The second unit which acts as long range artillery support and middle range assault in battles. Being the toughest unit within the X-series, the X-2's mobility is compromised for thicker armor and stronger defense but with 2 humongous arms as hover fusion engines, the X-2's mobility has increased.
Armed with 2 beam cannons and 2 hi-laser cannons, the X-2 packs heavy firepower and capable of performing barrage of attacks from far. Due to heavy weight problems, the X-2 is slower at close melee attacks than other X-series units. Since T-Link system isn't used in the X-2, it has upgrade sensors and tracking systems to acknowledge enemies within range.
Aside from using built-in weapons, the X-2 can also use a variety of arsenals like gatling guns, bazookas, flamethrowers etc. When in desperate situation, it can purges the parts away to a lighter form for better mobility.
The X-4 acts as an middle-close range assault unit and as support for the X-1 by providing cover firings. Attached to an armed module which armed with 2 large beam sabers, machine guns and grenade launchers, she is capable of massacre of a small company of enemies. One important thing is that this unit also serves as an ECM unit to conduct electronic warfare and jamming communications to 'cripple' the enemies in major battles.
Most of the time, the X-4 is paired with the X-1 to penetrate enemies in the front line and due to it's sizes, the X-4 has limited spaces for actions unless she detaches from the module. Nevertheless, she can still uses a variety of hand-wield arsenals to provide fire supports for the X-1.
Remember my previous spy preview on the XRX series? Well, it's been quite sometime now and I apologize for the long delay. So here's a first unit:
The first core unit for the XRX combinable tactical squadron which performs as a middle-close range assault unit in battles. The X-1 can uses a variety of arsenals and channels her TK (telekinetic) energy to the close-combat weapons for maximum impact and blows. With a refined T-link system, the TK user's powers are amplified to the max. Flight form has been disabled after it was deemed useless in urban combats and less powerful than humanoid form. Despite that, the unit's reaction and speed are increased for better mobility and efficiency.
I know what you're thinking, an upgraded R-1 with no R-wing form. Seriously, the R-wing is less powerful unlike the Valkyries with reaction missiles and it's no different with the Zeta waverider form. My main emphasis is on the combat ability as in humanoid form and its beauty in its movements. Enjoy
When the 4 X-machines combine, they formed a larger mobile humanoid weapon called the XRX which is meant for WMD and taking down larger enemies like warships and large mobile weapons. With 2 fusion reactors from the X-2 and X-3, the XRX is 3 times powerful than the previous SRX and emits more energy output. In addition with better coolants, energy optimizer and refined T-link systems, the XRX is proved to be more efficient and packs with powerful blows.
Normal form: Like the X-1, the XRX can also channels and harness TK energies to her fists and chops to deliver deadly blows to enemies her sizes. With the laser cannons from the X-2, she can mounts barrage of attacks on smaller enemy groups. Finally, with the refined G-sword divider from the X-4's module-the XRX's utlimate close-range weapon which can slice a warship into 2 halfs.
Solid form: After the XRX's TK field and gravity field override, the XRX's armors change into shades of black due to increased electromagnetic field. In the Solid form, the XRX is twice more powerful and twice stronger at endurance but slower than the normal form. There's also a short time limit to maintain in that form as the pilots can only endure the gravity pressures for only 10 minutes.

This is my own set of original units for Banpresto's Super Robot Taisen Alpha-verse and Original Generations. I named them the VidraRaja Equaliser units which is based on buddhist mantras known as the kings of wisdoms. Here is one of them, Yaksa Vidraja who resides on the north. Armed with a double-edged blade, like Darth Maul and a large head behind her back, she is also the commanding unit of the pack.
Unlike the SRX which requires telepaths to use T-links, all VREs are installed with bio-computer OS that have self-learning capabilities and also able to bring out the true potentials of the user to the maximum. By bringing man and machine together, VRE units are formidable fighters in the line of earth's defenses againts Balmarians.
Next we have the rest of the DGG series since they might not make in the upcoming SRW OG Gaiden PS2 title, so I use them:
Left: DGG-XAM3 "DaiRaioh"(Great Thunder King) a close melee unit which uses RAIO system-that increase the user's adrenalin to the max for more powerful combat capacity. About the pilot, I'll let you know later...
Right: DGG-XAM4 "Trinitrotoluene "(TNT for short) a close melee/ECM unit which also uses RAIO system and she is meant to be fast and hit-and-run tactics. To increase mobility, her armors are scale down and she has less endurances compared to the DaiRaioh.
They always mentioned about the 4th DGG unit but never able to materialise it, which is why I come up with my own...
Lastly, we have a VRE Eradicator unit: Mahamayuri, which means peacock in Sanskrit. The Mahamayuri is also a super assault unit which specialised in close-melee combats and capable of transforming into an dropship with tilt jets. She is also capable of carrying 4 mechs on her to increase mobility and deployment.

People wear armors all the time to protect themselves both physically and mentally. From a football player who puts on protective gear to a politician who always sound like he's a good guy, an Achilles' heel can bring an end to their careers. Everyone are born with vulnerabilities like illnesses, allergies, disabilities etc and that is why our survival instincts push us to overcome our vulnerabilities and made us more thick-skinned to face the harsh reality out there.
A Gundam is always portrayed as a multipurpose war machine meant to survive in any environments and capable of taking multiple hits as it has a shell 10 times thicker than a warship. Which brings me to ponder:
What if the Gundam is stripped down to nothing? Even without beam sabers and built-in head vulcans?
As you can see here, my "Naked" Gundam concept is capable of changing into 3 types of combat gears meant for different purpose. Although the armors can increase the Gundam's combat capabilities and defenses, the raw deadliness actually comes from it's bare form-Naked form where the Gundam fully manifests its survival instinct and overcoming odds with its increased mobility and speed.
Like how Beowulf took out Grendel fist to fist and wearing nothing, I can see that one capable of overcoming his vulnerability but still unable to hold his testosterone for lust. No matter how powerful a weapon can be, the question still lies in the hands of those who wield it. Enjoy
Finally! Mecha galore is back and I got 2 here for show and tell! First, we have here a VRE Executioner unit: Batou, which means horse head in Sanskrit. The Batou is a super type assault unit, which serves as an artillery unit with powerful firepower and capable of transforming into a tank. She can also carries 4 mechs together with her tank form in order to provide mobility and deployments.
This is the 3rd unit of the VREs, the Trilokavijaya which resides on the east. As a standalone unit, she is capable of close-quarter combat and long range assaults with the 2 incoms behind her. After combined with am armed rider module, she is capable of high speed assaults and bombardments.
