Someone commented on a previous render of mine and asked for a chrome look. It took quite some time to figure out how to make things look like a realistic chrome and I wanted to throw in a little color so that it wasn't all just blending together. I hope everyone likes this.
My final render before my trip. I find that it takes quite a bit more time preparing these than fractals, but the effort is quite rewarding as well as the result. I spent most of today just crafting this piece and am really pleased with how everything turned out overall.
I changed up the background a bit by using one of the star backgrounds and had some fun playing with the various settings for it. I am very grateful for the text that goes along with them because it helps to tweak massively.
Needless to say, I really enjoy the look of these and it certainly gave this piece a much more spaced out look.
One final note before I leave, if you do any of my stuff while I am away I truly appreciate it. Unfortunately, since I only use a desktop there won't be an easy way to check my messages (besides my droid phone) so will be limiting my online time. However, once I am back I will try to answer anyone that leaves comments. I greatly appreciate any faves, watches, comments, or suggestions!!
My first attempt at using Bryce for artwork. I used 's tutorials located here: and .
I ended up tweaking it a bit and now all of a sudden I know how to create something really awesome!! I really am planning on doing a LOT more of these and the options on this renders is simply remarkable. This is going to be fun!!!
