Full View Please! Also, the actual picture is over double the size of a full view. Poster anyone? LoL
Okay so I have had this idea in my head a really long time. (That is, the idea of Little Red Riding Hood taking matters into her own hands). I finally actualized it.
I won't explain too much because you can see for yourself what she is bringing home :-P
I have an idea of making a series of fairy tale pictures that show an "alternative ending" like this one. Hopefully I can stay inspired...
Thank you to that helped me decide on how to go about the background. I knew I wanted dark woods, but that is it. He is really good with giving advice for backgrounds.
So my software used was D|S and PS7. Tools were WACOM and mouse. Question me about individual figures if you are curious. Hair and wolf head 100% painted. Most of the rest of the pic is a combo of 3D, BG, 2D painting, and PS filters.
I hope you like this and thank you so much for viewing!
I've just finished a texturing commission -which I will spam when I'm allowed to- and decided to have a little celebration for it, trying out a few different things with stuff I had on my HD
I do like the idea of reverting assumed roles, which is why I love putting together things like Ghost of Christmas Past or The Merry Carrollers. I love dolls, although I do have memories of finding a few of them plain scary for some reason. And I do like the concept of those abandoned turning just a *tad* evil.
I'm working on a handful of images with titles of songs.
This is a standard vampire render, I fancied a bit of a play with something like that after modelling the dress in C4D. Character is maelwen's Valeria. Pose is modified from Skyewolf's Perfect 10 at DAZ. Background is from several items at DAZ. The rest of the credits in the credits area.
This is an alternative version for the cover illustration for "Requiem for a Vampire", which I will be posting later. I do prefer this outfit, but the author wanted something a bit more toned down.
Setup in Poser, rendered in C4D except the main figure.
V4, Valeria, Allura Hair, Cherry Blossom's skirt, Grim Tales textures for Cherry Blossom, Roxana Yaroslavna's corset, my Forsaken Queens textures for it, sleeves from Omega Huntress X, my Night Walker textures, On a Certain Night, church from Castle Creator, several of Lisa's Botanicals, and in the very background, Lost Garden. I also modified in C4D the cemetery gates so I could have a proper fence to go with the gates. Terrain and grass at the front was done with DPIT in C4D, the rest of the grass is postworked.
I'm quite happy with how the corset works with the rest of the outfit.
Full view please to get all the details.

`You're nothing but a pack of cards!'
At this the whole pack rose up into the air" ...
More Alice in Wonderland.
Request to do a portrait of her in the same style as the other characters. I had fun making those cards ! lol I had an unbloody one as well but everyone said to do the blood so tada.. (i think i suck at making blood tho lol)
This image has been stuck in my mind as soon as I first saw and bought the Alice dress ... Just didn't get around to doing anything about it till the release of the tea party props the other day on Daz.. I knew it MUST be done ..

The easiest way to make the masses forget the truth was to play it all up like one big game. They thrived upon the darkness it seemed, so that was what she gave them. A 'false' face so easily worn for the pictures that perhaps held a bit more of the truth than even the photographer realized. With the makeup artists chattering around her, a bit more white powder was added to the nose. Freshen up that crimson stain on full, pouty lips, and of course, a bit more liner on the lids to bring out those bright gray eyes. With a wave of her hand, Gabriella brushed them all away. Time to finish this shoot and get on with her night. That thought foremost in her mind, she sashayed about the red carpet. Flashbulbs flared, and silly requests were screamed from behind the camera.
"Smile for me, baby! Show some fang!" Those cleverly constructed false fangs bared, she hissed softly, the epitome of the vamp they all craved, or thought they did anyway.
"Funny thing about the truth...it sometimes comes back to bite you."
This was made for the Vampire Fashion contest going on now at the . The above caption is an edited version of an old profile for a vampire I used to RP on AoL back in the day
