Let me introduce my new artwork I wanted to paint her portrait for a long time, and finally I finished (whoo-hoo...!!!). The most difficult part was her nose, finally I made a clay model of it and used as a reference.
As usually I barely find free time, but I still want to make couple portraits of others characters in different techniques.
Giftart for xxHTxRoyaltyxx I think this is the last of them. Sorry it took so long. I can't think of anything to say right now, I think the the scene is clear enough as it is. I'll add something later, maybe.
I just felt like giving Allison Taylor a design change. Also working on her personality more.
The goggles actually have a purpose, they're actually modified glasses, although they're only needed for reading and writing she really didn't want to wear normal glasses. She also hates her ears for being so big, which is why she's covering them with her hair. Despite being a geek, she takes pretty good care of herself and is rather trim in body shape.
Springfield's second finest youngster (behind Martin), she certainly downplays her achievements. She's way too trusting in other people and is pretty shy as well. Despite this she makes the effort to socialise with people and tends to be nice to everyone and nowadays she's actually pretty well accepted by her peers.
Politically speaking, Allison leans a lot on the right-wing, she's opinionated but but quiet about it. Despite this, she still dislikes Ultra-conservative radio host Birch Barlow.
She often feels under pressure from her parents who push her abilities to the Nth degree, although a genius sometimes she just wants to switch off and relax but finds herself unable to.
At school she can often be seen hanging around with Alex, Maggie, Sherri or Terri. She also shows a friendly rivalry with Martin Prince, both of whom volunteer as interns at Frink's lab.
I may do something with the other kinda overrated 6th season not-much-more-than one timer, Jessica Lovejoy. Although probably with less shading or something....
EDIT: I take that back, this one's doing really well...
A growth chart for Allison ^_^ I've done one of Donny too, but I'm contemplating whether to do some for Bart, Lisa, and friends. it is most likely though.
Baby: Allison is smart enough to talk earlier than normal babies and can use building blocks to her advantage. She also has the habit of crawling away from her parents, so they put a tracking device in her necklace just in case
Toddler: Like all three- year olds, she suffers from E.H.S (Extreme Huggable Syndrome). However, she is very curious and is always climbing up on anything to get a different view.
Child: She's skipped a grade and is pretty much a star pupil in her grade. Not too many kids like that, but she doesn't care. Allison is a real sweetie and always tries to make friends.
Tweener: School has gotten very strict now and they decided to bring back the uniforms, but made them more stylish. She is focused on her studies more than ever and doesn't bother with girl stuff that much. In the end, she dates Martin for a month or two, but breaks it off when he cheats on her. This causes her to swear off of dating for a good while.
Teen: Allison is still in the same class as Lisa and is best friends with her and Alex. Finally breaking her vow of not dating, she starts a relationship with Donny at 16 (just to be safe )
Young Adult: She has been going to a veterinary school and finishes her last year at 21 years old with her DVM. Living with her now fiancee Donny in Little Newark, her dreams of opening her own clinic are slowly coming true... There also might be a little surprise on the way soon
Sorry for the long wait. I drew and colored it on Friday night, but 1) my camera died, 2) it was midnight, and 3) I had to get up at 7:30, so be grateful! Alright, here's the story. Allison wants to get Donny to notice her, so Alex manages to offer her a makeover. As soon as she walks in the school, all the boys are all over her. Unfortunately, Donny doesn't recognize her, pissing her off. And of course Milhouse has to try and get the new girl.
Here's the text in case you can't read my handwriting:
Allison: You don't even know who I am, do you? Donny: I wish! ^///^ Alex: Ooo, she's playing hard to get! Lisa: This isn't going to go well...-_-; Bart: Your nose kinda stands out from your face, doesn't it? Milhouse: But my mom says I'm very handsome! >o<
This is pretty much a 'what if' picture. What if Allison wasn't really a Taylor? What if she was part of the Powers family?
Allison was born to Ruth and a mysterious yet caring man many years ago. Her mother didn't have to worry about any jealousy in the house, Laura got along with her just fine. They were pretty much inseperable.
Unexpectedly, a cloaked figure snatched Allison from her open bedroom window and ran off to a town many miles away. Being extremely tired that day, the two-year old did not feel a thing until the next morning.
Not wanting her to remember anything, Wesley and Judith Taylor injected her with propranolol to relieve her memory. Waking up, Allison felt slightly different and walked around the house confused. The two adults welcomed her and managed to convince the toddler that they are her parents.
From that day on, searches couldn't bring the young girl back home to her devastated mother and sister. Up until she's twelve years old, Allison Taylor is leading the life of an overworked overachiever.
Reasons Allison could be a Powers:
1. Same facial structure as them 2. Extreme intelligence comes from being pushed by her "parents" 3. Is often forbidden to go to the Simpson household, to keep Ruth from seeing her
Hopefully you all liked my out-of-the-box story. This could be possible if you just think about carefully
Ahh, schoolyard crushes. The first love is always the most fondly remembered.
Becky sighes as her crush, Bart, walks by in the Springfield Elementary School hallway, talking to Milhouse. Friends Melissa and Allison wonder what is distracting her.
It seems that Becky has had an eye on Bart since the start of the series. Their 1st encounter was at Ned Flanders BBQ when he announced the opening of his "Leftorium" store. Bart was shown playing a version of 'tag' with her and another boy, and then later being chased by her.
Their 2nd encounter was during a sleepover at the Simpson's house with Lisa, when she was dared to kiss Bart. She certainly didn't seem to object to it, even if Bart did!
Their 3rd encounter was when Bart signed her Yearbook at the end of term, along with many other fellow students (including Principal Skinner, if you can believe that). After he signed her book, she clasped it to her chest and ran happily away. ("He writes the way people talk!" )
There were not many more scenes like this later, as Becky and many other supporting characters were pushed into the background, so it's not known whether she still has her crush on Bart.
In my Simpsons universe, she finally got to date Bart when she reached fourth grade (and Bart in sixth), and stayed together for a few months before they broke up.
(Left-to-right: Allison Taylor, Wendell Borton, Melissa, Becky, Lewis, Bart Simpson, Milhouse van Houten, Ralph Wiggum. The last girl has never been named, but I have called her Stacy in my Simpsons universe.)
On an unrelated note, I think this is probably my best drawing of Bart since I started this hobby. What do you think?
Yup, another one. Third part, following [link] . Top, left to right: Darcy, Mary Spuckler and Jenny. Bottom, left to right: Francine (man, how I hated her) and Juliet. Personally, my favorite was Mary.
Yet another Simpsons fanart focused on the girls. I already drew a picture of Bart's girlfriends, but here I did them slightly older (except for Laura, who looks mostly the same). I also included Allison and Alex, because I like them, and because I've seen them paired with Bart in a lot of fanart here.
Top, left to right: Laura Powers, Jessica Lovejoy, Allison. Bottom, left to right: Greta Wolfcastle, Alex Whitney, Gina Vendetti.
Most of the girls Bart has had a crush on. From left to right: Laura Powers (from "New kid on the block") Jessica Lovejoy (from "Bart's girlfriend") Greta Wolfcastle (from "The Bart wants what it wants") Gina Vendetti (from "The wandering juvie") and Darcy (from "Little big girl").
I don't know if there's more, I just drew the ones I could remember. Personally, I liked Laura the best.
