I can finally come home.
I run through the pitter-patter of rain to the car, and hurriedly scurry inside, shaking the droplets from my hair once safe. The car starts up, and I'm out of the parking lot in no time. It would be another half hour before I return home, to you, but that's just fine. I use the time to myself wisely, thinking on how wonderful it will be to be back with you again.
I've been craving your embrace for days now. Just a brush of your skin against mine, maybe just a nudge would suffice. Even a small moment of eye contact with you would be enough. But I'm almost there, and once I get through that door, a single glimpse in your direction won't be enough. I'm going to run into your arms, just like old times, and kiss you until my body won't allow it anymore. And then I'm going to lie in bed, under your arms, hoping that I'll never have to leave your sight ever again.
SUSPENSION PreviewImagine you had the ability to practically stop time. You can not travel through time nor speed up at any rate. What would you do with such a power that allows you to move freely around a suspended world where the only thing that can move is you? You could complete any task in a split second of real time. You could walk in and out of rooms without anyone or anything noticing you. Elian Frey, a 17 year old teenage boy, is the only one that possesses this ability. Although he may have abused such a power in the past to amuse himself, he now knows that the more time he spends in “suspended time”, the less amount time he has to spend in real time.SUSPENSION Preview in Introductions & Chapters

If evolution occurred or if the Red Sea parted,
With its green grasses slowly dying,
And its clear oceans now tainted,
The Earth seems busy, overrun, and painted.
Just like a young boy with a mind ajar,
The earth became influenced and is falling apart,
The skies are grayer; the wind has a stench,
More and more people saying "Life is a synch"
Well mind you not that this may be our last,
The Earth may succumb to influence from our past,
With pollution and toxins, this earth may not withstand,
Our terrible habits that have been bestowed upon this land,
There is only one Earth don't forget,
So lets not make it so we regret,
Lets prove to our land that we are the ones,
After all we owe it to our future sons.
