Ahsoka wearing an outfit similar to that of my OC Maya Jeda. Well here's something that was clearly a no brainer for me, and yet I only actually thought of doing it, lol.

This is part of my trade with :iconnemonus: In which I had to draw Ahsoka in the Mandalorian Armor that I drew long ago.

She told me to draw Ahsoka 20 years in the future, so right around the time of the original trilogy. So Ahsoka here is in her 30s, and is working as a mercenary that ocassionally has to fight stormtroopers.

UPDATE:

Okay, so here it is finally colored! And thanks to more research I found what more of her new outfit looks like. I think the design looks great, and for some reason, her new costume reminds a bit of Sari Sumdacs'. I would also like to give thanks to *Master-Cyrus for giving tips in how to add textures in several different surfaces of clothes and such.
=======================================
No, this isn't my version of an older Ahsoka, but it's supposedly the official and actual look of the older Ahsoka that she will probably debut by the end of season 3. I found out about it on the force.net's forums with a scanned picture posted there.
[link]
Now the moment I saw it, I was actually surprised, because I never would have expected them giving her this type of look: it's like she went from tomboyish alien padawan girl, to grown up comic book-like heroine. I don't know, I am actually a little mixed up by this look, I actually wanted to see her wearing jedi robes or something. And since it was only the top that the picture shows, I still have to wonder what the button part of her outfit will look like.
And since I already know that she will be using a shoto lightsaber, I imagine she will be using it when she looks like this. And yes, I will color this later.

I was treated to something fun when I woke up today: Galaxy 7 has been released and my cards are popping up on eBay! Lucky collectors have found several of my inserts of SWG7, and to celebrate, I'm releasing a whole bunch of new images! This batch is:

Commander Bly, Commander Wolffe, Captain Fordo,
Clone Lieutenant, Commander Cody, Commander Gree,
212th Trooper, 501st Trooper, Atin (Omega Squad)

Atin requested by contest winner :iconsushiprincess:!

This is probably the last batch of G7 cards I'm sharing, so I wanted to end with some TROOPERS! Hope you guys dig em!!

WHEW! Commission a LONG time (and I mean, a LONG time) in the making for my friend Travis Kling of the Mando Mercs. His Mando, Soren Diederik laying down some hurt on some Trandoshans/Super Battle droids, thanks to the compact missile launchers on his gauntlet! Soren's doing work alongside everybody's favorite ARC Captain, Fordo, and another female mercenary (I decided to go the Mando route) that I had the pleasure of designing. Her color scheme doesn't show through well because of the lighting but her armor's purple/burgundy with some blonde hair (complimentary colors, kids!). I thank Travis SO MUCH for his patience throughout the very very long process. I wanted to get the perspective JUST right for this one, and getting Soren right took HOURS. But I'm happy with the result!!

Now this is how I want my Revan to look like as a Jedi Knight :D . I didn't have the time to color it properly, but I just couldn't leave it black and white, so I filled in all the base colors, which is pretty easy to do once the lineart is cleaned up.

I always pictured my Revan with a green lightsaber while she was still a Jedi.

When I went to get the lineart for this pic I realized I was about halfway done coloring it, so I took some time to finish it up.

This is an interesting tidbit. The sketch on the left I probably drew back in 1993 or 1994 (during break time at one of my old jobs). The pic of Darth Revan I drew in 2007 and I was just trying to do the "Darth Revan" saber stance she does right before Malak blows up the bridge of her ship. I had completely forgotten that first sketch until I found it acouple of weeks ago.

I just thought the similarities between the two was kinda cool ;p

On a side note... I drew really wicked swords back then ;)

Now this is what I truly have planned for this Jaina pic ;)

I really want to be done with this one before "Invincible" comes out, and even though that gives me a month, I might not be able to make that deadline. I'm going to color Boba the same way I am Jaina, but I haven't even finished cleaning and touching up his lineart yet. I only finally added his feet today (ran out of paper at his ankles) . You can see I gave him some Jango-like armor plates on his legs. He got pretty shot up (that is a hole through his hand) in this battle so I figured he'd need to be covered in armor to survive it. Unfotunately, he didn't have his jetpack with him, but I probably should've drawn it anyway ;p

***edit*** May 22, 2008

Oh, man. My broadband was down all day :omfg: A little sad to realized just how much time I spend online ;p . Fortunately, I had plenty of work to keep me busy (even went to go see Indiana Jones -it was awesome!!!! :D ) I even managed to finally finish cleaning the lineart to Boba here and filled in the base colors. I really wanted to have this pic done before "Invincible" came out but I kinda knew I wouldn't be able too :hmm:

Here's my drawing of the baddies from the prequel trilogy of the Star Wars movies.

For this picture I started off with the idea of drawing a sister piece to my 'Empire' drawing:

... but I had to be selective when choosing which characters to use as I wanted this to be representative of the Clones from both the second and third movies - but that means, I necessarily had to leave some cool characters out.

This is an entirely original picture. First drawn freehand with pencil on paper, then scanned and coloured (over many, many hours) in Photoshop using a Wacom tablet.

Hope you like!

I like the design of the Shock Troopers from Revenge of the Sith... so I thought I'd draw some - and this is the result.

When I started this I also drew the Emperor in the background with his arms raised up to the sky shooting force lightning - as I'd imagined this scene taking place after they'd landed on Mustafar (the volcanic planet) - with him commanding the troops to "find Lord Vader". But... it kind of distracted from the Shock Troopers so I left him out. And I think the piece is better for it.

This is a low-res version of my drawing which I sketched on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and finished on my desktop PC using Photoshop and a Wacom pad. It's an original depiction of George Lucas’s / Disney’s copyright characters – intended solely to show my artistic ability. I’m not a professional – this is fan art – and none of my work is for sale or available for reproduction.

I've always loved drawing Star Wars and have already posted some of my pictures:

Star Wars has been around a long time now - so I really don't get anything from seeing images that copy stills from the movies or don't add any originality. So I always try to paint something that you haven't seen before - and with this one I've attempted to mix the epic 'movie poster' look with the feel of a super-hero team cover.

I really went all-out with this piece and it took a very long time to complete. I painted it at a very high resolution (it's a 330mb PSD file) but I dramatically reduced it here to make it quicker to load.

Hope you like!

Kids nowdays don't respect the elders... xD
And yeah Yoda surely wants some screen time outside the council... x'D But I don't really think he has time to do such peaceful things in war time... And yeah I guess he was really a free-rider or something because no one seemed to know about him, or he used an own starship just to arrive before the younglings...? Or there's surely a back door to that cave so he could go inside before them... xD Evil Rayn always pick a quarrel tirade is over... xD

This time I really was in trouble what to draw... .___. You know I'm not really a jedi fan, so... And there's 3 episode yet... And I can't believe that I had to draw Ahsoka again, damn it... x'D Don't do this to me!

Nyaa~ I draw A LOT about my SW OC Aira-ty lately. Sorry, but I love to draw things like these but I don't really have mood to shade them or make a clear lineart, so they are just simple sketches, but you know what? I love them. =3 They are so fun to draw. ^w^

"Sorry, Skyguy," Ahsoka called. "I ran instead of sticking with you."
"Rotta's got to stay alive. You did right, Snips." Callous as it seemed, Anakin was also relieved that he didn't have an alert, panic-stricken Huttlet screaming blue murder as the laser rounds tore up the ground around him. "Getting shot when you don't have to isn't heroic, it's dumb."
Rex, skidding to a crouch beside him, slammed his hand down on top of Anakin's raised head. Laser rounds punched a shower of brick dust and rubble out of the wall above them. "Yes, sir, it is. Keep your kriffing head down."
"I can sense rounds coming, Rex."
"Okay, then do it to humor me."

Star Wars The Clone Wars by Karen Traviss

Ok folks, I just literally fell in love with this book! And with Rex. x’3 I always liked him, but in this book he’s just too kriffing adorable!! Damn it, Rex! Stop being so cute! Stop it! >///<
You can’t imagine how much I worked on this pic… Dx Oh my sexy clone trooper… It was a nightmare to make this, but I really wanted to draw a good pic about this scene. Well, I’m not exactly satisfied (as usual) but I worked really hard.
