Dean Norris (Hank Schrader) from Breaking Bad holding my Drawing! He gave me a Twitter follow as a thank you! :D

The original is framed in his house, so he printed out a copy from the digital file. Looks like he printed it larger than is really is, but the details held?

EDIT: Changed Taminas face because it looked a bit swollen. I have to admit that Tamina was really hard to catch. Couldn´t find something at Dastan. Changed also the resolution for a better view of the details. Thanks again for all your feedback.

Please hit the fullview button to enjoy the best view!

My first reaction when i finished this drawing was :iconfinallyplz:. This took me really a lot of time. But now it´s done. Prince Dastan and Princess Tamina from the Prince of Persia movie. All entirely done with graphite pencils on A2 Hahnemühle sketchpaper with 190 gsm. WIP´s can be found in my gallery or click the links below ;).

Hello everyone. It took me a bit longer as expected. It´s always the same :shakefist:.

Her suit took me the most time. REALLY! It drove me almost crazy.

Drawing all the background black wasn´t difficult at all but very boring.

The full size of this drawing is A2 and it fills the entire paper. All entirely done with regular and mechanical pencils. From start to finish this took me almost one month.

WIP´s can be found in my scrapfolder: [link]

Since I saw the Avengers in cinema I had to draw her. Actually I wanted it long time before. And actually this is from Iron Man 2. I liked her with her long hair :D.

The Black Widow (Natasha Romanoff) is copyright by Marvel!

Hope you guys like it ;).

Thanks in advance for comments faves etc.

I would like to dedicate this drawing to :icongabbyd70: I remember first seeing her drawing --> [link] that I was inspired to one day draw my own Labyrinth portrait ^^ she is also a fantastic artist that is an inspiration to many ^_^

This is a portrait of Jennifer Connelly as Sarah from the movie "Labyrinth"..
It's a movie that I saw when I was really small, and I really liked it. I think many ppl who saw it liked it, like "Never ending Story" its one of those movies that u watch and like ^^

Thanks for all feedback on the WIPs ^^ and congrats to :icondemianzysm: for being the first to correctly guess who it is ^^

I've wanted to do something like this for a long time - I adore sepia tones! And it's been a while since I've created a portrait just because I could! And we will call this part 1 - there's another on the way!

Inspired by the stunning photoshoot with Genevieve Cortese-Padalecki (Even though capturing a likeness clearly was not my goal haha)

>>Created with chalk and charcoal on Strathmore 500 tan charcoal paper in about 15 hours.

♥ For every day of 2012, I will be drawing one ACEO sketch card. Every single one will be for sale - ALL proceeds to be donated to charity at the end of 2012.

My charity of choice is a local foundation called Alternatives to Violence, who is currently raising money to build a safehouse. This safehouse will provide a secure shelter to men, women and children who have recently escaped physical and sexual abuse.

With the safehouse, 312 individuals every year will receive crisis intervention, counseling, safety planning, advocacy and shelter.

Together, through art, we can help make a difference.

Kate's been a favourite with me since 'Emma' in '96  Also loved Mark Strong as Mr. Knightley, a menace as always

Anyway, enough of my obsession with Jane Austen.

7" x 7" approx.
Rotring pen and watercolours on hot pressed watercolour paper.

I did a post for my blog about Harvest customs in the UK and did this as an illustration to go with it. Unfortunately I smudged the ink on one of the heads of wheat which are too dark a colour perhaps. I'm also not at all happy with parts of the background - the hills are 'bland', the 'sky' is a bit ... well ... and the lines in the background are too faint. I was aiming for a feel of stained glass, glowing. so I'll spend time today doing this again - and not on the same paper. Hot pressed watercolour paper is smooth to use, but this particular brand is off-white and seems to dull the colours somewhat.
