Lots of bitching...I haven't been on DA all that much lately due to work commitments, but it seems like every time I log on here people are bitching about this, bitching about that.Lots of bitching... in Personal More Like This
Look, at the end of the day, this site provides a service. You can choose to pay for it, or you can choose to not pay for it. It works either way. If you really don't like it, not only should you not pay for it, but don't use it. No one is forcing you to.
It seems like a lot of people seem to think that being a member of this site gives them ownership of it. It doesn't. Be grateful it exists. Be happy that it is (now) profitable. For a long time it wasn't. The people who work on it deserve to make some money - they work hard.
If you don't agree with any of this, I think you're lacking in perspective. There's nothing keeping you here if you don't want to be. There is nothing so attractive like the apple that we didn't bite yet...
I met a lot of Deviant friends, in these 5 years I spent on DA: I'm talking about 35 people, some from my Country and some from abroad, too.
All those people caught my attention for the way they look at the world around them.
All of them, are people I'd like to walk with, in order to learn a different way to open my eyes.
All of them are storytellers, or sceneries hunters.
One of the guys I'd like to walk by his side, is Mr :iconjonniedee:
Let's walk together...
Have a great All Hallows ' Eve
See you around!I´m a deviant for eleven years and three months and it was a hell of a ride. I´ve learned so much on these green pages. Saw so many amazing art. Made some good virtual friends I will never forget. Had the joy to have seven of my pieces honored with the Daily Deviation mention, some of them when just one piece per day was distinguish. Hell, deviantart was like home for a decade and this means a lot for me.See you around! in Personal More Like This
But life is made of cycles and I feel my cycle here is complete. The community grown so much (and I think this is good) that I lost the contact with many of the old dudes around.
If you like my stuff you can always browse through my blog, make me a visit at my dribble account, follow me on twitter or just drop here at home and we´ll have a nice chat
I will let my account here untouchable. But I will stop uploading.
Thank you t
