A lovely and simple tomato recipe! Take a tomato, cut the top, take out the pulp (well, the inside). Take a can of tuna, mix it with mayonnaise, then add little pieces of vegetables you love (up there, it's green pepper and peas) and put it in your tomato! It's delicious and healthy! :)

Voici une recette de tomate simple et délicieuse! Prenez une tomate, coupez le dessus et enlevez ce qu'il y a ŕ l'intérieur. Prenez du thon en conserve, mélangez-le ŕ de la mayonnaise et ajoutez de petits morceaux de légumes que vous aimez (ci-dessus, il s'agit de poivron vert et de petits pois) et placez le tout dans votre tomate. C'est trčs bon et c'est santé! :D

Gluten-free pretzel sticks. Pictured it chocolate drizzled, cinnamon sugar, white chocolate wasabi, and regular salted pretzel.

Remake of an old recipe in case I ever go through with making a gluten-free cook book.

Asian inspired pork loin, served with mustard sauce, wasabi sauce, and a soy based sauce. All sauces are my own recipe.

For Father's Day. Also with the meal, but not pictured is: sweet potato fries, sweet potato with steusel, corn, grilled asparagus, and for dessert coconut pie.

“Competition Entry 01"
The original photo was taken in Sydney. Australia.

This was my first of four entries for the Chef of the Year award. This is a rack of Lamb, with parsnip chive mash, honey carrots and a butternut squash maple syrup Jus, it was enough for me to win the first round in my heat.

Yay! :)

“Competition Entry 02"
The original photo was taken in Sydney. Australia.

This was my Second of four entries for the Chef of the Year award. This is a rack of Lamb, with butter boiled baby broccoli, with glazed carrots, roasted celery and parsnips in a honey mustard reduction. I also took out the second round in my heat with this dish.

Yay again! :)
