My second piece for K. of
. She said she wants something SUPER chunky with lots of bells. With a love of jeweltones like myself I decided that she needed pink in her life. Every woman does even if she won't admit it. Doesn't have to be baby or hot pink, just pink. I like deep dark pink, almost purple. It teases you with purple.
Anyhow...I have NO idea what stone that pendant is. White quartz? Very light rose quartz? I dunno. It came in an assortment I recently got. I love assortments! You never know what you'll find in there, but you always hope for the best. Sometimes I get things I can't use...so I send these off to jewelry artists who can! K. will be getting a bunch of beads I can't use, either because of size, material, design, or some other factor. It'll all be assortments and include semi-precious stones. I'd charge between $50-$60 for the whole thing (Joe says I should charge at least $80), but they're a gift/trade with K. I'm hoping she makes a couple pendants for me to use.
BTW, if anyone wants a necklace of a design similar to this I charge no less than $35 for this. K. recently told me I should charge twice that, but my goal is to keep my prices low to make my work available to a larger audience. If you feel you should pay more you can send me more money via paypal. It's happened a couple times, and I am very grateful to those who do this for me. It's a level of encouragement I cannot even begin to express.
