horrible scan, I tweaked it, and this is as close as I could get to what it actually looks like.

A lonely wanderer
hidden somewhere deep inside every one of us
is still wandering across lands and oceans
across the milky way and boundless landscapes of Universe
through sunny days and stormy nights
through tender sunrises and crimson sunsets
still searching his safe point
his own lighthouse
a light of life .....

Painted with a mix of acrylic and soft pastels. 11x14

“Life, misfortunes, isolation, abandonment, poverty, are battlefields which have their heroes; obscure heroes, sometimes greater than the illustrious heroes”
~Victor Hugo

I wanted to leave this open to interpretation. What is the story behind this house? Who lived there? Or does someone still do?

Done with acrylic and soft pastels on smooth paper

Sorry this had to be reloaded :( For some reason my system crashed in the middle of updating. I apologize to everyone for receiving this once again.

100% of the money I profit from the sale of this print are going directly to the National Wildlife Fund(NWF).
The funds are used to aid in the cleanup and care of the animals effected by the recent oil spill in the Gulf. This is a major crisis as the spill continues to grow. More animals are being washed ashore covered in the thick oil sludge.Hundreds of species and fragile coastal wetlands, lagoons and barrier islands are also in serious peril.
I have kept the price low on this to make it more affordable.
Here is more information from the NWF on the BP oil spill

Acrylic on Canvas

As of July 50 USD raised. Monies are no longer being raised for the NWF with this specific piece. I thank you ALL who have supported this piece.

Update
This work continues to be used strictly for charity. The original was donated to [link] for silent auction. It has been SOLD. All the proceeds have gone to the school.
