Random Musings...When the wind blows, and when water flows,Random Musings... in Free Verse More Like This
The days pass by as we live with the highs and suffer the lows.
Time in the essence, the joy of the presence, meek is the innocence,
Our naivety is our undoing, but, to us, does it make sense?
Growing older, our universal truth, is our common fate.
We try to ignore time as we persist, but no matter, time's passage always exists.
Prideful and no courtesy to others because our time is so short.
A means to an end is the excuse, don't take my word for it. The world's the proof.
What Binds Us?What Binds Us?What Binds Us? in Concrete Poetry More Like This
What binds us?
Is it glue in our souls?
Is it the push to move forward?
Is it the the weight of the world?
The world we cannot control,
Yet the one that controls us?
Is it love?
Is it lust?
Is it loyalty?
Or, is it trust?
Is it attraction?
Is it repulsion?
Conflict that divides us
Only to unite us?
The love of money
Or, the love chance?
The love of god?
Or, the joy of ignorance?
Serendipitousness, delightfulness, compromises the wholesomeness
In which is, or may be, the core of atractiveness.
Internal to external, soft to hard, hard to soft,
Like feathers, grinding, binding, winding, intertwining
With joyful prose, conducting, prodcuting, love,...simple love.
From above? Below? Could be, I don't know.
Or, is it love?
Pure like a dove?
Soft and tranquil or hard to be respectful?
Is attractivness, needy? Greedy? Possibly even Seedy?
But to know attractivness
Is to court restlessness,
No control leads to foolishness.
Foolishness, leads to loneliness.

It's like a lone-wolf living in the desert.
Living in seclusion, only coming out at night,
As the rest of the world sleeps.
Howling at a three-quarters moon, blanketed in the purple nighttime sky,
The howl travels, echos and fades into the night.
It is but the only sound,
Even the insects seem quiet tonight.
Again, and again, the howl repeats,
Filling the canyons with a solemn dirge
To some, the sound is scary, the encroaching death.
To others, it's a sound of camaraderie, respect.
Like the wolf, the heart seeks belonging, it's place.
So, the wolf, like the heart cries out one last time.
But for me, no one answers back.

End of 5th to 6th of July.
It was completely night.
The sky was dark now, the power plant was destroyed, and the city was completely immersed in the dark, many stars were shining in a humid and black sky, even the Milky Way was visible.
There was a conjunction between Jupiter and Mars, which were about to set.
The group was moving up to the Springfield outskirts, more precisely up to Mount Springfield.
The letters of the Springfield name were still untouched, creating a big contrast between them and the whole city, which was only a cluster of ruins.
Lisa looked at her phosphorescent watch, it was almost midnight.
After a moment she communicated to the group:-I think it's better if we stop here for the night, but it's only a discussible opinion of mine, so I'd propose this: when someone has something to say for the group, we'll vote.
For now I've a proposition: we are going to stay here for the night.

Merging all our savings, to pay a family vacation was a good idea, a very good idea.-
Marge took the banknotes and said:- really? Perfect.
It's May and next month we will leave.
We all need a vacation here, thank you Lis.-

Lisa was cleaning up her room, while she was thinking:"God, I'm so tired today.

Wow things really change beyond years.

Thinking at this used to cause, usually, a mix of contrasting emotions in Lisa, just like in this occasion, very tiring.
When she finished making the bed, Lisa said, to herself:- finally, I've finished everything here, now.. It's about eight, within some time mom will call us for dinner-
Lisa picked up the phone to check the time, and saw a message from Patrick:"Lisa tomorrow, I'm free, what do you want to do?".
Lisa reflected a bit and answered:"I don't know".
She closed the message app and opened the music one, lately she was falling in love with rap and house music, a thing which surprised even her.

Yes, they should have known better then to fall for the Coachman's trap.
Yes, they did things boys shouldn't do.

Freedom isn't free.
Staying would have left their futures in the Coachman's hands. That was a route as risky as what they were doing.
Bobby wondered more then once if they were in denial. Seeing themselves as strange looking boys was easy. He wanted to believe that people would accept them as such. The reality however was different.
Ill-gotten as their donkey forms were, they were still donkeys. Existing as donkeys from this point forward was a possibility they were facing.
Being a donkey had some advantages. Their fur provided them protection from the cold. It was a small advantage but Bobby was willing to take anything life offered at this point.

As Lisa swum forwards, she was struggling to keep her speed up. She could have also used her powers to rocket herself forwards through the water, but she wanted to save those powers for her possible confrontation with Dr. Colossus.
After reaching the international water borders, Lisa started looking for anything suspicious at the ocean bottom. However, she saw nothing.
"Darn it", she thought. "How can one underwater base hide itself so well? I better surface to see if I see the oil tanker."
Lisa surfaced and looked around. When she looked towards the coast, she saw something odd in the sky.
Lisa was both shuddering and surprised. Not only was she afraid of pigeons, she was also surprised to see them so far off coast. It wasn't even the traveling season yet.
"That's odd", Lisa thought out loud. "Pigeons don't usually fly so far out sea. Something funny is going on."
Then Lisa remembered something she had read about pigeons.

thinking, almost pensive, about something. You could place his age
around fifteen, perhaps even sixteen- with his shaggy, untamed mane of
fire red hair and freckles sprinkling ever last inch of his body.
He is huddled in a ratty, thread-bare brown sweatshirt, trying to
savor some warmth on this chilly October evening. A "Chicago Cubs"
baseball cap obscures his face from view to all who pass him. The
jeans he wears are baggy and frayed at the cuffs. His sneakers are
barely passable as red converse from the dirt and wear on them. A
back-pack sits next to his feet, and like everything else he posses,
it is in bad condition.
He shudders in chill, remembering why the city in which he resides is
called "The Windy City". Pushing a few stray hairs out of his vision
as he peers upward towards the sky, his curious brown eyes glimmer in
the street lights,
A Very Grinchy Wedding"What do you think of this dress , dear?" Martha May Whovier asked inquisitively to her husband-to-be as she absent-mindedly smoothed all wrinkles that creased the dress, as he awaited the answer.A Very Grinchy Wedding in Fan Fiction More Like This

He then gave a sigh and rubbed the bridge of his nose with his long, hairy fingers. "Lacey," was his only reply. Martha scrunched her nose as if to say that the answer wasn`t the one she was looking for. She hastily flattered the floral lace imprint on the form of her chest.
In the true opinion of the Grinch, it was quite a lovely dress. Poinsettias where the flower that was crocheted into the long flowing layer of lace on top of the silk bottom. She truly looked like a bride, all that was needed was the veil.

"What? You know that place is known for putting people into sleep, and Ton expects us to go there?"
Rutina examined the flyer Ton gave. "Well, that's what he said. Besides, I can whip up a Waking Potion for the two of us."

"Relax, Bohrok, it'll be fine. We'll just go there, get some mushrooms, and get out of there. It'll be easy."
Bohrok is comforted.
