Thoughts on Sponge Out of Water trailerWelp, I can safely say the new SpongeBob movie trailer has restored my faith in not only the movie, but the show as well. The hand-drawn segments were hilarious and really felt like the classic era of the show, even if I think the backgrounds look a little strange. The live action sequences? To be honest, I have pretty mixed thoughts on them. They weren't bad, but they just felt a little... generic. Some of the jokes feel like they've been done before, but I guess they could've been worse. The characters, despite looking a bit like toys, look great in CGI, and I'm so glad they didn't go the chipmunk route and make them look like actual sea creatures. THAT would've been a turn-off. At first I thought the idea of the characters becoming superheroes was really stupid, but after seeing them in action, I could now go as far as saying it's one of the reasons I'm excited for this movie.Thoughts on Sponge Out of Water trailer1 year ago in Personal More Like This
Overall, this trailer was really promising and proves SpongeBob really does have a better future. What coul

1) No Service
STORY: Mickey and Donald plan to buy a snack for a picnic with their girlfriends. However, the place where they buy it has a rule: "No shirt, no shoes, no service!" Mickey has no shirt and Donald has no shoes, so they both decide for one to get the snacks with more clothes than the other. Mickey ends up being naked and tries to avoid being seen naked by everyone!
I just love how they happened to get away with showing Mickey Mouse NAKED for the majority of the time! No censors! Because Mickey has no... "junk"! That was a pretty risky move for the first cartoon and debut for the series, but with what they did, they did it pretty well! It at least has traditional cartoo
Episode 13 OFFICIAL TRAILERYep, I decided I at least had enough of the episode made to make a short trailer of it. But there's a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNGGGGGGGG way to go before I'm done. I mean, it could take another year. IF I'M LUCKY! But I'm gradually learning how to animate a lot of different things. (Like most episodes, there'll be points where the animation suddenly changes styles and movements and stuff. )Episode 13 OFFICIAL TRAILER1 year ago in Personal More Like This

Hey folks, that's right, it's time to look at another Pooh's Adventures spinoff. Yes,Pooh's Adventures, when one takes a Disney movie and adds Winnie the Pooh clips throughout for no reason. Well, it's strangely popular on Youtube and people have used other cartoons in place of Pooh. One such spinoff I have looked at before is the Spongebob and Friends Adventures by Scroopfan, which used edited movies to tell a story about Spongebob and a ragtag team of cartoons trying to fight the evil of the 'Villain Leage'. Now here's an instalment of Alex's Adventures by LionKingRulezAgain (which actually has a whole team of people behind it).
Yes, Alex. Alex the lion from Madagascar. He was actually a member of the 'Shell Louge Squad' from the aforementioned Spongebob and Friends but now he seems to have his own adventure series with characters from Madagascar, El Arca

Even though a lot of people don't like the movies that are the worst list; Those "bad" movies actually do have cult followings here on DA and Fanfiction.Com .
*"Rock-a-Doodle" : While not really a cult following, but it's story is very popular in the crossover sections. With many people trying to make their version actually better than Bluth's take with many different media characters and their OCs taking over the place of the "Rock-a-Doodle" characters (and I even made one myself called "Rock-a-Runner" ).
And even adding their own twists into the story like new songs, making the character in the Chanticleer role have more screen-time and a background story; or even add in the full lyrics of the good songs that were cut short/covered by too much narrations.
Also a fellow deviant here is working on one right now.
*"Thumbelina" : Despite being a "cheap Disney knock-off," the reasons why it's popular

Tom and Jerry Title CardsDid You know that most of the Tom and Jerry Episodes of 1941 to 1956 Don't have their original title cards? The Reason to this is due to MGM reissuing theirs cartoons, so to trick the audience, they changed the title cards, to make people think that it was a new episode.Tom and Jerry Title Cards1 year ago in Personal More Like This
Take as a example 1943's The Zoot Cat:
This is what you see on TVs and TJ dvds:
Now this is what 1943's audience saw:
Fred Quimby wasn't credited until 1945's Trap Happy.
And another example you can see on 1944's Puttin On' The Dog

Character Interview"Borrowed" from :iconchopfe:Character Interview1 year ago in Personal More Like This
Here are the intruction on how to do this...
Rule the ONLY: The owner MUST answer these questions in character.
1.) What is your name?
James “Mr. JB” Bean
2.) Do you know why you were named that?
My parents were big James Dean fans at the time… thank goodness that phase is over. He was ALL they ever TALKED ABOUT! ESPECIALLY my mom...
Nothing against the guy; my parents just kinda ruined him for me.
3.) Are you single or taken?
Taken; I love my wittle waspbewwy cutie pie!!
…wow, I think I may have vomited a tiny bit just now.
4.) Have any abilities or powers?
I, uh… used to play electric bass… back before I traveled to 1930. Now I’m more of a string bass guy.
5.) Stop being a Mary-Sue!
Wha—me?? No, you’re thinking of how Madi used to be.
6.) What's your eye color?
7.) How about hair color?
I Don't Watch Disaster FilmsI don't watch disaster films. Especially, the ones that do with the whole "end of the world" thing like "Armageddon", "Deep Impact", "The Day After Tomorrow" and "2012". They're stupid and nonsensical and nothing but hypes to scared and worried people for no reason at all. They don't tell the future at all. Nothing is written in stone. The future is a mystery, always had and always will be. Also, I doubt that the world would comes to an end on December 21, 2012 because they're no scientific proofs on that and also the Mayans didn't predicted the "end of the world", their calendar just stop on December 21, 2012. A whole new Mayan Long Count calendar will begins on December 22, 2012. I found disaster films to be kind of stupid and lame. I prefer comedy, action, sci-fi, horror and suspense anyway.I Don't Watch Disaster Films3 years ago in Personal More Like This

Knowing kindred warm-fuzzies soon would be there.

I sprang to the Comments to see what was the matter,
“I’m bored,” the Journal wrote, “I’m on a long trip, too.

I cracked all my knuckles, settled down in my chair,

So, I've been having a bit of a creative block as of recently, but I really needed to write something, so I guess I'm doing another one of these. Yes, let's look at another thrilling instalment of Spongebob and Friends.
For those of you who missed my 'Spongebob and Friends Go on the Quest for Camelot' recap (http://mcgeejabberwock.livejournal.com/9262.html), here's the deal; there's these things on YouTube called 'Pooh's Adventures', where people, for no real reason, take clips of Winnie the Pooh and other cartoons and insert them into Disney movies, to make it look like Pooh has become a part of the movie. Sadly, it uses repetitive clips and subtitles in lieu of actual dialogue, but it has oddly become popular and thus there have been several 'spin-offs'. You can find 'Ash's Adventures', 'Simba, Timon and Pumbaa's Adventures' and of course 'Spongebob and Friends'.

I got myself a job. I'm working on this as one of the animators on this short movie. After its finished. It will be later pitched to adult swim as a possible animated series. I'm working with a ton of cool people on this, and this will give Disney a good kick in the sack.
Edit: I got laid off! read my recent journal for info.

I saw 3 MOVIES today! This is the THIRD time in my life where I saw 3 movies at the movie theatre in a row!I saw 3 MOVIES today!2 years ago in Personal More Like This
Well, I only saw half of the first film, then I saw the two other ones fully.
The first one I saw (which I didn't really wanna see) was Jobs, which is the story of Steve Jobs and how he formed the Apple company and such. I thought it was kinda interesting from what I saw in the film. But what REALLY shocked me was how mean Steve was to most people. I mean, sure, he was an awesome visionary and innovator, but MAN was he sort of mean in this film and I was beginning to hate him in this film. I left halfway through this movie because it was almost time for the other film I wanted to see. My parents and brother stayed to watch the rest of the film, and they told me a few things I missed and that they recommended me to watch the rest of it sometime.
The second film I watched was Planes. To be honest, I wasn't really exc
