Pastilla with milk is a sweet Moroccan dessert. They are crispy yufka pastry that are first fried then garnished with pistachio nuts, almonds, cinnamon and powdered sugar. It is usually eaten with milk sauce.
a week day dinner with chicken ======================
250 gr. chicken breast filet 125 gr. legume nutmeg salt pepper mature cheese full table spoon honey maizena 2 table spoon water milk oil rice
frie chicken breast in small pieces add legume and frie a lil bit stir / mix add the seasoning
make a smooth liquid of maizena (corn flour) and cold water
add the maizena liquid at chicken / legumes mix stir!! keep an eye so it doesn't become too thick. If it does add milk. add milk instantly in small amounts, till you get a proper sauce / gravy keep on stiring, no clods are allowed!! add the honey till its all smooth then add the cheese in small pieces, mix again till its all solved and smoothy

i bought fresh ones today made a cake
and i ate it as my dinner i had so much appetite and it was so yum, i took 2 pieces pardon me....
250 gr fresh strawberries 1 cake round shaped strawberry jam bakery cream whipped cream
bake the cake (200 gr self raising flour, 200 gr sugar, 200 gr butter, 4 eggs, mix and bake 1,25 hr at 150 degrees) let cool down
cut the cake over the middle in 3 slices
1. add a little layer bakery cream on first cake slice (bakery cream; 140 gr bakery cream mix. + 400 gr water, mix, let get thick 5 mins) 2. cover this with the second cake slice 3. add a layer of strawberry jam 4. cover this with third cake slice 5. now put all the stiffed bakery cream on top 6. add all strawberries cut into little slices neat next and behind each other 7. let get stiff all together in the fridge for an hour 8. plate with whipped cream
