It is not that I am not doing artworks this week, opposite of that I am. they are many (in my standards). I have drawn 3 images and plans to do 2 more will color it this Sunday. Guess what the day on Sunday. I have created a 3d classroom scene and I am studying the lightning set up. I want to try volumetrics lightning on it.
So yes I am creating artworks, I have not finish them yet. But I will upload them this coming week or when I finish them.

I want to make this perfectly clear how it was set up and if you did not understand, then I am sorry about that. I had made a couple of previous post of how the contest would be voted on. If you did not read them, then you should have.
1 - I had 9 judges, including myself.
2 - The judges sent me "8" of their favorite icons.
3 - I then made a list of the choices.
4 - From that list I took the top 10 that were chosen.
5 - I posted the top 10 in the poll for the Members and Contributors to vote on.

The COMIC is taking a break for the month of October because I'm going to Vietnam to work on a movie score. [That's how I make my living, writing music for big commercials and small films.] We'll be recording traditional Vietnamese musicians, and I plan to shoot lots of JUNGLES [!!!} for EVOLUTIONLab.
Wherever we go we always take my son's (stuffed) tiger. Her name is Tiger. She's got a blog. If you're interested, I'm going to put up her Blog on a D/A site called FLYING TIGER.
Tiger and I will be "in country" for seventeen days, just long enough to come back home a different person.

I find that on a good number of my wallpapers I get more people downloading than faving....in my opinion that is pretty crap..If you think it is good enough to download and stick on your screen you should have the courtesy to at least fave it..
not really a rant but makes it makes me a little sad that I take the time and effort to try put out stuff that folks will like and enjoy..

Mandelmorphosis is a FB page dedicated to algorithmic art https://www.facebook.com/Mandelmorph?fref=ts run by John Vega (Dancingimage) and his post grad students.. gave me a real boost that people like these value what I do.. If you are on FB go like the page, some really neat works turn up on there.
Prior to this I had a piece requested to be used as an album cover for the drum and bass outfit Vexare on their latest release 'Rattlesnakes' https://soundcloud.com/vexare/rattlesnakes ... it was for an old piece called 'snake pit'.. so it goes to show those key words are important when others are searching for something specific

Merry Christmas!I've finally finished working on my F-84 model! Wow, did I ever have fun with it...and I haven't tired of the images that I created either...not the main images anyway!Merry Christmas! in Personal More Like This
I did take one suprising thing away from this 3-month process though; I realized that the images that I spend less time on look better! What's up with that!?!?!?!?!
Oh well...I'll take that to heart when I start creating my next work in Blender. I'm still uncertain what I will work on next, though the thing that bugs me most is my Avatar. (Heh heh...That's when you have problems, huh, when the thing that bugs you most is what your Avatar looks like!?!?!)
Anyway, I plan to take a break from aircraft modeling for a while and try something a bit more whimsical...and hopefully less time consuming.
Meanwhile.....
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
TWO MONTHS!At last I am creating 'final' images of my F-84F Thunderstreak. It's taken two months to go from learning Blender and creating my first model to a final product. The good news (for me, hehehehe) is that I have not yet tired of this model.TWO MONTHS! in Personal More Like This
At this point, I still want to generate one or two more images of the 'streak as it would have looked during the Berlin Crisis. Then, I've got a few Black & White images that appeal to me...so I'll probably generate a few '60's photographs.
Lastly, I'll move the Thunderstreak into the 90's for an idea that I've got running through my head. "What if the F-84F was kept in the USAF inventory longer than anyone expected...You know, like the B-52 that has been in inventory for over half a century!"
While part of me hates loading down DA with F-84 images...the truth is I'm doing this for ME! (And ME wants to be able to share these images with a few friends...DA makes a great platform for this.)

Can't really tell ya what it was, first they said heart attack, then not, then it was, then
it wasn't again!! lol So obviously they just didn't know!! (Which is even more scary then
the heart attack!)!!
I went to bed the other morning and had some pretty intense pain in my chest, thru my
shoulder and down my left arm. It had happened last week also but taking an aspirin seemed
to fix the problem. This time it was very intense and I took some Nitro that I have to keep
handy at all times. The pain disappeared once the Nitro went to work but came back even
stronger after 15 minutes! I figured I was in trouble.
I hopped in the Jeep and took off for a hospital where I had done some cardiac rehab in
the past. They took real good care of me and did their best to figure out what was
going on but never did find the c

I try to observe the effect on my body system and emotions on a whole after listening to music. I listen to all sorts of genres but have listened to a lot of metal over the years.
Nowadays some of it is too jarring to my system but others still work really well. I've gone through my files and playlisted everything that enhances body and mood.
