- note: i used as reference a scene for 'The New World', this time i wanted something sad and... romantic? i put it in the scrapbook section because, i don't know, i don't 'really' like it, and in fact i will add a part 2 focusing on Martha media: hands and photoshop
I know you're tired of seeing this picture, but I can't help but give it a fresh page, sorry!
My dad finally said I've worked too long on it and its done. There's nothing really more I can do to this picture without completely bending over backwards . . . there was a tank in the foreground, but it cluttered up things and got in the way of Marv XD and we can't have that.
So yeah, here is a protrait of an Alaerian victory over a human position. Marv was the only one left by the time they got there, he was alseep XD
At first I was gonna do one. . . then 4. . . then 8. . . then you get the idea XD Depending on which design gets the most votes, I'll fancy it up and make that my army colours for my next few pics revolving around Marines.
Personally, I like Sons of Valor, Judges, Paragon Guard and Angel Kings.
Forgive me if some of these schemes have been done already, I haven't checked the codex in a LOOOOOOOONG time.
EDIT: Fixed the The Chosen, Doom Heralds and the Bravehearts to make'em more original. And I made the Stormbirds a little more blue then green.
Still practising with markers. I’m kind of having trouble getting the kind of contrast I want with the markers. Unfortunately, I can’t figure out what the heck to do with the background. This is a travelling library snake. The books on the stomach ungulate and push the snake forward. Or something like that. Any suggestions for a background?
Here's yet another picture I dug up from my site's gallery:
June 18th, 2007 Photoshop and drawingtablet
I was really on a roll that week. Right after I finished the Piccolo picture, I made this new one. It also features crazy Wally. This time Wally's taken his love for green things to the extreme. I think his expression says it all. That Pidgey looks a little shocked, altough I think I probably could have made it look even more spooked if I had tried a little harder. I wonder what Wally would do if that traffic light suddenly turned red?
This is my entry for 's contest, for his comic, Pokémon Antithesis, which required entrants to make up and enter original Pokémon trainers or breeders. These trainers will then enter a tournament in the Nobel region, where Pokémon Antithesis takes place. At first I wasn't going to enter this contest. Then I considered entering a SoL character, but given the fact that Rei, the comic's protagonist is rather... violent, I figured there was a chance he might end up killing said SoL character. Now, I love my characters, so I thought I'd better just enter myself (Rei, if I die, I can't draw SoL anymore; so consider that! lol). Meet Lottie, my alter-ego in the world of Pokémon. Most people think Sandy is my alter ego, but even though she is based on me, she's not really my alter-ego. Lottie is a Pokémon trainer from Kanto. She never did challenge the Elite 4, but given her skill level, she probably could have if she wanted to. Lottie has 12 Pokémon, rather than 6 and she carries them all with her. In a battle, she will pick a team of 6 to fight with. Being able to switch Pokémon in her team on the spot, allows Lottie to keep her opponents completely in the dark about which Pokémon they'll be facing.
Bulbasaur (no nickname) Gender: male Personality: Hardy Ability: Overgrow Moves: Giga Drain, Synthesis, Sleep Powder, Sludge Bomb Held item: Doesn't really matter Bulbasaur is Lottie's first Pokémon. For some reason, this little guy never evolved and he's quite conscious about the fact that he's the team's weakest member. That's why he trained very hard to compensate for his handicap and it's also why he keeps challenging Pokémon who are much bigger and stronger than himself; even those who belong to his own team.
Timer (Shiny Typhlosion) Gender: male Personality: Quiet Ability: Blaze Moves: Blast Burn, Focus Blast, Solar Beam, Sunny Day Held item: Doesn't really matter Timber is an old geezer, who doesn't really fight all that often anymore. As the oldest Pokémon on the team, a lot of the other team members regard him as a (grand)father figure, as he is quite gentle and good natured. However, in battles, this seemingly rickety old critter suddenly proves to be a lean, mean fighting machine… with a slight limp.
Jethro (Manectric) Gender: male Personality: Timid Ability: Static Moves: Thunder Wave, Rain Dance, Bite, Thunder Held item: Doesn't really matter Jethro keeps to himself and has trouble trusting people. However, he is totally devoted to his trainer and will battle for all he's worth.
Rapp (Garchomp) Gender: male Personality: Jolly Ability: Sand Veil Moves: Dragon Claw, Crunch, Dig, Aqua Tail Held item: Doesn't really matter Rapp is always in for a joke. He's one of Lottie's major powerhouses and is often used in battles, much to Bulbasaur's regret. Rapp doesn't seem to realize that Bulbasaur doesn't particularly like him. Rapp just takes the little guy's attitude as something of silly joke.
Geno (Kabutops) Gender: male Personality: Gentle Ability: Battle Armor Moves: Night Slash, Stone Edge, Waterfall, Mega Kick Held item: Doesn't really matter Geno is surprisingly kind and gentle for a Kabutops. He doesn't like fighting, but he will if he must. He tends not to go all-out, though.
Hood (Arbok) Gender: female Personality: Quirky Ability: Intimidate Moves: Glare, Iron Tail, Gunk Shot, Ice Fang Held item: Doesn't really matter Hood has a sense of humor, most find somewhat disturbing. She likes to pull (often mean) practical jokes on people, preferably on gullible characters such as Jethro, Geno and Swoop.
Lupe (Absol) Gender: female Personality: Lonely Ability: Super Luck Moves: Sword Dance, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Stone Edge Held item: Scope Lens (looks like a green visor over one eye) Lupe is a very serious Pokémon, who takes her job in the team very seriously. Nimble, strong and fast, Lupe's battle specialisation is landing devastating critical hits, which often knock out her opponents with one hit.
Swoop (Pidgeot) Gender: male Personality: Gentle Ability: Keen Eye Moves: Featherdance, Thief, Fly, Steel Wing Held item: None Swoop mostly serves as Lottie's personal pilot. He's also very good at relieving his opponents of their held items, making him mostly a utility Pokémon. But sometimes he's also used in battles. Outside of battles, Swoop is surprisingly friendly.
Tauros (no nickname) Gender: male Personality: Brave Ability: Intimidate Moves: Giga Impact, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Persuit Held item: Doesn't really matter Tauros has major rage issues. Once angered, he'll often progressively get more and more enraged. This will either end badly for his opponents, or himself… Making him a risky choice for a Pokémon battle.
Scizor (no nickname) Gender: male Personality: Bashful Ability: Swarm Moves: Agility, Sword Dance, Baton Pass, X-scissor Held item: Shed Skin (Looks like the cast-off skin of a Nincada, clasped on Scizor's back) Scizor is the team's trusty Baton Passer, passing on nicely boosted stats to his team members. Because Scizor usually doesn't actually FIGHT his opponents, but just supports his team members, Scizor is not very confidant of his own battle abilities, which are actually quite formidable.
Slani (Rhydon) Gender: female Personality: Sassy Ability: Lightningrod Moves: Brick Break, Iron Tail, Earthquake, Megahorn Held item: Quick Claw Slani has issues concerning her feminine side, or lack thereof. She has a pretty big crush on Dusk, but he is totally unaware of this, mostly because Slani has no idea to show her affections properly. Instead, she tries to impress him using her combat skills; she'll often go all out in battles, even against opponents with huge type advantages against her.
Dusk (Tyranitar) Gender: male Personality: Naive Ability: Sand Stream Moves: Attract, Rock Slide, Crunch, Earthquake Held item: Doesn't really matter Dusk is quite an uncomplicated character, he just likes to fight battles, and eat and sleep outside of them. He often finds himself being teamed up with Rapp in double battles. The land shark is one of the few Pokémon he fully trusts as a partner in battles. He has no idea Slani has feeling for him.
I realize my entry may be a little sweet and bubbly, considering the comic it's for, but... DEAL WITH IT! Lol. Ok seriously now, feel free to alter some things if you like, Reigai. Just don't horribly mutilate Lottie's personality. Also, I hope you don't mind that I entered something slightly sketchy-looking. It's all I had time for... And this took quite a lot of time to make anyway...
April 5th, 2010 Photoshop and drawingtablet Entry for: *PokemonSuperContests Black Tourney: spectator round 5 (theme: 'Payback', subtheme: Save a Judge) Entrants: Sandy Gano, Solaris and Candy Opponent: -
I was originally also going to draw Nicole, Hamlet, Flygon and Espeon in that last panel, but I decided against it because it would become too crowded.
So much for what might well be the most insane spectator's entry ever! I will certainly try to tone it down for the last round. XD
uhm....what my homework assignments look like 8D;;
just kidding...well...i DID turn this in...but its not always like this D: im a good student i swear! (if scaring the shit out of your teacher with disturbing mental images of blood and gore is good 0:'D)
the assignment was to change the bill to law process so thats its better...i didnt really change anything except add in the supreme court
Made a few corrections that might appease some folk.
He is supposed to look like a kid, like a character you meet in the turtorial level of the game.
Well this went much faster than normal. Ive learned several things to drastically speed these kingdom hearts conversions, so this took about half the time. Anyways i tried to mash up my favorite elements about dante's separate outfits and modelled him after seifer's appearance in KH2. I feel this looks much more like the official KH1 character art, so im pretty proud of this one. Hope you guys really enjoy this one.
So i finally got this thing done. This was supposed to be done in 2 days but instead took nearly 2 weeks. I shouldnt have made him so damn complicated XD. Anyways i just updated arvalis because i hadnt done so in a very long time. I also finally designed a scythe for arvalis i liked a lot. I know you guys dont like reading long descriptions so ill try to keep this short but i have one more thing to add. That little element thing in the corner, each of the character from my game project are attributed to two elements. Normally a character majors in one and minors in another, but arvalis majors in two, making him much stronger. He majors in both fire and earth, fire is attack and earth is defense. Hopefully i can get time to do these for all of my characters, until then, i hope you guys like the new arvalis.
Yes the layout was inspired by my favorite artist on deviantart, =Michelle84
This is the final homework assignment to my Clothed Figure 1 class. We had to collect reference and design our own version of a famous historical character chosen from a list. I wanted to practice drawing cowboys, so i picked old Wild Bill here. Im gonna print this out on a big 2 foot poster for class tomorrow .
