I decided to start a new char for chow 195 - Mystic Gunslinger,
take me 6 hours to complete

tnks!

"DESCRIPTION

Mystic Gunslinger

This wild west character, not satisfied with the power of their 6-shooter, has combined the use of pistols with magic. It’s up to you how the combination works and what effect it has.

While the character can be from any time period, the pistol(s) and costume must reflect the wild west theme. He or she can be wielding laser pistols or steam punk compressed gas handguns, so long as we can look at them and see that they really have a thing for the old cowboy tales. "

Here's a new character design. Mostly inspired by the main character of the new Dragon Age game that's coming out.

This is the first in a set of images done for the boardgame 'Swords of the Seven' by ~kanachi.

''Kord lived as a young brave from a fierce tribe of nomadic warriors, travelling the seas in search of food and gold. He learned the ways of the sword at a young age and was driven to forge a name for himself as a mighty hero.

This brash and reckless thirst for glory would ultimate lead him to take a small band into the forbidden marshlands in search of a legendary demon witch known as The Barrowgena. After days of travel they were ambushed by a foul and ghoulish monster that tore many of Kord’s companions to shreds. Kord alone battled the beast until he finally drove his blade deep into its heart.

That night as they celebrated, thinking that they had slain the terror of the marshland, the Barrowgena looked down upon them with furious eyes. For they had slain her child, and she would see them all pay for his murder.

The witch later descended upon Kords people, butchering the entire tribe. She allowed Kord to live however, so he could witness her fury as she continued to roam the world wreaking vengeance upon all mankind.

Kord now travels in seek of redemption, applying the only real skill he has, as a sword for hire!''

Another illustration done for the boardgame 'Swords of the Seven' by ~kanachi.

"Lysara is daughter to the famous treasure hunter Tain Agaval, from who she learned sword play and the secrets that only a life time of dungeon exploration can teach.

The two were an inseparable pare and ventured deep into the worlds forgotten ruins in search of treasure, fame and adventure. However, a life time of such adventure began to take its toll however and Lysara was forced to watch as her father slowly succumbed to illness.

Distraught and unwilling to allow her father to die Lysara ventured into the deep unknown to locate a lost relic known as the Dragons Heart, which was rumoured to grant eternal life. However, upon retrieving the item and using it upon her father, against his will, the true nature of the relic was revealed.

Tain’s body became hot as smoke filled the room and before Lysara could intervene he was consumed by a ferocious fire. She watched in horror as from the flames arose Dalmar, an ancient dragon whom once feasted upon the souls of his victims. Having broken free of the relic the dragons hunger drove him into the air and into the world so he could wreak havoc once more.

Lysara lives in sorrow and regret and now hunts the dragon tirelessly, trying to put right the wrongs of her past as a sword for hire!"
