After a few moments - which involved her compromising and eventually promising her eyes that she would take a thirty minute nap later on in the day if they would just open - they opened once, only to close again. Miska frowned as she felt a small trail of wetness roll off to the side and land on her pillowcase.
' Tears?' she wondered, wiping the moisture away. ' Why are there tears? Unless...'
Suddenly, she shot up from her bed, her eyes wide open. She soon regretted it, though, and laid back down, placing a hand on her forehead. Miska frowned as she moved her hands to her cheeks, shivering slightly.
