can't count how many times I rendered this trying to find an angle I was content with alongside colors I was happy with. lot of patience and critiques from my wonderful gf and who eventually suggested that I try red, the best color in the world (thanks you two!*). she also chose the name again, which I love in the end, left the blue & purple scheme and the fryrender version that rendered for an eternity. 1920x1200 made in topmod and cinema 4d, rendered with v-ray, edited in photoshop. comments, critiques welcome!
A fairly old topmod object that I seemingly keep returnin to. I think this it the last time i'll use it though! Just wanted to try something colorful without doing the normal rainbow. 1920x1200 objects made in topmod and cinema 4d, setup and rendered with v-ray, edited in photoshop. Critiques n comments welcome! n also, the .c4d file and original topmod object I used are uploaded in .zip format here: [link] *lastly, if someone would like to upload to their premium rapidshare account, that'd be appreciated
somethin that I rendered a bit ago. didn't turn out the way I wanted in fryrender so after a while I just decided to give vray a go. so 1920x1200, setup n made with topmod & c4d, rendered with vray comments, critiques welcome!~
Worked from a single cube in TopMod. I wanted this to have a somewhat classical handmade look, with very subtle curves and lines. I degraded it slightly in photoshop to give it the look of an old photograph from the 1960's.
Created with TopMod, arranged in 3ds max, rendered with vray, edited in Photoshop. Rendered on the Porkchop Express.
Finally, the completed version of the render from my new id pic. Twas just a work in progress back then, a dull black and white tangle of glass fibres. Now it's a colourful tangle of glass fibres. *wipes tear from eye*
