old school fans know may this game too good some may love and some just hate it (ore both )
one of the greatest score shooter but also one tough if you don't choose the right weapon for the right situation you're just fucked
about the model: i just have to say this sometimes i have the feeling that the creator don't build there own models some are just badly designed but not in this case quite the opposite when i have to describe it, then only with one word !genius!
this model is just genius and you just know that "Irem" build this one not only one time everything fit just perfect
if i have to prefere a model as a starter then this one try it, build it and enjoy it, this one is just great
you can download the model here the power orb is also avaiable here
it has been done ladies and gentlemen let me show you "The Lich" ... ayyyy i'm so happy and exited, this is defenitly one of my favorite models i've made so far and it turned out so awesome
and it really was about time that this is no done i had this over a year now on my pc or rather where i ask FirstKeeper for the original model
why this took so long? just simple, i didn't had the knowledge at this point to edit 3d models in that way that it work so i had to gain some experience first until i was ready to do this
but the waiting time was worth this is really an unique model which stands out of my normal fanart pieces and just to clear this even it looks like a model from WoW
this is NO fanart
this lich is designed as an OC and because i just owe her this i will handle it like that too that means i will decline every suggestion from a fanart group i hope you can understand this i'm not gonna put this in some sort of suitcase first i thought too that this something from DnD or an other RPG but she made this model on her own and she did just an awesome job it was just a pleasure and also a honor that i had the chance to build this
and if you say but in this or that game there is also a lich then you should take a look at wikipedia "what" a lich is
ok, enough talking let's see what you get here
file description: the file contains as always three pdo files one with texture and folding lines one with texture and without folding lines and one white version with folding lines
so you need the Pepakura Viewer what you can get "here"
all three pdo's are not protected so if you have the Designer, you can edit the sheets in the way you want
the original texture is NOT included only the my from the orb
model description: the model come on 44 pages with 301 pieces and is 45cm tall (without the pedestal)
the model is actually not hard but there are a lot tiny and special pieces so i would say the difficult level is about 8/10 if you have any trouble, feel free to ask me or/and take a look at the "building process gallery" where i explain how this and that is working
to download the model click on the download button on the right side you can thank dA for, that i can't write the direct link anymore
some word to the bloggers
because this is a collab, you have to give credits to FirstKeeper too! otherwise i can't allow it to write a blog entry
you have the permission to use my photos you DON'T have the permission to use her renders ore screenshot of it except she allow it
this model is a Deviantart only download so do not upload this model somewhere else and the most important thing
this model is free and should it be so let it be!
and trust me, i search for my stuff
feel also free to write a critique
p.s. sry for the bad photo quality the conditions at the moment are very bad and i didn't understand the setting of the phone camera
since Nemesis i'm just a huge fan of this series and to build this model was just pure fun the really cool thing meanwhile there psn released a collection for the PSP
oh man, you can't imagine how i'm exited to get this
about the model: the model is based on three parts the center and the two wings the wings are also based on three parts which have to combined it was not easy and some pieces are very small but meanwhile i have a feeling for this tiny pieces
sadly, i have to say this model has been released only for a short time and is not avaiable anymore so i can't give you the link, even if i knew some other one sry
thanks a lot to for inform me about the free sheets now [link] enjoy
Finally finished this Gundam! can't believe I started with this project last year! haha, anyway, I've introduced the "Background colour" to this model because there were some annoying white pieces over the model which would look better with it. Also included the possibility to build Open and/or Closed wings! Test build was made by as well as the photographs! The .rar contains: 9 PDOs, 9 PDFs as well, 21 Pages for the model (If you build only 1 pair of wings)
Hello again! It's been a while. Well, this is my version of the Medabot known as Rokusho. I made this because It was part of my childhood, and I saw the Metabee papercraft long ago, (I think the designer should be more known). Anyhow, I just couldn't resist making it.
This is a 1:1 scale papercraft of the Jedi holocron that appears in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated TV series. I also created a Kyber memory crystal to go along with the holocron. The template for these is available here --> [link]
This is a papercraft model of Jafar's black lamp, based on a 3D model from the Kingdom Hearts I video game. Jafar is a sorcerer who uses his final wish from a genie to become a genie himself. Too late, Jafar realizes that as a genie he will be trapped in a lamp. This is the black lamp of his imprisonment. A template is available here -->[link]
All together now ... "D'aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwww!"
Another round Paperpoké model, but this time it's two for the price of one! And yes, it actually balances on that tail bobble (with the aid of a 5˘ coin), unless there is a sudden gust of wind. I read that the height of this Pokémon was 20cm tall - I guess it would just be the body height, not body on bobble height - so this model is half its "real-life" size.
It's a pretty basic build, the only tip I think I need to give is attach the bottom of the body to the top of the bobble with a drop of superglue, and tweezers are essential for the tail.
As you can see, the visor doesn't have the "neon-green" glow of the real LEGO version (since my printer doesn't print neon ink...) and the glueing tabs are showing (since it's transparant) but I like the effect!
I'll make the instructions first, and then I'll release it on my papercraft webpage: [link]
The 2nd set of the papertoy series, Rotom (Washing Machine) and Woobat.
I think those are the two best from it for two separate reasons: Rotom is the one who look the most like a real model while being quite simple, and Woobat is the one that is really a papertoy in the most basic way. I'll probably make the next series in a combination of those 2, or maybe like Gengar too, I'll see then...
This is a collection of renders of my finished model of the R-9 Arrowhead spaceship from Irem's classic shooter, R-TYPE. I didn't want to clutter or spam deviantART with multiple images so I decided to shove them all into one image.
I originally chose the R-9 for an assessment task requiring a vehicle modelled in 3d. It was my first time modelling something from scratch without using any tutorials. After submitting a rushed version of the ship by itself, I wanted to redo the texture and model the Force and Bits. I got rather lazy and spent most of my mid-year break working on it on and off.
My R-9 Arrowhead model and textures are based on many reference images I gathered from the internet. These included images of models from R-Type Tactics, Shooting Game Historia and R-Type Final wallpapers. Every depiction varied slightly. From these, I selected the shape and details I preferred or had the patience to recreate. I may later add more detail, such as weathering. To be honest, I prefer the current nice, shiny and clean look.
The entire model consists of 10643 triangles in total. The ship is 3864 triangles, the Force sphere is 1984, each of its four parts are 764 each, and the Bits are 868 each. I got a bit lazy here and there, and lost track of how much time it took me to model and texture everything. The modelling was done in Autodesk Maya and the texturing in Adobe Photoshop.
Here is an updated version of the model and texture composed upon a space backdrop: [link]
