This was Lovino Vargas's resolution as he grabbed his backpack, and walked out of his house to school.
Lovino was in love with that bastardo, that Antonio. He loved his beautiful, tan face, his twinkling green eyes, and his luscious chocolate hair. Hell, he loved everything about Antonio.
He could never fathom if Antonio liked him back or not. Sometimes, he and Antonio would stay up late into the night, talking about something or the other through the use of instant messaging. At other times, Antonio seemed to find Lovino negligible, a shadow in the dark.
Lovino hated to show weakness, but he could never stand it whenever Antonio ignored him. Part of his

Quadruple-checking that no one was around him, Lovino buried his head into his arms, and allowed himself a few tears. Dammit, it was true, wasn't it? No one liked him, let alone Antonio. That stupid bastardo. Actually, Lovino himself was also an idiot; he had let himself believe that perhaps Antonio cared; perhaps he had a shot at love He knew better, now. He would lock away his heart from now on; there was no need for love, or Antonio. The stupid bastardo could go with his equally idiotic friends, and Lovino wouldn't give a

He threw himself onto the couch, and then got up off of it, remembering the countless of times that he and Antonio had sat on it together. In fact, everything in the house reminded him of Antonio.
Lovino picked up the phone (inwardly cringing, remembering the many times that he had called Antonio on it, usually to yell at him), and called his stupid younger brother, in hopes that his childishness and wimpy rambling would make him feel better, or make him explode with even more rage. Either way, it'd get his mind off of Antonio.

Why else would he glower at me peevishly every time we make eye contact?
Why else would he only reply in grunts and unintelligible mumbles whenever I talk to him?
But sometimes, Berwald will show sporadic acts of kindness, and those capricious deeds will have me wishing with every fiber of my being that I could tell him, right then and there, that I love him.
I recall the night we ran away from Matthias together, and how he had covered me with his blanket until he was sure that I was warm.
I flashback to the day where he had arbitrarily called me his 'wife,' even though I'm sure that he had only been joking. I had blushed SOOOO badly
Then I remember looking up into his face after all of those special moments, and how he would always be cantankerously scowling down at my figure, which is tiny, compared to his towering height.
Yep, he hates me, doesn't he?
I sigh morosely. Berwald, if only you knew

My Holy Rome had come back for me.
At first, I had thought that I was hallucinating againHoly Rome was dead, or at least that's what they had told Mr. Roderich and Miss Elizaveta.
But no, it was my Holy Rome. Even after all these years, I recognized him.
The only drawback was that Holy Rome had forgotten me.
Holy Rome went by a different name now'Ludwig.' His sky blue eyes, once childishly round, had sparkled with affection every time he looked at me. Now, they were a colder shade of blue, and looked at me with unfamiliarity. Holy Rome had used to blush a light shade of pink whenever he saw me, but that too had been lost.
Holy Rome's hair had darkened slightly, but it was still styled similarly the day that I had last seen him. I could still remember with precise accuracy the details of that day The words we had exchanged I've loved you since the 900s The brush that I had given him

He was a hired assassin.
Lukas made the perfect killer. When he killed, he slayed in cold blood, never looking back, never leaving a trace, and never missing his mark. He rarely showed or felt emotion, and his facial expression was ninety-nine percent of the time etched into a mask of casual nonchalance. Lukas's eyes were unfathomable crystals of amethyst purple ice; eyes that never gave away what he was thinking.
Until he met Matthias.
Matthias was Lukas's oppositeMatthias's electric blue eyes burned with a dancing blaze, and his face was always vivid with lively emotion. His hair stuck up everywhere, as if he had experienced an electrocution, contrary to Lukas's neat, straight tresses, save for the curl that jutted out to the right of his head. Matthias was never calm, never quiet; he always just had to be doing something.
He was the only person Lukas could feel emotion

Spain had a very odd sort of stare on Romano, it was the type you may be afraid of if you're not used to it, though still, even if you were used to it, you may have chills sent through your spine by said stare. It was though he were thinking mischievous things, things nobody would want to ponder through, and it was really beginning to agitate Romano now, since the Spaniard was sitting right beside him at the dining room table.
"Well Lovi, I've been thinking, why don't we go on a trip?"
"We don't go on one, because its cold out..."
"Aww.. come on, that's no excuse..."
"No! I'm not letting you drag me into this again! Leave it alone!"
With this, Romano left the table, taking his newspapers with him. It left Antonio some time to think things through, and then, he came up with an idea.
The next morning, Romano awoke to an unusual alarm, and looking around the room, he found Spain's phone next to him on the mat

Spain calmed himself and took steps toward Romano, releasing his grip on Romano's sleeve, whom merely stared at him in question. Once close enough to feel one another's breath un-purposely, Spain put a hand upon Romano's head, patting him repeatedly for about three turns.
Then, bending slightly so he could look Romano in the eyes, Spain casually put his mittened hands in his long-coat pockets, a smile of warmth and reassuring upon his face, though it hardly worked on Romano, whom proceeded in leaning away some.
"It'll be fun, I promise, so... please?"
His eyes were glowing in an odd way, and Romano could simply feel the excitement S

It's actually the other way around. When a man has a child, it brings out the boy in him that hasn't been there for a long time.
I see it in Antonio. Usually he's so composed, but around her, he's completely the opposite. Instead he makes mistakes to make her laugh, and says ridiculous things to make her smile. There's a playfulness in him that I never saw before she was born. Around her, he sort of glows. Not that he didn't before. It's just that now, it's so much more obvious and permanent.
So when I happen to see them in the kitchen, and catch Antonio dropping something just so that she'll giggle and chastise him, I can't help but smile a little. The sun had only just set; sky still pale behind the hills, but inky blue overhead. The perfect time of day for smiling whispers and gentle touches Antonio's favourite time of day.
As soon as the light bulbs had sputtered and died, along with the kitchen appliances, he dove into the dusty cupboard where they kept spare candles and matches, and whipped out a bottle of wine, apparently from nowhere. Lovino had rolled his eyes and muttered something about alcoholics. In five minutes flat the Spaniard had every shelf, alcove, and most of the floor covered with lazily flickering candles. He had thrown open the balcony doors to let in the dying sunlight, and the smell of the warm summer earth. He grabbed two wine glasses and threw every cushion he owned into a large pile in the centre
Spamano fluff: GardeningAntonio did not shut the door behind him, but left it open; leaving the slight breeze of the afternoon to sweep through the rooms, making the curtains whisper at their window frames. He didn't call to Lovino that he was home either he wanted to surprise him. A small smile on his face, he stalked through the villa like a cat, searching out his lover. His feet padded softly on the terracotta tiles as he hunted, slipping around corners and through arched doorways. Lovino was not in the living room, or the kitchen... perhaps he was upstairs taking a siesta usual for this time of day. But he was not there either. This upset Toni a little; he enjoyed sneaking into bed with his little Lovi to join his afternoon rest. Confusion turned to worry as he found more rooms empty, each lacking the Spaniard's significant other.Spamano fluff: Gardening in Romance More Like This

Berwald insisted they go for a walk everyday in winter, if the weather allowed it. Exercise was important. He knew if it was up to Tino, they would spend all day by the fire, wrapped in faux fur or fleece blankets as the wind made the glass jitter in the window frames. He thought Tino at his most beautiful then; warm and content, eyes drowsy and limbs wrapped around the Swede.
The woods were still, the trees tall and silent under their sprinkling of frost and snowflakes. Still all Berwald could hear were their footsteps. Something felt wrong...
" 's cold." He attempted to make conversation, to shift his sense of unease.
Tino only nodded, with a faint flicker of a smile. His cheeks were flushed against the cold. Berwald always said he looked cute that way. Tino always said he felt embarrassed, and that made him flush all the more.

It didn't matter if it was July or January, his hands were always cold.
Francis was sitting on the sofa, arms around a cushion in a vain attempt to stay warm. Despite the fairly enthusiastic fire burning in the living room, he couldn't get any warmer. Arthur had suggested he put on another jumper, but Francis wasn't having any of it. He was already wearing a very sexy jumper, OK? He didn't want to cover that fine piece of clothing up. Besides, he suspected Arthur was going to try and knit him a jumper for Christmas, so he wanted to make the most of his beautiful jumpers while he still cold.
Said Englishman entered the living room and crossed to the sofa, handing Francis a fragrant cup of coffee (drinks were the only thing Francis allowed him to make) before sinking on to the sofa beside him.
They held their drinks in silence, feeling the warmth slowly seep back into their bodies. Francis thought Arthur still smelt like outdoors

"Only the bits that haven't stuck. Now, we have to leave it to dry, d'accord?"
The oven timer pinged in the kitchen. Alfred shot to his feet and through the door.

After a few hours of working, he would then go back into their bedroom to wake Lovino with a smile, the Italian growling about how he didn't want to get up, even though he did so anyway. It was different today since Antonio wasn't up and smiling like usual. This morning was just to...foreign.

Aw, shut up. I slam my hand down onto the snooze button as my first instinct. I look at the time. Fuck. I jump out of bed and pull my clothes off and spring into the bathroom to wipe myself down. How the hell did I sleep in? Stupid fucking alarm clock, can't do anything right!
I don't give a fuck about school, not like that idiotic brother of mine, but if I ditch school one more time, my grandfather's going to kill me. And if I get another tardy, I get detention, and that mean
Giripan: Nap Partners"Konnichiwa," Heracles smiled at Kiku standing in the doorway. The Japanese man looked surprised to see him, but pleased nonetheless.Giripan: Nap Partners in Fan Fiction More Like This
"Oh, konnichiwa Heracles-kun. What brings you here today?"
The Grecian held up a small rectangular box and rattled it persuasively, "I brought Pocky."
Kiku knew what this meant. He nodded, stepping aside, "Would you like to come in?"
"Arigatou!" Heracles beamed and hurried in, kicking off his shoes and placing them neatly next to Kiku's. Kiku smiled; he had been practicing his Japanese, that much was evident.
Kiku closed the door behind him, "Have you come to show off all of the new words you have learned?"
Heracles chuckled, "Iie, I thought we could watch another historical Japanese movie. The one you showed me last week was so fascinating! Have you got any more?"
"Hai, lots." Kiku led Heracles into his TV room and gestured for him to sit down while he searched through his large collection of DVDs, "There is Tsuma Yo Bara No Yoni, Hawai Mare o
SuFin: Ice-creamTino smiled to himself as he squirmed further into the comfort of the couch, his feet up and a cool silk blanket cuddled up against his chest and over his knees. It was noon and he was awarded for his thus far hard work with a bit of piece and quiet. His favourite cartoon was playing on the TV, Hanatamago was sleeping, and his two favourite men in the whole wide world had gone out for ice-cream.SuFin: Ice-cream in Fan Fiction More Like This
He was surprised when he heard the front door be pushed open, followed by the heavy, lugging steps that could only be his partner. Maybe they had forgotten something, because they hadn't left all that long ago. Berwald stepped into the living room and Tino sat up to greet him.
"Back so soon?" he smiled, but Berwald didn't have the expression that suggested he had forgotten something or he had come back for a camera or another kiss. He simply nodded and sat down on the couch beside Tino's feet.
"Oh. Where's Peter?"
"Saw Raivis. Let Peter go play w' him."
"Aww," Tino chuckled lightly, picturing t

"Please," Norway interrupted, rolling his eyes with folded arms, his brother Iceland watching admirably, "I think we've suffered enough nonsense for one night. This is the last time we let you choose where we go on a night out."
"Fine, so what do you propose we do now?"
"Go home. If I sit here for any longer I'm going to get a headache. And I thought you were loud."
"Um," Finland chirped from his tall stool in the hopes of stopping any arguments from ensuing, with Sweden lurking behind him, "If you like, we could all go to my home to listen to some music and order a pizza."
Before Norway had a chance to answer, and before Iceland and Sweden could even be noticed nodding in agreement, Denmark butted in in with a snaky scowl; "You guys wouldn't know a good
SeaLat: In The RainLike any other day, Peter had invited Raivis out to play. Not considering that the 15 year old was too old for the 12 year old's childish games, he insisted that he got to the park. Raivis didn't protest, and they walked to the park together, holding hands as they crossed the roads (as Peter's parents had always told him to do) and remembering not to talk to strangers.SeaLat: In The Rain in Fan Fiction More Like This
Peter loved going on adventures, so he dragged Raivis through the park with him, leaving the Latvian teenager brimming with panic when Peter climbed up trees or ran on wet grass, as it had been raining the night before. He tumbled down hills, jumped in puddles, stood on the swings as he rocking back and forth, before leaping off of them and landing skilfully on the ground unharmed, and he forced Raivis into a game of tag simply by running away from him giddily.
Raivis finally caught up with him, out of breath. Peter was lying down on the grass now, his arms folded behind his head as he smiled up at the clouds. Raivis kne

"Uh huh! He's upstairs painting. But he won't let me see it."
Tino laughed, "Well, you know how those artists get," he placed his hand on the boys head and stroked his hair lightly, "I'll go see if he's nearly finished."
"'kay mama!" Peter bubbled absentmindedly. All of his attention was on his favourite cartoon that was playing on the TV; Spongebob Squarepants. He didn't notice his motherly figure cringe before leaving to find Berwald.
There was a light tap on the door. Berwald lifted his head from the canvas before him and looked up, "Hm?"
Tino opened the door carefully, smiling at the sight of his husband, "There you are. Peter told me you were painting." Berwald nodded, holding up his paintbrush enough for Tino to see it. Tino walked over gingerly, "So can I see?"
"Well, how unfinished is it?"
"'m still paintin' family."
"Family?" Berwald wasn't shielding the canvas as he usually would when he didn't want his painting to b
