Bart, Lisa and Maggie camping outside in their garden a warm summernight They have had a great time with food, games +++ It was now late at night, Lisa and Maggie had slept for a little time. But not Bart. He sat up and watched his sisters and was asure that they were asleep before he could sleep.
While he was sitting their and watching them, he thought of how lucky he was to have siblings and to have sisters . Though sometimes he missed a brother. But actually Maggie was the brother he had missed. She liked the things he did!
If you remember the episode where Lisa is born: "Lisa`s first word" you will remember Bart is upset when she is born because he doesn`t get enough etention. A little sister everyone gives their entention to, a dad who have made the horrible bed with the picture of a clown. And no one askes how he is feeling.
But one day he is coming into the levingroom where Homer is sitting with a beer and watching tv, Marge holding little newborn baby Lisa. Bart is upset and sad and asks to hold the baby. But in the episode Marges says no because he is to little.
But this scene Marge said yes. Homer who had watched them sat his beer down and lifted Bart up to Marges lap. Marge layed carefully Lisa in Bart`s arms and told him to hold her under her head and back with his hands. He did so and looked at her. He got a big smile on his face, finaly he felt like a big brother. Homer who watched his kids looked at Marge with loving eyes and she returned the smile to him.
Bart was looking on his sister then up to his parents with greatful eyes and said: "She`s beautiful mom and dad!" Homer and Marge was laughing a little of what Bart said and thought it was lovely to say such thing for a 2 and a half year old boy. Homer: "Yeah, she sure is son."
I have always wanted to make that scene into a happy one.
A follow up to , inspired by a season 23 episode, though I changed the scaling to allow you to see them better PS. When drawing this, Homer's eyes ended up focused on the rose, which reminded me of his secret shame, which could explain Marge's unimpressed look. Even though that wasn't the original intention of the drawing, I thought it was a nice little "reference" to add in.
'You're pretty feisty for an upper class bitch.' 'I like that you use the technical term for a female dog.'
Love, Springfieldian Style. It was only after I finished drawing this that I realised that particular holiday is near. You know, the one that robs people of their money that could be used for the same purpose any other day of the year. But anyway, this is obviously a parody of ' Lady an The Tramp' and it appeared as though the animators were trying to create the same effect as Disney's animation. I wanted to do something similar, hence the coloured outlines. (No black used, as anyone who's anyone should know it's not a colour.) And of course, to give it that traditional feel, I made it look like it's printed on canvas.
Fun Fact? The original name for the Tramp in the Disney film was actually Homer.
Returning to my idea of a Dissidia 011 pic. This is a preview for a character in an upcoming pic titled Dissidia 011 [Undecim] Simpsons Fantasy where 14 new characters are added for the 11th cycle of war.
Those in the 12th and 13th cycles are featured on the same sides they were on in 012.
Zia Simpson, for Cosmos. Zia is the first shown that is exclusive to 011.
Why does she not return for 012?
And what awkward conversations would she have with Lisa...
