Apparently some people don't seem to be understanding this journal. Let me write a dumbed down summary of why this is happening in a proper hierarchy:
1: This decision was made long ago, as I have had nor the time or motivation to continue Time Tangent these many months. I am putting a focus on my own commercial game development projects, namely Star Captain, and if you are interested in following such projects I suggest visiting my partner brotoad's deviantART: http://brotoad.deviantart.com/
2: It is unfair to promise the Time Tangent Team members involved to achieve such an unrealistic goal. Fangames are not serious game development endeavors, and to think so is childish.
3: I have no further intention of paying any obvious tribute to CAPCOM, as they have given up on the Mega Man franchise themselves.
4: The MAJORITY of the Mega Man fandom is foolish. For example:
- Rockman Xover already has over 100k paid users.

-NeonFreak still has a weird fetish
-PageWizard still loves Butts
-Jodar5 becomes a brony. Only Zexion-teh-wolf cares
-CodeLimit reveals his face. The world sets on fire
-DonutYoshi improves the Mega man Mania engine. The world rejoices
-Cats are still really cool animals
-VIDEO GAMES is still a bad series
