"So... Hi guys..." Jaehwa started. Awkwardly.
The big group had left the airport (after much difficulty getting through the gates and getting back to the bus) and had arrived at the lodge. Now, they were just sitting around the large kitchen and even larger living room. Their bags were still in the bus because they literally just arrived and they either literally crashed on the couch (Heechul, Yunho, Jaejoong, Hangeng, Zhou Mi, Kangin, Kibum, Siwon, and Yesung) or literally raided the kitchen (Changmin, Yoochun, Junsu, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Sungmin, Henry and Ryeowook).
"Where are we going to sleep?" Heechul asked rather loudly.
"Actually, there're plenty of rooms in this place," Yunho replied.
"Last check... 20 bedrooms and 10 baths in total, including the back lodge," Jaejoong answered.
Donghae, who overheard the little conversation and was drinking milk straight from the gallon, choked. "20!?"
"Yea, 20... it's hard when you play hide and seek every once a month," Changmin who

Now hiring was written in a neat print handwriting under it.
How did he get the card?
Mid-fall 2 years after his mom died, Sungmin received a mail. He never expected a mail from anyone, and besides the fact that in it was information on his mother's inheritance, it was sent from his dad. Also included was the place where they could meet to discuss about it. Sungmin wanted to tear the piece of paper into shreds, but he decided against it. He wanted to hear what his dad has to say concerning his life.
They met at a cafe early December. The air was just starting to get cold and the leaves were already in piles under their respective tree.
Sungmin, his dad said. I heard about the news. I'm sorry.
The boy didn't say anything.

A girl stood by the large floor-to-ceiling windows of wooden lodge she lives in with five other men, silently watching the snowflakes cascading down to earth. She enjoyed winter; it was her favorite season. One reason was because the snow never fails to arrive and blanket everything, making it as if a soft, plush white comforter was covering the entire city.
The other reason is because she could control it.
"Jaehwa-yah... messing with the snow again?" A voice called out to her. It belonged to one of the men she lived with; this one belonged to the one that at first glance you'd think he was a girl.
"You really have to assume every time I'm staring out the window I'm messing with the weather?"
"Knowing you, yes." Another voice said, this time, it belonged to the man, taller than the feminine one.
"Jae-appa, Yunho-appa... seriously? I'm just wondering..." Jaehwa's face blanked out for a second before it returned to its normal color. "Oh, their plane just just landed. Who's picking
Christmas Alone - 3So yeah, Min, he's gonna start working tomorrow, Leeteuk said through the phone.Christmas Alone - 3 in Fan Fiction More Like This
"Okay hyung, thanks for telling me," Sungmin replied, walking home from his late shift.
And you're going to help him get by the day.
"What? I don't have any shifts tomorrow!"
You'll get extra on your paycheck.
Sungmin thought about it for a moment. "Okay fine. What's this kid's name?"
Kyuhyun. Cho Kyuhyun.
The name was familiar to Sungmin, but he couldn't place his finger where he's heard it. "'Kay hyung. I'll see you tomorrow, I guess," Sungmin said before hanging up. "Take care."
You too, Min. Good night, Leeteuk hung up.
Sungmin breathed out against the cold air. It was pretty late, around 9:30. He was the one to leave last after they closed up the cafe, asking Leeteuk needed any help getting work done. But the latter refused, urging the younger one home.
It's been almost 5 years since Sungmin started working at the little crowded cafe. He enjoyed working there with th
Destiny - KyuMinThat night, Sungmin sat on the couch. It wasn't very late for Super Junior, but all their schedules had ended earlier than anyone could've ever imagined. While most of the members decided to go out to eat and stuff, some stayed behind in the dorms, preferring the peace and quiet rather than getting chased by screaming fan girls. Among the ones that stayed behind are Kyuhyun and Sungmin, who just came back from China a couple of days ago after their newly released album promotion has ended.Destiny - KyuMin in Flash Fiction & Vignettes More Like This
Kyuhyun went straight into their shared room when they got back to the dorm, and Sungmin, being the kind of person who's aware of his surroundings, knows that he went in there to play Starcraft. It's not that he minded; everyone knows their maknae plays the game like he'll die the next day.
Sungmin sat on the couch and turned on the TV on low volume and plugged on his earphones. He stared blankly at the colored screen, and after a moment, he shifted his sitting position to laying. He was still starin

His dad abandoned him and his mom when he was young. Ever since then, his mom took care of him. She was his life support.
Until one winter.
She came down with a cold. They didn't have many firewood left, and that winter was especially harsh.
Their neighbors knew about them. Some ahjumma would drop by to check on them once in a while, helping around their house.
He never left his mothers side. She'd tell them to get out and hang out with the others once in a while. He told her no.
No matter how many times she asked, she received the same answer.
"I will never do what dad did to us. I will never leave you."
All she could do was sigh and smile at her son, proud and sad at the same time.
His cellphone now sat at the nightstand in his unoccupied room, gathering dust, missed calls, voice mails and unopened text messages.

It was a calm winter in South Korea, with the snow falling gently on the ground, when he got the letter.
Ryeowook was the one who gave it to him. The younger of the two had went out to buy some groceries with Sungmin and Henry early that day, and they had returned with Ryeowook holding the letter.
Leeteuk knew that the letter was from overseas; the stamps told him. What he didn't know was who it was from. The envelope was in a soft shade of lavender, and when he opened it that night in front of everyone, he was surprised to find more than just a piece of paper in it.
Plane tickets, that's what they were. 12 plane tickets, and on further inspection, they were tickets to United States. Whoever bought them the tickets must've had quite some money to spare.
"They're all first-class plane tickets to Colorado..." Henry said when he took a peek at one.
"Well..." Kangin said, standing by his boyfriend. "What does the letter say?"
Leeteuk looked at the matching pale lavender sheets of paper.

It was getting late, but Super Junior was still rehearsing their song for their last music show performance before their official winning streak ended. Bonamana has swept the charts, and all the awards for the past couple of weeks had all gone to Super Junior. But that doesn't mean that the members took it too lightly; they vowed to continue working hard and impress their beloved ELFs.
In this particular rehearsal, everyone seemed excited and tired at the same time. Not Donghae, though. The boy kept on messing up the steps to the choreography they should know by heart.
"Hae, is something wrong?" Leeteuk asked during one break.
"Yeah, hyung. I'm sorry. I'm just " Donghae trailed off.
It wasn't quite the right word, but being the kind of person that doesn't want people to worry about him, Donghae nodded anyways. "I guess so."
Leeteuk smiled and pat his shoulder. "I know
Christmas Alone - 2Kyuhyun's been running.Christmas Alone - 2 in Fan Fiction More Like This
He's tired, but he kept on running, afraid that his dad had somehow caught up to him.
After 2 days running and walking aimlessly, he stopped at a nearby park, taking a breather. He checked his wallet, making sure he still has enough money to last for a while.
It was around sunset on a calm Sunday evening. The snow had started falling again and the temperature had dropped several degrees. Kyuhyun was surprised when he found himself shivering because the past two days he's been able to withstand the cold. He looked around, bringing his hands together and breathing some warm air to it, hoping it would return some feeling.
After 5 minutes of thinking, Kyuhyun stood up and walked out of the park, crossing the streets, passing the stores. He looked around, wondering what he could eat for dinner. After a while though, he lost his appetite and decided on to continue walking.
People who passed him didn't bother looking at him. He knew that they all knew who his father wa
