Decided to try something a little different here. ;_;

Kinda wanted to experiment a bit. Turned out to be a vent.... lol

Not much else to say, really.

For those interested in the process, this was all done by MOUSE. My tablet was too far and I was too lazy to reach for it. Vectored in Illustrator and coloured in Photoshop. *shrug*

I never really paid much attention to Luna until the Nightmare Night episode. Her canon personality and design is so much better than the fan-canon, IMO. I love her. <3

...and the world was about to end.
Everything might turn other way if someone was there. But noone was, and then it's too late.

And there were moonlight and stars and her precious, gentle, lonely and unbearable night.

She is not a spoiled kid, she is a goddess. Her mind always seeks for solutions, and always finds them, and she knows how to make a decision. She is indeed like her sister.

But that time the solution was wrong. And the problem was wrong. And everything was wrong. And everything went wrong, with no way back for a thousand years.

And there was that moment when it all still could be stopped, but noone was around.

Didn't really want to paint this. Dislike the fall and the fallen state. And it's upsetting to imagine the one you admire in despair and distress and about to make a grave mistake. But sometimes you just have to understand, to forgive and to accept, even if you can't justify.

Celestia:

Luna is my favorite pony. I love her art style and color scheme of season 2, and her personality is cute to match. The mane was a challenge to draw, especially with the water, but I'm satisfied with how it came out, especially the stars.

I really like how this one came out, made sure not to make the same mistakes I made in my Celestia painting, yet at the same time it bugs me that I made those mistakes on Celestia. D: She's forever doomed to be second to Luna in my heart. ;-;

Created this piece yesterday. I had a lot of fun with it! Luna's hair gave me some trouble for a while but I figured out the tricked to get it to look the way I wanted eventually.

I'm getting better at backgrounds! At least I think I am. lol
