Definitely present, but hard to express.
Every aspect of our lives defined by it.
Compared to it.
Good times look better.
Bad times worst.
But when I was young, and time was slow, the colors passed before my eyes.
Each one had a life of its own, a personality, definable quality,
With no point of reference.
Now older, and time flies fast, the colors blend to one,
undefinable, inexpressible, gray.
Still not ugly, but a little more empty, and harder to grasp.
To Know A PersonMost people, when talking about themselves, be it on a website or in real life always seem to mention the boring blah information like favourite food and what subjects they're taking in school/college or where they work and about their likes/dislikes. All, granted, are important things to know if you want to strike up a conversation about something without getting snubbed or putting someone's back up. And favourite food is very important if you want to feed someone, but there's so much more to a person than all that.To Know A Person6 years ago in Philosophical More Like This
There is nothing more important in life, than life itself. Life is precious. But this fact gets taken for granted. Without life, we don't exist. That's it. The most basic fact there is.
I don't necessarily feel that to know a person, you need to know about their favourite colour/book/food/drink etc, or what football team they support, what bands they listen to or to be able to see what colour their hair is, or what race/colour/creed they are. To know a person you have to l

Gods can change all that is, and all that will be. Amaterasu was that god. She spent hundreds of years locked away in a wolfs body to complete that mission. Five years after Amaterasu returned to the Celestial Plain, she felt beaten down. Her mind often drifted to thinking of the one person she had ever felt feelings toward; Okikurmi the warrior.
Waka often tried to comfort her when she seemed down, but it never worked, she missed him too much. She had consitered going to visit him so many times that she had lost count. All she needed was to see him. She figured he was married with kids by now, but she didn't care, she was dying to see him.
"My, chèrie... just go and see him."
Amaterasu jumped, she had not realised Waka was there observing her.

XS: The Dragon and the UnicornJack was a complete flop as a unicorn.XS: The Dragon and the Unicorn6 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
He was supposed to be shining white; valiant, pure, and benevolent. He was supposed to be the embodiment of grace and piety, of nobility and honor, of charity and strength.
So far, the only part about him that connected to the many traits he as a unicorn should have, was the whiteness of his form and even that failed to be shining white most of the time.
He was always slipping or stumbling or tripping into some muck puddle or bramble patch, leaving his whiteness marred by dirt or blood. Instead of blue or gray eyes, his eyes were red; red as a demons. Jack was a crabby, selfish little brat that hated to share any toys he acquired. He never held himself aloof from those around him, instead sticking his runny nose (because, boy, didnt he have seasonal allergies!) into things that didnt concern him, such as humans and the antics they got up to.

Chapter 2- Haunting from the Past
A cold, powerful wind blew along the slope, making it hard to climb the slope.
"C'mon, dude! We gotta get to that tree!" Kurow shouted. I could barely hear him for the wind buffeting my ears, but understood.
When we did get to the tree, it was withered and almost dead. "You know what to do, right dude?" asked Kurow. "Y-yeah, I think so." I replied. The wind was making me shiver.
I turned to the side so I could aim my tail at the tree, then swished my tail in a circle around it. The tree glowed, then burst into life. Everything regained it's color, the grass grew, trees and plants exploded with life, and the water below turned a pure blue.
"Wow!" I gasped, looking in awe at the restored landscape.
"That's a Great Devine Intervention," Kurow explained, "It expels evil from certain areas when Guardian Saplings are revived. We'll have to restore all of them to fully rid Nippon of the darkness. That'll be a big jo

A seemingly innocent game- you're a wolf goddess from the celestial plain, and you have gone to earth to save its people from a terrible monster.
You make friends, defeat monsters... and if you're a glitch lover, you can kill a select few under your judgement as a goddess.
I'm talking about a glitch concerning Hayabusa, the dog.
I always liked him, but it was a terrible surprise for me to find out this glitch.
Despite possible consequence of ruining or permanently glitching my game, I decided to try it one day.
I started by heading to the village and finding Hayabusa.
He was there next to the boy as usual.
Unfortunately I couldn't remember his name, having not played in quite a while.
I proceeded with the glitch- head butting Hayabusa before attacking him with lightening.
I watched as a health bar with little swirls of his life appeared in the corner marked out by a large red "X".
He slowly dissipated into the ground, disappearing.
Of course I figured exiting and re-entering the

Yami is known as the Emperor of Eternal Darkness and is the supreme ruler of all evil beings. Yami resides within the Ark of Yamato, a vessel that fell from the heavens and crashed into Laochi Lake. It was he who slew the innocent celestials aboard the ship and let loose a curse on the land of mortals, plaguing the people of the mortal world with evil monsters. However, Yami was utterly defeated by the efforts of Amaterasu, saving the land of Nippon from utter destruction.

Naruto, busy thinking about getting to lunch, stopped dead in his tracks. He angled his head to see Sakura walking up next to him.

"No yuck" she replied simply, "I had something I wanted to ask you."
"Hmm?" he asked, many thoughts running through his head. Like, was Sakura going to ask him out.
"Would you kiss Sasuke again?"
"WHAT, again?! We never kissed!"
"Uh huh! You assaulted Sasuke in class! In front of everyone!
"I was pushed!"
"Whatever Naruto, but you sure didn't back off quick."
"Sakura" Naruto whined.
As they drew nearer the ramen stand Naruto's mind tuned Sakura out.
"Well would you do it again?" Sakura asked stepping between him and the ramen stand.
"Sure" Naruto replied not thinking, the smell of ramen overwhelming him, "If he tastes like ramen."
With that said he burst passed Sakura, knocking her slightly. Sakura recovered slowly. Glancing at Naruto, she walke

Merreth steps out of the noble dormitory and sighs as she feels her boot sink into half an inch of muck. The rain has stopped, leaving air sodden like a washerman’s dishrag. Iron-gray clouds slouch overhead, threatening another downpour at any moment.
Was I ever used to this? she asks herself. Sable House is a mere week’s ride south, not far at all really, but she doesn’t remember anything like the pervasive damp, the days-on-end rain, and the depressing gray sky. The ground between Merreth and the university’s main lecture hall is a carpet of mud, dotted with puddles and criss-crossed with carriage ruts turned miniature canals by the previous evening’s deluge. Unlike past days however, there are occasional less soggy patches of dirt and gravel. She notes their locations
