The M1911 is a single-action, semi-automatic pistol (handgun) chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge. It was designed by John M. Browning, and was the standard-issue side arm for the United States armed forces from 1911 to 1985, and is still carried by some U.S. forces. It was widely used in World War I, World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Its formal designation as of 1940 was Automatic Pistol, Caliber .45, M1911 for the original Model of 1911 or Automatic Pistol, Caliber .45, M1911A1 for the M1911A1, adopted in 1924. The designation changed to Pistol, Caliber .45, Automatic, M1911A1 in the Vietnam era. In total, the United States procured around 2.7 million M1911 and M1911A1 pistols during its service life. The M1911 is the most well-known of John Browning's designs to use the short recoil principle in its basic design. Besides the pistol being widely copied itself, this operating system rose to become the pre-eminent type of the 20th century and of nearly all modern centerfire pistols.

The AK-47 (contraction of Russian: Автомат Калашникова образца 1947 года; Avtomat Kalashnikova obraztsova 1947 goda; "Kalashnikov's automatic rifle model of year 1947") is a 7.62 mm assault rifle developed in the Soviet Union by Mikhail Kalashnikov in two versions: the fixed stock AK-47 and the AKS-47 (S—So skladnym prikladom) variant equipped with an underfolding metal shoulder stock. Design work on the AK began in 1944. In 1946 the rifle was presented for official military trials, a year later the fixed stock version was introduced into service with select units of the Red Army (the folding stock model was developed later). The AK-47 was officially accepted by the Soviet Armed Forces in 1949. It is also used by the majority of the member states of the former Warsaw Pact. The AK-47 was also used as a basis for the development of countless many other types of individual and crew-served firearms. It was one of the first true assault rifles and, due to its durability and ease of use, remains the most widely used assault rifle in the world. More AK-type rifles have been produced than any other assault rifle.

The P90 was developed between 1986 and 1987 in Herstal, Belgium. Its goal was to replace the pistol-caliber carbines which were in use at the time by military and law enforcement personnel, as it had become evident that such weapons were ineffective against body armour, even with the longer barrel length compared to handguns.

The gun was designed in conjunction with the new 5.7x28mm cartridge, which has a greater penetrating capability, lethal range and flatter trajectory than most other pistol caliber cartridges such as the NATO-standard 9x19mm Parabellum round. Initially the weapon used a 5.7x28mm SS90 cartridge (with a lightweight, roundnose, jacketed projectile and a polymer core), as well as tracer, training (reduced range), sub-caliber (increased velocity and effective range of up to 250 m) and blank ammunition. The first prototype firing this ammunition was completed in October 1986, and over 3,000 submachine guns were produced in this configuration until 1993 in a low-rate initial production run.

EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!

Isn't he cute? He's made out of polymer clay and then painted with acrylics and covered in gloss.

He's a tiny little fellow, standing at only 2.5cm tall :aww: But don't be fooled by his cuteness! He won't hesitate to exterminate you for the good of his superior race :evillaugh:

"How do you stalk a deer with a hat? What are you going to do, throw it? Some sort of death frisbee? It's got flaps. Ear flaps. It's an ear hat, John! "

Well, whatever their use is, they make some adorable little earrings!

These little death frisbees are approx. 1cm x 1.5cm each and are attached to sterling silver earring hooks. They are hand-made by me from polymer clay, painted with acrylics and then covered with a layer of gloss for protection and finish.

Here's sneasel!

There's nothing too difficult about building it. It just has a few small parts, like the claws, that just you just need to be careful on. It might be a good idea to place a small weight inside between its legs or on its belly because the "feathers" on its back make it a little unbalanced.

Thanks to Brandon :iconz8-0: for editing/designing this and letting me build it.

I really like the way this one looks and it was a pretty easy build. Just start at the top, build and attach the arms, and close at the feet.

Thanks to Brandon for editing this model.

This is a re-release of the NSP.
While the first release was handmade, this version is vectored for a more consistent level of quality.
There are also several design changes:
1. There is no more rear top box. Instead, this part, the breech face, is now part of the slide.
2. The pistol is now chambered in 9x19mm, to accommodate the thin barrel.
3. The takedown latch is now a slide catch, and is thinner, but remains non-functional.
4. There is now a (cosmetic) magazine release.
5. Overall dimensions are slightly more compact.

This is a Non-Specific Pistol with some moving parts (slide, safety, mag). Assemble it like an ordinary papercraft.

I made it for /po/ as an experiment in designing an intermediate-detail pistol model.

Dimensions:
Length: 6.75" or 17.5 cm
Height: 5" or 12.75 cm
Width: 1.25" or 3.25 cm
Barrel Length: 4.25" or 10.9 cm

As of 2013, the V2 iteration of this model is available, replacing the handmade patterns with digital ones and moving the breech component from the frame to the slide. It's available in black and stainless colors.

Just a slight photo update to replace the rather basic one I took previous.

Its a replica Heckler & Koch (HK) USP Tactical produced by Tanio koba.

Shot with a canon 500d.

______________________________________________

The USP Tactical (9mm Parabellum, .40 S&W, .45 ACP) incorporates a fully adjustable rear sight, a higher-profile front sight (as to be visible above the suppressor), an extended threaded barrel and O-ring, a match grade trigger, and an adjustable trigger stop. Sound suppressors designed for the USP Tactical are available from Knight's Armament and Brügger & Thomet.

A unique feature of the USP Tactical is that the barrel is left-hand threaded (counter-clockwise to tighten), which makes the pistol incompatible with suppressors designed for the MK23 Mod 0.

The KSK of the German Army and the German Navy Kampfschwimmer use the USP Tactical under the designation "P12".

Another recent addition to the collection.

Its the ICS branded SG 552 in its stock set-up.

Will probably pimp it out some-what in the future but for the time being I'm happy enough to keep it vanilla.

Uploaded in jumbo size.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Real Steel info.

The compact SG 552 Commando carbine was revealed in 1998. It has a shorter 226 mm (8.9 in) barrel (with an open, 3-prong flash suppressor) and gas tube, ventilated handguards and a redesigned bolt carrier group that was integrated with the piston rod to form a single moving assembly. The SG 552 series rifles have a 360 mm (14.2 in) long sight radius. T

he return mechanism has been moved to the rear of the receiver housing and its recoil spring is guided in a way analogous to that of the AK-47: on a steel guide rod (later models feature a polymer guide rod) resting against the lower receiver's rear surface under tension of the compressed recoil spring.

Like the SG 550/551, this model can accept rails and accessories enabling the use of optics. A long barrel version of the SG 552 known as the SG 552 LB incorporates a 346 mm (13.6 in) barrel with provision to fire rifle grenades and support a bayonet.

If you still remember those old video storage devices, you can work out the size of my new papercraft Star Wars TIE-fighter! ;o)

Although I'm a big sci-fi fan, this is actually the first Star Wars papercraft model I made myself!

I drew all the parts by hand, and coloured it using aquarel, which makes it look really nice I think. ;o)

I also made an interior for the command pod, and although most of it really just stems from my imagination, I really like the way it turned out. ;o)

The wings can be removed for easy storage, but you can also permanently glue them to the pylons if you want to of course.

Parts and instructions to build your own papercraft TIE-fighter are available from the new Star Wars section on my papercraft webpage: [link]

Have fun building!

Space.
The final frontier.

These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise.

It's continuing mission: to explore strange new worlds;
To seek out new life and new civilizations.

To boldly go where no one has gone before!

It's the starship from captain Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek: The Next Generation! ;o)

I made it a few years back already, parts and instructions to build it yourself are available from my papercraft webpage: [link]

The first test build of the papercraft Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time adult Link (Menu Link) I'm working on: [link]

The guard is a bit tricky, but nothing too difficult if you take the time to properly score and fold all the fold lines.

after all this huge crafts i need always a easy model to come a bit down and i'm happy that i had the chance to build this one :meow:
new Digimon :dummy:

it's a very easy model
you start at the front and build to the back
the fins (except the the one at the back) are all flat and you just have to cut a little gap in the model to attach them :)

the stand is a simple selfmade

.... i like this blue, it's so intense :D

:iconvictorydanceplz: :hooray: :icondweebdanceplz: :iconcarameldansenplz: :happybounce: :squee:

that's the reason why i just love this shit so much :D
and i just knew it would be cool

as i saw this model for, well, meanwhile also over a year ago ^^;
i just had to ask :iconsanat49: sanat49 for it
and i'm very thankfull and proud that he spend his original mesh for a papercraft project :huggle:
Crock by sanat49
the cool thing about this model is, that it's an entry for the pre-DominanceWar V competition, where i'm also a huge fan of :la:
what made this model, not the first Dominance War Papercraft, but the first downloadable (ironic hint to an other crafter ;P ) and hopefully definetly not my last ;)
...
but that's up to the 3d designer ;)

ok now, back to the model
the last steps, where you have to combine all parts will be exhausting
specially for the big shoulder armor pieces
there is not many space for glue or failures so be patience
test it out first where you can attach the pieces

also you have to put some weight into the rear leg or maybe both
maybe you noticed also that i attach the model a bit displaced at the pedestal
i had to do this because of the weight ratio
it's a lot testing and trying
so don't hurry ;)

file description:
the file contains as always three pdo files
one with texture and folding lines
one with texture and without folding lines
and one white version with folding lines

so you need the Pepakura Viewer what you can get "here"

all three pdo's are not protected
so if you have the Designer, you can edit the sheets in the way you want :)

the original texture is NOT included

model description:
the model come on 27 pages with 290 pieces and is 30cm tall

the model is actually not hard but the mouth take a bit more work as i thought
also the first three rings of the arms
the skulls and bones of the pedestal are very small but it's up to you if you wanna build them
i removed the lower site of the pedestal, it is too big for one page
but just glue the whole thing at a blank sheet and you have the same effect ;)

difficult level is about 7/10
if you have any trouble, feel free to ask me or/and take a look at the "building process gallery" where i explain how this and that is working :)

to download the model
click on the download button on the right side
you can thank dA for, that i can't write the direct link anymore

some words to the bloggers

because this is a collab, you have to give credits to :iconsanat49: sanat49 too!
otherwise i can't allow it to write a blog entry

you have the permission to use my photos
you DON'T have the permission to use his renders ore screenshot of it
except he allow it

this model is a Deviantart only download
so do not upload this model somewhere else
and the most important thing

this model is free and should it be
so let it be!

and trust me, i search for my stuff ;)

feel also free to write a critique :)

in case of rebuild the big Sinanju Model from Paper-replika.com
the next part for this awesome model
The Beam-Rifle

like the Axe what i recently uploaded, it's also a redesign from the Playboy Sinanju version

the first two photos are showing the complete new scope
(just if you wonder why there are numbers missing ;) )
i build the scope that way because
well, i mean it's a rifle not a sub-machine gun :D
a rifle need a huge scope
period :D

you can also see this little scope attachment
the original plastic version has that too

i used some wires to combine the small pieces
actually the whole piece is a pipe

IMPORTANT!
to add the "shadow catchers" at the front and back
you have to try out what diameter you need
i calculated with different paperweights ;)

the third photo shows the whole model with the numbers,
just if there are still some questions about that ;)

the fourth is a few hours later with some finished parts

and finally the finished weapon :aww:

about the sheets:
because this time it's a recolored version
the sheets are coming as pdf
just click download at the top :)

the original design belongs still to playboy
redesigned and recolored by me

IMPORTANT:
THIS MODEL IS FREE AND SHOULD IT BE
SO LET IT BE!
