Okay... here's the story behind this one. It's the masquerade season here in Greece, and a friend of mine is throwing a masquerade party!!! Influenced by the "Sweeny Todd" craze, these days, he made the party a Tim Burton themed party. He asked me to draw the invitation and here it is...

I've taken the text out, -so that people from Greece who might see this deviation don't knock on his door uninvited :-P- but it had "Nightmare before Christmas", "Big Fish" and "Sleepy Hollow" fonts... Try to imagine it please!!! :)

The story behind this character... I thought I'd make an amalgam of Burton movies on his design, but I'll let you descover which props are from which movie... (And even though his face turned out more like Edward Scissorhands, it was based on someone else!). I just took out Frankenweenie and an ape I had in the background at the last minute... They seemed... well... random!!!

Me? I'm a HUGE fan of Tim Burton...HUGE fan of Oysterboy and the Burton kids, Vincent, Corpse Bride, Nightmare before Christmas, Big Fish... I even liked Mars Attack, even though the Aliens looked like Jeff Dunham's muppets!!!

Anyway... drop me a comment and write me what you think!!! ;)

I wanted to drawing something from  Tim Burton's Corpse Bride  , because it was such a fantastic movie! :D So what do you know? I drew the Corpse Bride. :giggle: I'm pleased with how this turned out. The lettering could have been better, but I'm not gonna worry about it. Comments most appreciated!

My first batch of Chibi Ornaments. OwO

I have a little Christmas tree that I used to decorate with little stuffed chibis that I made several years ago. This year, I took out my little ornaments, and realized how terrible they were. (I seriously made them like, five years ago. xD) So I took aside a couple of weeks to make these new ones. I printed these and stuffed them, and hung them on my tree. :) I love them so much. >w<

If you're wondering why I chose these certain characters, it's rather simple. I like them. xD
There are several more that I want to make. But right now I need to focus on commissions that I haven't had the time to work on. D:

Left to right: Jack Skellington, Sally, Willy Wonka, Sweeney Todd. :'D

Peter Pan & OZ Chibis
Jareth and Seto Kaiba Chibis
Sesshomaru and Kurama Chibis
Brock, The Baron and Dilandau Chibis

Wow, this took an age to do.

Original line art by SilverTallest: [link]

Moon is from: [link]

Aye.

Got the line art, changed a few wee teeny things (I left the leg out because it didn't look right in my head), and then coloured it.

This is also the first time I've even attempted a background. I am aware that this one is lame, but oh well.

I love Victor in this picture, but I feel Emily has been let down :( They're my favourite characters, and I couldn't seem to get her right.

Anyway :)
