Robin's fingers curled around her arm as she stepped from the T-ship, tugging her lightly toward him. "Yes, Robin?" Starfire asked curiously. Robin shifted and tugged at the collar of his cape.
"Meet me in my room. I need to talk to you," he mumbled. Starfire lifted a brow curiously. Robin just sighed. "Please," he persisted. With a shrug, she nodded and he released her arm. Robin turned quickly and left. Cyborg finished fiddling with the control panel knobs, locking down the T-ship and patting its hull affectionately.
"Hey, Starfire, so what's up with you and bird-boy? Seems like y'all were kind of busy when BB and I showed up. Hugging and what not…" Cyborg wiggled his eyebrow. Starfire blushed and looked down at her feet.
"Nothing is 'up' as you say. Robin and I were simply mending a slight… disagreement?" she frowned. That wasn't quite what it had been. Cyborg snorted.
A pet for StarfireThe shrill beeping of his alarm dragged Robin out of bed. He was almost always the second or first one up, but that did not mean he enjoyed doing it.A pet for Starfire10 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
"Ugh," he groaned, checking his calendar, as he shuffled his feet getting ready. Tomorrow was Starfire's birthday, and he still didn't have a clue to what he would give her. He needed the perfect present, something that could very subtly hint his true feelings for her. At first he considered a necklace or some other item of jewelry, but that reminded him of Batman. Sure, he loved Batman dearly as a father, but Wayne was well known for being a womanizer. As corny as it sounded, Robin didn't want to "womanize" Starfire. He also knew Batman had warned it was never a good idea to fall in love with a team mate, but it was too late for that. Robin was madly in love with the resident alien. Slapping himself on the forehead, he headed fo
TT - Love Knows BestNote From the Author: Due to a fair amount of feedback from the last poem/story I did (Tis The Season), I was motivated to do another. And this time, I made certain it'd be ready BEFORE the intended holiday, namely Valentines Day. More BeastBoy/Raven goodness, and for the first time in a while, an attempt at Robin/Starfire. My thanks to :icondramaelfie:, whose comments and support helped to bring this work to fruition.TT - Love Knows Best10 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
It is my hope that this, along with some later artwork on DeviantArt, will help to tide over my readers until I can find the time to write the next chapter of "Quality Time". Let me just take this moment to reassure you:
NO, I have not forgotten about it.
YES, I am still working on it.
I ask only for your continued patience and understanding.
And now, on with the love fest ^_^
"Love Knows Best"
Our story opens in the gymnasium of Jump City High,
During the school's Valentines Dance.
A social gathering and celebration of February's holiday,

Chapter Eight: Reconsideration
"What're you two so down about?" Cyborg asked, turning momentarily away from his own metallic arm and lifting the goggles he had been using up to his forehead. Robin and Raven had entered the Tower no more then ten minutes ago, and from Robin's somber expression and Raven's colder-than-usual attitude, the metallic Titan had been able to tell something had gone wrong.
"Nothing," Robin spat out. "Nothing at all."
"And my mother was a toaster," Cyborg rolled his eyes. "What happened?"
"I said 'nothing'!" Robin growled now, but Raven sighed and answered properly.
"Robin's jealous of the fact that Beast Boy's the one going out with Starfire."
"So they are datin', huh?" Cyborg asked in mild surprise, ignoring Robin's indignant look. "I was wonderin' when it'd happen. I mean, they both changed a lot after you two got together-"
"We're not together!"
Robin twitched in fury, and the shadow over Raven's face revealed four red, glowing eyes.
September 11Dedicated to those lost on 9/11/01 in New York, Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania and to those who were lost in the theaters of Afghanistan and Iraq. Also do not forget those First Responders who suffer the long term physical and emotional effects of that day and those who have fought so valiantly in our war effort.September 115 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
This is a one-shot I wrote last year inspired by the events of 9/11/01 and the little fanfare 'Patriot Day' seemed to have brought only eight years later. I imagine it may not be different this year, now that nine years have passed.

The time line would be presumably during the first season when Starfire was new to Earth and Robin was already the one in charge of explaining things to her. This is a Robin and Starfire friendship fic.
