For some reason, I've been in a Harry Potter mood as of late (spent the weekend re-watching all 6 films in a row) and having a desire to re-read the books again.

Made this wallpaper just for fun. I knew I wanted to do something with the logo but was unsure of what exactly. After playing around with it off and on for a few nights, I've ended here. Debating about doing ones for the other films perhaps.

Wallpaper is designed for 1440 x 900 screens.

A parody-oriented illustration to HP and the Order of the Phoenix. Scene's from the chapter Out of the Fire, captioned in the following:

"Ah. Professor Snape," said Umbridge, smiling widely and standing up again. " Yes, I would like another bottle of Veritaserum, as quick as you can, please."
"You took my last bottle to interrogate Potter," Snape said, surveying her coolly through his greasy curtains of black hair, "Surely you did not use it all?"
Umbridge flushed. "You can make some more, can't you?" she said, her voice becoming more sweetly girlish as it always did when she was furious.
"Certainly," said Snape, his lip curling. " It takes a full moon-cycle to mature, so I should have it ready for you in around a month."
"A month?" squawked Umbridge, swelling toadishly, "A month? But I need it this evening, Snape!"

So, she's swelling toadishly now, whereas Severus appears to be gloating on top of his sneering evil glory. I tried to make her and the foul technicolor kitten plates as horrible as possible, as well as the ugly texture of the wallpaper. Stuff's lopsided here and there, but oh well. The old bat Snape's fitting in that inferno of pink laciness just as well as motor oil goes with honeycream.
