Anyways, this is Melanie. Everyone usually calls her Mel. She's Mayor King's assistant and works with him in the office. Besides helping clients and doing most of the paperwork, she has to keep King on task when he slacks off. Though she gets frustrated with King, she's still very respectful of him.


I tried something different with the eyes. I've been wanting to for a while. >_<

For Silverbirch's contest [link] - basically, draw some kinda interpretation of her dragon character Zaphaera. Obviously, I decided to make her a seahorse.
My heart wasn't really in it near the end, so... I just decided to put up what I have. I do actually feel some pride in it, though I dunno if it's justified... Aw, what the heck! It's not like I'm experienced or anything. Yay for Zaphy!
