This is one of the first painted surfboards that has come into our group, and it was impressive. Also a great turn-of-profit for an artist.
This artist makes great work of iPhone covers, making each one unique. They seem to make an iPhone case painting for any fan.
Another unique item that was painted on, and such a delicate canvas. The artwork's quality is impressive and skillful.
What looks like a normal painting, is described as being a painting on a metal door. Impressive creativity and quality.
I loved this piece as soon as I saw the thumbnail.

0day by :icondavespertine:
is the day before day one
and tomorrow existed
there was no rudeness
was better than today
there was no money
everything was equal
there was no one
and no one had twice as much as anyone else
and even if they did
two times nothing was still nothing
so there was no difference
everything was the same
so different from today
oday may never have existed
it could exist
but only if we each equally had nothing
nothing to fear
nothing to hide
nothing to worry about

Greetings, all, and welcome to my eleventh
:iconfireworkplz:FABULOUS FRIDAY FEATURE:iconfireworkplz:
This week's theme is India! Lately I've been a BIT obsessed with the language, the stories, the mythology...the colors, the heat, the landscape...alright, so I've been a BIT obsessed with Indian film (especially this GORGEOUS film called A Peck on the Cheek). This feature is for pieces that capture some essence of it. (This is totally not an excuse to use awesome Bollywood gifs.........)
Next week, I'd like to feature one of my favorite fandoms/literary themes of all time: Alice in Wonderland! If you've got someone you think should be featured in next Friday's Feature, send me a note with a link to their gallery and I'll take a peek I've currently got a poll going about your favorite aspect of Alice in Wonderland! I'd also love to hear about other

Thankfully the operation was successful and I am recovering well and would like to thank the members for their good wishes, which are very much appreciated.:iconttaasst:
:icondboland2012: did an amazing job in my absence and will continue helping with the group when he is able, which I am very pleased about. I have included some of my favourite artworks from his gallery in this feature not only as an expression of thanks but because they are beautifully painted as I am sure everyone will agree.
Another feature of amazing artworks from our very talented members, which I hope everyone will enjoy and be inspired by. Our membership is steadily growing and at the time of submitting this journal is 3,813 and our galleries as I always write, contain even more amazing and inspirational art, which is well worth viewing as

Traditional Tuesdays #43***WARNING: Viewing these works of art may cause giddiness, elevated heart rates, and happiness in the pants(which could lead to blindness)! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!***Traditional Tuesdays #433 years ago in Art Features More Like This
Now with the warming out of the way, Hi, and welcome to the 43rd edition of Traditional Tuesdays. This week, like all of the other weeks, I'll be featuring fifteen works of art from the Traditional Gallery. Any more than that might and you might loss interest or it could cause your monitor to fail in an explosion of awesomeness. I would feel guilty if that were to happen, so I'm keeping it at fifteen! The Traditional gallery is a vast storeroom of work that covers many mediums and genres. I've tried to show a diverse array of artwork, but I don't have room for them all. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

AGAINST EBOLA 2014-16First of all: I would like to spread the idea of Stephane :iconjakezdaniel: so please listen, what he proposes!AGAINST EBOLA 2014-1610 months ago in Art Features More Like This
I would like here too a book with our images, texts, for the people of Western Africa, for the medical associations working in the middle of the epidemy, to save lives, to save us all.
Please, let's create something together.
I would like you to spread the word.
We now have a group to help us with this project, so that we can propose works for this book to one of its gallery
You can suggest your work to this gallery:
We'll then create a book with the works we consider the best ones. We'll put the book on sale on the internet and 100% of the incomes from this book will go to one of the medical associat

Picasso seeing a seven as an upside down nose?
Right brain warriors in the new age will be the coveted candidates ordained to lead and guide us; lifting the torch to light the way forward into a brave new beautiful world.
Artists have always feared that they are unappreciated and that the march of progress comes only from business, science and their machines. 1984 was imagined by an artist projecting these exact fears. Our guest essayist suggests the computer will never be our master, but only the super high speed counting machine it was meant to be leaving humans with only one pure task— being creative.
