus a Legend died,
A reputation built not so much
On substance as on luck,
Which at last ran out...
Gnaeus Pompeius MAGNUS,
Self-styled "The Great",
A solid, sober, pompous
Sulla's youngest hit-man, long ago
But growing more respectable as he aged;
Cruel Fate! To have his glory
Eclipsed by his younger father-in-law!
Poor old Pompey...
The Conscript Fathers backed him up
Until he lost
That battle of Pharsalus;
Ageing erstwhile Hero, shipping off
To Egypt for a loan
From the son of King Ptolemy
His old friend...
But sons of old friends
Are not to be trusted;
Through Pompey's vitals
A sword was thrusted!
His head put in honey,
That wasn't too funny...
Even Caesar wept, and sighed
"Poor Old Pompey."

So from what I have heard
You have been losing faith
Been having a hard time with passion
And your problems are great
Times are getting harder
And the stress keeps growing
Don’t want to be here
But still do at the same time
If you don’t have anything to believe in
And can’t believe in others or in me
Look up to a clear night’s sky
And believe in what you see
All those little dots
That flicker and shine
Can be every part of your soul
So beautifully combined
You are not the past
You are not any mistake
You cannot mend what you did not break
You are better than your bloods history
And since you cannot always see
What the night has to offer
Take these little stars
And sleep more at ease

The blood pumping through your veign
It's the adrenaline calling
Driving you insane
You've only heard of the Red
How it takes your sight
Leaving you only blind
And filling you with fright
Actions not yet realized
Because you've blacked out
But the smell the blood
Some of the audience may have passed out
What they didn't know
Is that your anger was set off first
And the rage monster inside
Demanded a quench for it's thirst
Now slowly but surely
Your sight comes back
You look to your victim and laugh
Because everything you did they thought you lacked
Can't you hear it
Those screams of terror
You run to a bathroom
And see yourself, a Monster, in the mirror

Thinking maybe we're selfish and alone

I'm breaking myself over things I may not have done

I've never wanted you to leave
I care about your days
I won't come to you for help anymore
If that is what you want

To bring me all the way down
And I must say that your words indeed

I couldn’t see it now, for her soft, raven curls were bouncing in the way as she walked. She turned to me and her eyes glowed a marvelous shade of green, one would most likely mistake them for a feline’s set of eyes. She’s smiling at me, her teeth showing making her lips just the faintest bit more red. The dimples in her cheeks just perfected her happy glow. My eyes cannot help but gaze downward, swallowing the sight of her figure. Her blouse only gave you a small peek to her breasts, the low neckline etched with lace. The shirt was blacker than her hair, and was slim against her torso, showing she had a flat stomach and a nice waist. My life has completely lost reason,
For which or against to decide.
All lost in a savage and endless, bleak tide
In sadness and in kindness
In light and in darkness.
In a boat made of hope
I shall sail to tomorrow,
In a winding hurricane
Made of treachery and sorrow.
There's a spear, endless, and colossal spear...
Piercing, slashing though my head.
Starting somewhere in heaven,
Ending somewhere in hell.
Fighting, burning, crying, crashing.
Are the armies within.
In my head they are all thrashing.
On the heaven's and hell's whim.
To be light or to be darkness.
A perpetual array.
It's not merely my choice,
But the choice of the way.
It's an option of the voice,
It's a thin line of gray.
Is it a choice forced by fate,
Is it a pre-set time and date?
Or a choice to which I myself sway?
But here's our story anyway .
"Nothing that I do will matter.
As all things will merely shatter!"
All my hopes thus darkness scatter,
