this is my collection of figures which have been designed by members of the he-man.org over the past few years.

all these designs were then sculpted my a he-man.org called royalt1us.

i then bought the blank sculpts & painted them.

for this commission i was asked to repaint the motuc evil lyn figure but in her proper filmation style colours. i also removed & touched up part of her crown plus i made her a cape using makins clay.

The Characters on the left Man-E-Weapons (based on a design by J-Sun) and Bearhug are fan creations of the podcast guys - sorry no clue who created them (if by some twist of fate you happen upon this please let me know so I can give you guys credit)

the rest of the guys are from Mike Young Productions, Filmation, Mattel and the He-Ro; Son of He-Man series bible. These characters are obviously copyrighted to their respective owners.

This is a few years old. Just for fun, did it up as a "Thank you" for those responsible for the revival of MotU in the early 2000s.

I love the new Masters of the Universe Classics figure line, sculpted by the Four Horsemen, and available exclusively on [link].
Merman is one of my favorites, and as such I did this piece as an update on his vintage figure's card art. Let me know what you think! Enjoy!

Pencils by Axel Giménez inks and color by me.

This is a project I did with my buddy Axel Giménez. He did the pencils for Hordak and snake mountain. He started the layout. I did the Skeletor, pencils and finished the ground layout. I inked and colored the whole illustration.

This is 3 of 3. They all have a different feel to them.

Masters of the Universe : He-Ro, King Grayskull and Eldor are brought back by Evil-Lyn and Scare Glow.

From Masters of the Universe. He-Man and Skeletor are defeated. Hordak finally conquered Eternia.

With the official unveiling of the MOTUC Skeletor, here's #2 of 4 of my cardback pitch.

To cover as much ground as I could with these illustrations, I was thinking that Mattel "may" opt for 2-packs. This is the reason you'll notice that all heroic characters face right and all the evil characters face left... it was a "just in case..." kind of thing.

Like Beast Man, I made a few final colour changes (as well as a few very small detail additions - ie. the shin guard buckles were added after seeing Mer-Man at SDCC.)

The only thing I didn't reference from the cardback art on him was his face - I just had this inkling to Alcala*-ize his face!

*Alfredo Alcala was the original artist of the old vintage mini-comics that came with the figures.

This is a re-design of Oozor I did up back in January.

Sort of a cartoony MOTUC version versus my original staction concept.

My main focus of this was the armour and weapon. I was never 100% happy with the original choices I made in that department. I'm a lot happier now. I like the colours a lot more now too.

I imagine he weilds his heavy Sauron-inspired flanged mace with a single hand most times. Adds some "power."

Also, while still a zombified brute, I wanted to make him look more minion-like and "finalized."

It's pretty self-explanatory just by the title alone but I created this with the intention of bringing the mythos back to where I felt it was the most interesting - the early mini-comics. I imagined a standard figure would be 4" - 5" in height.

I included two different versions of Teela just to show off what she would look like while sporting both head designs. I feel the multiple head angle is a great way to go but I didn't want to abuse it either. So far I only have a few characters with two (or more) heads.

I also included the basic male buck just to show off how where I start with a standard heroic character.

Masters Of The Universe - Gray Pin-Up.

Of all the drawings I've done about Masters Of The Universe, He-Man Vs. Spikor is still my favorite, and it finally was colored by a great artist: Greg Semkow. I hope you like it as much as me.

Some time ago, I decided to draw again some characters from that universe that I really love. Usually, I try to show them in scenes with lots of action. I think this time I could get it.
