I remember that when I started fractaling three years ago that I got comments, faves, watches, support since the very first days I decided to publish my early practicing flames. What is the first thing that makes you attracted to Fractal Art?
When I started making fractals, i was interested in expressing my creativity, but didn't know how to pursue that. Making cool pictures with Apophysis filled that. Also, trying to figure out what Apophysis did in the background really intrigued the analytical/mathematical side of me.

The past days I discovered my special interest in tweaking other people's Parameters to learn and to just create my own vision from what is already given. There are a lot of groups that offer Tweaking Circles/Round Robins like :iconfractalcircles: or :iconroundrobin-central: just to name two of them.
My project is some kind of a fusion between Circles/Round Robin's and Challenges.
I thought of the following:
Within a certain amount of time (let's say for example 1 month) there will be a Tasty Tweaks "Round". The whole thing will be running as follows.
1. I write a SignUp Journal that will always be named "Tasty Tweaks #Number" or something like that.

have been to a Halloween Party with two Friends, even though the
Halloween over here isn't what Halloween is over there in the US - no
children running around playing Trick or Treat and the Parties are kinda
lame as well, but we still had fun. I dressed up as some kind of Witch
and my friend went as Black Widow. Only our male compagnion wasn't
dressed up - but he came in for free since he knew the staff

The one who coined the term of „Fractal“ was Benoît Mandelbrot. He was a Mathematician born on 20th of November 1924 in Warsaw and died on 14th of October 2010 in Cambridge/US. He contributed a lot to the thematic of financial mathematics, theoretical physics and chaos science. But the highest popularity he gained with being the father of Fractals.

One week ago was a sad day for the family of :iconkram666: and the deviant community.
He passed away at the age of only 48. Him who was so dedicated to digital art will never leave anyone of us a comment or reply to those given to him. He will never again fill our inboxes with his colorful fractals or cute photos of the foxes.
But even if his body has passed away - he will stay alive within us and within the art in his gallery.
I'm sure that he is somewhere where he can still appreciate our support of his art, so this is my hommage to a wonderful artist AND his family.

Today we will talk about “Fractal Flowers”, but first what is a fractal?
- A fractal has been defined as "a rough or fragmented geometric shape that can be split into parts, each of which is (at least approximately) a reduced-size copy of the whole. The term fractal was coined by Benoît Mandelbrot in 1975 and was derived from the Latin fractus meaning "broken" or "fractured”. I promised it - here it is. A bugfix version of Apophysis 7X V15. It's supposed to fix some bugs and improve the Chaotica integration. It's actually not a full new version of Apophysis. V16 is the fancy one with the new, dark interface. This one is to improve the quality of the current version. Thus 15B. Here is the full list of changes:
Fixed DPI glitches in "Export UPR", "Gradient Browser" and "Message Log" windows.
Fixed a bug which made it impossible to render in slices due to "Out of Memory" errors.
Fixed a bug which caused wrong thumbnails after deleting a flame from the list to the left in the main window.
Updated Chaotica integration. Only versions since V0.45 of Chaotica are supported now. Directory structure is significant.
